Battery Charging, before setup and installation
Charge your device using a USB-compatible charger, to
ensure your device is fully charged. Charge the device
prior to Wi-Fi setup and installation.
Wi-Fi Setup
Before hardware installation, connecting the device to
your home Wi-Fi network (The device Support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
currently).
And please ensure that your mobile phone is connected to

your home Wi-Fi network before setup.
1. Download and install the Video Doorbell app from App
store or Google play by searching ‘Danale’
2. Launch the ‘Danale’ app and log in with your Danale+
account. If it’s the first time of using Danale+, please sign up
and create your own account.
3. Power on the device by a USB-Compliance charger,
and press the Reset button on the back of the device to
start connecting.

4. Click on Add Device on the app, then search the device
or scan QR Code to finish Wi-Fi setup.

Hardware Installation
1. Remove your current doorbell button and power off your
transformer (for

screwdriver bit, handle and drill bit
3. Connect your doorbell wiring to the terminal screws
located on the mounting bracket (For wired installation
only)
4. Place the device on the mounting bracket
5. Tighten the security screws at the bottom of the device
using the proprietary screwdriver bit. Please do not
over-tighten the security screws.
6. Provide power back to your transformer (For wired
installation only)

Additional Installation for electronic chime
If your
chime is electronic, you may need to install a diode,
which is commonly found inside your current doorbell
button, or check with your doorbell manufacturer.
Connect the diode to the terminals with the arrow on the
diode facing towards the doorbell inside chime as show
below
