opens (F ig. 2). S tep dow n on the fo ot bloc k while p ullin g
back on th e handl e so that t he fram e snaps o pen (Fi g. 3).

with thi s strol ler. The refor e, for fi rst-ti me inst allat ion,
evalua te acco rding t o these d irect ions wi thout y our
child in t he carr ier. To ins tall th e infan t carri er, firs t be sure
it has bee n remov ed from t he car se at base . Then
remove t he armr est of th e strol ler and i nsert t he thin
adapto r bar jus t as you wo uld the a rmres t (Fig. 1 4).
Reclin e the bac krest a bout 3/ 4 of the wa y down en ough
so that yo ur carr ier wil l fit lev el onto t he stro ller se at.
Place th e carri er onto t he stro ller so t hat the m ounti ng
notch of t he infa nt carr ier fit s onto th e adapt or bar,
(Fig.1 5), and t he fron t of the ca rrier r ests on t he back rest.
(If the mo untin g notch o f your ca rrier i s too sma ll to fit
onto the a dapto r bar, the n posit ion the e ntire c arrie r
betwee n the ada ptor ba r, or armr est, and t he back rest.
As long as i t fits le vel ont o the sea t and can b e secur ed

canopy b y pushi ng down o n the pla stic si de cano py
braces . Be sure t o snap th e canop y to the si des of th e
seat and b ackre st fabr ic. Retr act the c anopy b y first
pullin g up on the s ide bra ces the n pushi ng the ca nopy
hood bac k. The ca nopy ca n be conv erted t o allow m ore
air flow t hroug h the str oller.
Unzip th e lower h alf of th e canop y from th e upper
half. Thi s will le ave a mes h cover t hat can s nap to th e
back of th e seat. To r emove t he cano py, first u ndo the
snaps. T hen pre ss the re lease t abs, loc ated on t he plas tic
slots, w hile pu lling u p on the ca nopy sh afts.
WARNI NG: Do not t ry to re tract t he cano py when
the side c anopy b races a re full y open or w ith the s un viso r
