Congratulations on your purchase of Zoo Med’s REPTI FOGGER™ Terrarium Humidifier. The following instructions will assist you with the proper assembly and operation of this unit. Please read the following instructions carefully. •EASY TO FILL: Bottle screws onto “no-spill” valve for easy removal and refilling.
•Automatic shut-off feature turns fogger off when water runs out.
•Use with Zoo Med’s HYGROTHERM™ Humidity and Temperature Controller for precise humidity and temperature control.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
IMPORTANT: In order to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, read and save these instructions prior to operation.
•DO NOT operate the unit near electrical devices or other objects that can be damaged by high humidity.
•DO NOT expose the power cord or plug to water.
•DO NOT remove the hose nozzle or fog output attachment from the fogger base. DO NOT insert fingers or other items into the output nozzle as injury could occur.
•DO NOT touch the transducer (silver disk located beneath the fog output nozzle).
•DO NOT immerse the REPTI FOGGER™ base assembly in water.
•DO NOT allow heavy objects to rest on any of the REPTI FOGGER™ components or on the power cord.
•DO NOT operate the unit with a damaged cord, plug, or other component.
•DO NOT alter or modify this product. Contact an electrician if you are unsure about the electrical connection.
•FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
•KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
POLARIZED: This appliance has a POLARIZED plug (one blade is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way.
WARRANTY:
Zoo Med Laboratories, Inc. (Zoo Med) warrants each REPTI FOGGER™ Terrarium Humidifier to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 90 days from the date of purchase. The obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at Zoo Med’s discretion, of the product or any part thereof, when the product is returned to Zoo Med, freight prepaid. No claim shall be allowed under this warranty if, in the opinion of Zoo Med, the REPTI FOGGER™ Terrarium Humidifier has been subject to accident or improper usage, including but not limited to: water damage, improper storage, accidental dropping, etc. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and representations express or implied. Please include your receipt, full name, address, phone number, and email address along with a note explaining failure when sending any product back to Zoo Med. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair or replacement.
