1.1 INTRODUCTION
First of all, thank you for purchasing R2D / AIN series mini redundant power supply.
The R2D / AIN series is a 1+1 hot-swappable / hot-pluggable redundant power supply. It consists of,
1) complete metal frame
2) compact size power module
3) backplane
The R2D / AIN series offer maximum 350W / 400W output power. The units are in compact size as PS2 form factor. Each power module is built-in dual 40mm ball bearing DC fan for better ventilation and reliability. Each power module of R2D / AIN series is designed with 3 outputs ( +5V, +12V, and +5Vsb) circuits, All you can see on the backplane is just passive components and this is the key point for longer MTBF.
The R2D / AIN series offer a warning sub-system, including LED display, buzzer alarm, and TTL signal. It guides user the fast way to find out the power supply.
When all the power modules operate normally, it balances the load share through its parallel design, which increases the reliability of power system.
