ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION FOR

1. Screw the pole (B) onto the base (A) clockwise and screw
poles (B), (C) and (D) together until tight. You may need to
pull any excess cord gently through the poles so that these
two parts fit.
2. Screw shade holder (E) into the pole (K).
3. Unscrew the wing nuts (G) counter-clockwise from shade
holder (E).
4. Place shade (F) onto shade holder (E) and screw it with 2
wing nuts (G) clockwise to tighten and secure shade.
5.Unscrew the pre-assembled socket ring(J) from lamp
cup(H)
6.. Place smaller shade (I) into lamp cup (H) and turn the
socket ring (J) clockwise to tighten.

This portable lamp has a polarized plug as a feature to
reduce the risk of electric shock (one blade is larger than
the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one
way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.Do
not use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully
inserted. DO NOT ALTER THE PLUG .
------------------------------------------------------BULB TYPE: Use only with maximum of 2*150 watt
incandescent bulbs on upward lamp and 1*60 watt
incandescent bulb on the reading lamp.
