Compliance with the following instructions is mandatory to
ensure the functionality and safety of the product. If the
following instructions given especially but not limited for
general safety, transport, storage, mounting, operating conditions, start-up, maintenance, repair, cleaning and disposal /
recycling are not observed, the product may not operate
safely and may cause a hazard to the life and limb of users
and third parties.
Deviations from the following requirements may therefore
lead both to the loss of the statutory material defect liability
rights and to the liability of the buyer for the product that has
become unsafe due to the deviation from the specifications.
Application
ZIEHL-ABEGG axial fans of the series FA, FB, FC, FE, FG,
FL, FN, FH, FS, VR, VN, ZC, ZF, ZG, ZN (type designation
see rating plate) with integrated external rotor asynchronous motor are not ready-to-use products, but designed as
components for air-conditioning, air supply and air extraction.
A special motor design makes the speed control by voltage
reduction possible. By operation with frequency inverters see
the notes in the section Operating Conditions.
The fans may not be operated until they are installed
in line with their intended use. The supplied and
certified guard grille of ZIEHL-ABEGG SE fans is
designed in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13857 Table 4
(from the age of 14 up). In the event of deviations, further
structural protective measures must be taken for safe operation.
Safety instructions
•
The fans are intended for the transportation of air of
mixtures that are similar to air. Usage in potentially explosive areas for the transportation of gas, mist, vapours or
their mixtures is not permissible. The transportation of
solid materials or similar materials in a transport media is
also not permissible.
•
Mounting, electrical connection and commissioning must
only be carried out by trained personnel (definition in DIN
EN 50 110 or IEC 364).
•
Electrical hazard! The rotor is not protected against indirect contact neither by supplementary or reinforced insulation nor by connection to safety-earth in accordance with
IEC 60204-1, therefore the system constructor must
provide protection by enclosure in accordance with IEC
61140 before the motor is connected to a power source.
This protection can be achieved for example by a guard
grille.
•
The fan is only to be operated within the ranges specified
on the type plate! Use the fan only in the authorised

Aşağıdaki kriterlere uyulması, ürünün güvenliğine de hizmet
etmektedir. Özellikle genel güvenlik, nakliye, depolama,
montaj, işletim koşulları, işletime alma, servis, bakım, temizlik
ve atığa çıkarma / geri dönüşüm ile ilgili bilgilerin dikkate
alınmaması halinde, ürün artık muhtemelen güvenli bir
şekilde işletilemez ve kullanıcı ile üçüncü kişiler için bedensel
ve hayati tehlikeler meydana gelebilir.
Bu nedenle aşağıdaki kriterlerden sapma olması, hem yasal
maddi kusur yükümlülük haklarının kaybolmasına, hem de
kriterlere göre sapma olmasına bağlı olarak güvensiz hale
gelmiş ürün yüzünden alıcının bir yükümlülüğüne yol açabilir.
Kullanım
Entegre harici rotor tipi asenskorn motora sahip FA, FB,
FC, FE, FG, FL, FN, FH, FS, VR, VN, ZC, ZF, ZG, ZN serisi
(tip kodu için bkz. tip etiketi) ZIEHL-ABEGG eksenel
fanları, kullanıma hazır ürünler olmayıp, klima ve
havalandırma ve hava tahliye sistemlerinde kullanım için
tasarlanmış bileşenlerdir. Özel motor tasarımı, gerilim
düşürülerek devir sayısının kontrol edilebilmesine imkan
vermektedir. Frekans dönüştürücülerde işletim için işletim
koşulları bölümünde yer alan uyarıları dikkate alın.
Fanlar talimatlara uygun şekilde monte edildiklerinde
devreye alınabilir. ZIEHL-ABEGG SE Ventilatoren
firmasına ait fanlarla birlikte gönderilen ve onaylı
temas koruması DIN EN ISO 13857 tablo 4'e (14 yıldan
itibaren) tasarlanmıştır. Farklılıklar varsa güvenli işletim için
başka koruyucu tedbirler de alınmalıdır.
Emniyet Uyarıları
•
Vantilatörler, hava veya hava benzeri karışımların
taşınması için tasarlanmıştır. Patlama tehlikesi olan
alanlarda gaz, buhar, sis veya benzer karışımların
taşınmasına yönelik kullanımı yasaktır. Katı maddelerin
veya taşınan ürün içerisindeki katı madde paylarının
taşınmasına da izin verilmemektedir.
•
Montaj çalışmaları, elektrik bağlantıları ve devreye alma
çalışmaları sadece bu konuda eğitim almış uzman
personel (DIN EN 50 110, IEC 364 standardına yapılan
uzman personel tanımına uygun olarak) tarafından
yapılmalıdır.
•
Elektrik akımı nedeniyle tehlike! Rotor DIN EN 60204-
1'e göre ne koruma izolasyonludur ne de koruma
topraklamalıdır 204-1, bundan dolayı motora gerilim
verilmeden önce tesisin kurucusu tarafından DIN EN
61140'a göre kaplamalarla koruma yapılması şarttır. Bu
koruma örneğin bir temas koruma kafesi ile
gerçekleştirilebilmektedir.

•
ZIEHL-ABEGG fans are not designated for use by persons
(including children) of reduced physical, sensory and/or
mental abilities.
•
Fans are not designed for walking on even with an additive
diffusor attachment (retrofit kit)! Do not climb onto fans
without suitable aids.
•
ZIEHL-ABEGG fans can be operated at ambient temperatures down to -40°C when used properly. When used
below -10°C and max. -40°C it is a prerequisite that no
unusual external influences such as abrupt mechanical
stresses affect the material. For 1~ motors with a service
capacitor down to -25°C observe the maximum ambient
temperature stated on the type label.
•
The maximum permissible operating data given on the
rating plate are valid from air density ρ = 1.2 kg/m
3
.
•
The temperature monitors (TB) or PTC built into the
winding serve as the motor protection and must be
connected!
•
In models using PTC's, comply with the permissible test
voltage max. 2.5V!
•
For motors without temperature monitors a motor protection switch obligatory must be used!
•
The EMC guideline is to be observed in connection with
our control units. If the fans are completed with components of other manufacturers, the manufacturer or operator
of the entire plant is responsible for keeping to the EMC
guideline 2014/30/EU .
•
Pay attention to the notes which concerning maintenance
and service.
•
These assembly instructions are part of the product and,
as such, are to be kept accessible at all times.
Note on the ErP directive
ZIEHL-ABEGG SE wishes to point out that, based on the
directive (EU) no. 327/2011 of the Commission of 30th of
March 2011 for enforcing directive 2009/125/EC (hereinafter
referred to as ErP directive), the operational area of certain
fans within the EU is bound by certain prerequisites.
The fan may only be used within the EU when it meets the
requirements of the
ErP directive.
If the said fan does not have a CE mark (cf. especially the
rating plate), use of this product within the EU is not admissible.
All ErP-relevant information comprises measurements which
are determined using a standardised measurement set-up.

Transport, storage
•
Wear safety shoes and gloves for handling!
•
Observe the weight data on the type code
•
Do not transport the fan by the connecting cable!
•
Avoid impacts and collisions, especially on fans set-up on
devices.
•
Watch out for possible damage to the packaging or fan.
•
Store the fan in the original packaging in a dry area
protected from the weather or protect it from dirt and
weather until final installation.
•
Avoid exposure to extreme heat and cold.
•
Avoid excessive storage periods (we recommend a one
year max.) and inspect the motor bearings for proper operation prior to installation.
Mounting
Do not loosen the impeller, fan or balancing weight. Do not
allow the installation and the electrical connection to be made
by qualified personnel.
Wear safety shoes and gloves for handling!
•
The system manufacturer or the machine builder is
responsible that the inherent installation and security infor-

ZIEHL-ABEGG fanlar uygun kullanıldığında -40 C'ye kadar
çalışabilmektedir. -10 C ve -40 C aralığında
çalıştırıldığında, dış ortama bağlı olarak gerçekleşen
mekanik gerilmelerin, fanın malzeme yapısını etkilemesi
söz konusu değildir. Monofaze fanlarda kapasitör
kullanılması sebebiyle, -25 C'nin altındaki uygulamalar için
etikette yazan maksimum çevre sıcaklığı değerine
uyulması gerekmektedir.
•
Tip etiketi üzerinde yazan maksimum işletim verileri, ρ =

ErP Direktifine dair bilgi
ZIEHL-ABEGG SE firması, 2009/125/EG Direktifin
yürütülmesine dair 30 Mart 2011 tarihinde komisyonun (EU)
No. 327/2011 sayılı tebliğ (bundan sonra ErP tebliği diye
anılacaktır) uyarınca AB içinde belirli vantilatörlerin kullanım
alanının belirli koşullara bağlı olduğuna işaret eder.
Yalnızca
ErP tebliğinin gereklilikleri söz konusu vantilatör için
yerine getirildiğinde AB içinde kullanılabilir.
Eğer söz konusu vantilatör bir CE işareti taşımıyorsa
(karşılaştırınız özellikle tip levhası), bu ürünün AB içinde
kullanılmasına izin verilmemektedir.
ErP'ye (Enerji ile ilgili ürünler= yönelik bütün bilgiler, standart
bir ölçüm yapısında tespit edilen ölçümler için geçerlidir.

Taşıma, Depolama
•
Koruyucu eldiven ve ayakkabı giyin!
•
Tip etiketi üzerinde yazan ağırlık bilgilerini dikkate alın.
•
Bağlantı kablosundan tutup taşımayın!
•
Çarpmalardan ve darbelerden, özellikle de fanları monte
edilmiş olan cihazlarda kaçının.
•
Ambalajda veya fanda meydana gelmiş olması muhtemel
hasarlara karşı dikkatli olun.
•
Fanı kuru ve hava şartlarına karşı korumalı olarak orijinal
ambalajı içinde depolayın veya nihai montajına kadar kire
ve hava şartlarına karşı koruyun.
•
Fanın aşırı sıcağa veya soğuğa maruz kalmamasını
sağlayın.
•
Çok uzun süreli depolama süresinden (maks. bir yıl
öneriyoruz) kaçının ve montajdan önce motor yatağının
sorunsuz bir şekilde çalışıp çalışmadığını kontrol edin.
Montaj
Pervane, vantilatör veya balans ağırlığını gevşetme. Montajın
ve elektrik bağlantısının kalifiye personel tarafından
yapılmasına izin vermeyin.

DIN 125 to secure. Starting torques allowed: M8 = 10

– ZAplus fans Type ZN: When mounting ZAplus, ensure
plastic-compliant connectors.
If flat washers as per DIN EN ISO 7089 or DIN125 are
used for fastening, a permissible torque for Strength
class 8.8 and a frictional value μtot=0.12 of M10 (for
ZAplus size 500) =24Nm / M12 (for ZAplus size 800)
=40Nm is recommended.
Since the concrete bolt or screw varies by customer
unit, these recommendations must be checked for each
respective situation.
Tighten the grate connector with 6Nm torque.
Secure the cable covering against loss after connecting
the motor by securing with 2 cable ties.
For a version with a square rear wall (design Q),
removal of this square plastic plate is prohibited.
•
The following applies to all fan designs:
– Avoid structural damage or stress with installation.
Make sure the surface is flat and even.
– Ensure that the clearance (gap) "a" see fig. between the
fan impeller and the stationary housing section is
constant. Distortion due to uneven surface may lead to
fan failure.
– In the case of a vertical motor axis, the respective lower
condensation drain hole must be open (does not apply
to protection class IP55 fans).
– Motor frame size 068: The condensation drain-holes
are attached dependent on the installation position or
application. Please supply information about this in the
product-specific ordering texts. Make sure the condensation drain-holes are not blocked!
– Connect fan only to electrical circuits that can be
disconnected with an all-pole isolating switch.
– Electrical connection corresponding to connection

–
Do not use metal compression-gland
fittings with plastic terminal boxes. - Danger
of an electric shock if connection is not
made correctly!
– Use a dummy plug seal for the compression-gland
fitting as well.
– When opening cable glands on the fan/motor, check the
condition of the threaded connections and seals.
Always replace defective or brittle threaded connections
and seals.
– Only use lines which can guarantee a permanent seal
around the cable glands (pressure-resistant, dimensionally-stable, round-centred jacket; e.g. by means of
gusset filling)!
– Depending on the type of cable gland, attach a water
drain sleeve or use a sealing compound.
– Screw on plastic terminal box covers should be sealed
with sealant.
– Starting torque for screw on covers, Plastic version 1.3
Nm, Metal version 2.6 Nm

Somut vida durumunun müşteri cihazına göre değişiklik
göstermesinden ötürü, bu tavsiyeler söz konusu durum
açısından kontrol edilmelidir.
Kafesin vidalı bağlantısı 6 Nm'lik bir torkla sıkılmalıdır.
Bağlantı akabinde kablo kanalı kayba karşı 2 kablo
bağlayıcısıyla emniyetlenmelidir.
Kare biçiminde arka duvarı (Q yapım formu) olan bir
uygulamada kare biçimindeki bu plastik plakanın
sökülmesine izin verilmemektedir.
•
Fanların tüm yapı tipleri için şu hususlar geçerlidir:
– Gergin bir şekilde monte etmeyin. Montaj yüzeyleri düz
olmalıdır.
– Resimde gösterilen „a“ aralığının her yerde eşit
olmasına dikkat edin. Düz olmayan dayanma yüzeyi
nedeniyle oluşan gerilme, pervanenin sürtünmesine ve
fanın devre dışı kalmasına neden olabilir.
– Dikey motor aksında, altta bulunan kondens suyu deliği
açılmış olmalıdır (Koruma sınıfı IP55 olan fanlar için
geçerli değildir).
– Motor çerçevesi boyutu 068: Kondens suyu delikleri,
montaj konumuna veya kullanım durumuna bağlı olarak
açılmaktadır. Konuyla ilgili detaylı bilgiler ürüne özel
sipariş metinlerinde verilmektedir. Kondens suyu
deliklerinin kapatılmamasına dikkat edin!
– Cihaz, sadece tüm kutuplardaki akımı kesen bir şalter
ile kesilebilen bir akım devresine bağlanabilir.
– Devre şeması uyarınca elektrik bağlantısı a) Terminal
kutusunda b) Kablo tipi devre şemasında kabloda veya
duvar halkasında
–
Plastik terminal kutularında dişli metal tapa
burçları kullanmayın; yanlış bağlantıda
yapılması halinde elektrik çarpabilir!
– Kör tapanın contasını dişli tapa burcu için de kullanın.
– Vantilatör/motor üzerindeki kablo vidalı bağlantıları
açmadan önce vidalı bağlantıların ve contaların
durumunu kontrol ediniz. Arızalı veya çatlak vidalı
bağlantıları ve contaları mutlaka yenileyin.
– Sadece vidalı bağlantılarında sürekli bir yalıtkanlık
temin eden kablolar kullanın (basınç ve form dayanımlı,
merkezi-yuvarlak kılıf; örn. dolgu malzemesi aracılığı
ile)!
– Kablo girişinin tipine bağlı olarak su tahliye dirseği takın
veya sızdırmazlık kiti kullanın.
– Plastik terminal kutusunun kapağındaki vidalı
bağlantıları ilave olarak sızdırmazlık kiti ile sızdırmaz
hale getirin.

– Secure fan connection cable with cable fasteners or
cable clips.
•
Depending on the model the motors
– can be equipped with PTC's, internally connected
thermal contacts, lead-out thermal contacts or without
thermal protection.
•
Connect them as below:
– PTC on PTC triggering device.
–
Internally connected thermocontact: no
external connection feasible or necessary.
Caution: Thermost switches switch after triggering by excess temperature and closed independently after cooling off. The fan can start up
during this time
– Lead-out temperature monitors must be integrated in
the control circuit in such a way that, if a fault occurs,
the motor cannot switch on again automatically
after it has cooled down. The protection of several
motors using one protection device is possible by
connecting the temperature monitors of the individual
motors in series. It must be remembered that if a
temperature fault occurs at one motor, all motors will
then be switched off. In practice, motors are therefore
assembled in groups so that emergency operation
with reduced performance is still possible if a motor
fails.
– Without thermal protection: Use a motor protection
switch!
•
When in fan motors for 1~ 230V +/-10% the mains voltage
is permanently over 240 V, in extreme cases the temperature monitor can trigger.In such cases a capacitor-type
with the next smaller capacity should be used instead of
the stated capacity."
Operating conditions
•
Do not operate Fans in an explosive atmosphere.
•
Switching frequency:
– Fans are rated for S1 continuous operation.
– Controls must not allow extreme switching operation.
•
ZIEHL-ABEGG Axial fans are suitable for operation with
frequency inverters when the following points are complied
with:
– Between the inverter and the motor, sinusoidal filters
should be incorporated which are effective for all
phases (sinusoidal output voltage, phase against
phase, phase against protective conductor) as offered
by manufacturers. Please ask for our technical information L-TI-0510.
– du/dt filters (also called motor or suppression
filters) cannot be used in place of sinusoidal filters.
– When using sinusoidal filters, screened motor leads,
metal terminal boxes and a second earth connection to
the motor can, if necessary, be omitted. Check-back by
the supplier of the sinusoidal filter.
•
If the operational leakage current exceeds 3.5 mA,
earthing in compliance with DIN EN 50 178, art. 5.2.11.1
must be provided.
•
When speed controlling through electronic voltage reduction (phase control), depending on the installation situation, increased noise formation caused by resonances can
occur. In such cases we recommend the use of a
frequency changer with integrated sine filter.
•
We cannot guarantee that competitive makers of
voltage control devices and frequency converters will

soğumanın ardından tekrar kendiliğinden
devreden çıkmaktadır. Bu sırada fanın
çalışmaya başlaması mümkündür
– Dışarı çıkartılmış olan termik röleler kontrol akımı
devresine, bir arıza durumunda, soğuma
gerçekleştikten sonra fan kendiliğinden tekrar
devreye girmeyecek şekilde bağlanmalıdır. Birden
fazla motorun tek bir koruma cihazı aracılığıyla topluca
korunması mümkündür; bunun için motorlarda bulunan
termik röleler seri olarak bağlanmalıdır. Bir motorda
sıcaklık nedeniyle bir arıza meydana geldiğinde tüm
motorların topluca devreden çıkartılacağını dikkate alın.
Bu nedenle gerçek uygulamada, bir motor
arızalandığında düşük bir güçle acil işletim yapabilmek
için motorlar gruplar halinde düzenlenmektedir.
– Termik koruma olmadan: Motor koruma şalteri kullanın!
•
1~ 230V +/- %10 için olan fan motorlarında şebeke gerilimi
sürekli olarak 240 V’un üzerinde bulunduğunda, termik
rölenin atması mümkündür. Bu durumda lütfen bir kademe
daha düşük bir kondansatör kullanın.
İşletim Koşulları
•
fanlar , patlayıcı ortamlarda işletilmemelidir.
•
Çalışma sıklığı:
– fanlar , sürekli işletim S1 için uygundur.
– Kontrol ünitesi, aşırı düzeyde çalışma sıklıklarına
müsaade etmemelidir!
•
ZIEHL-ABEGG aksiyel fanlar, aşağıda belirtilen hususlara
dikkat edilmesi halinde frekans dönüştürücülerde kullanım
için uygundur:
– Frekans dönüştürücü ile motor arasına, bazı frekans
dönüştürücüsü üreticileri tarafından sunulduğu şekli ile
tüm kutuplarda etkili bir sinüs filtresi (Sinüs biçiminde
çıkış gerilimi! Faza karşılık faz, faza karşılık koruma
iletkeni) monte edilmelidir. Konuyla ilgili olarak L-TI0510 sayılı teknik bilgi dokümanımızı talep ediniz.
– Sinüs filtrelerinin yerine du/dt filtreleri (motor veya
izolasyon filtresi olarak da adlandırılmaktadır)
kullanılmamalıdır.
– Sinüs filtreleri kullanıldığında, (sinüs filtresi
tedarikçisinin görüşü alınarak) ekranlamalı motor giriş
kabloları, metal terminal kutusu kullanılması ve
motordaki ikinci topraklama iletkeni bağlantısının
yapılması şart değildir.
•
3,5 mA’lik işletime bağlı kaçak akım aşıldığında,
topraklama ile ilgili koşullar DIN EN 50 178, Madde
5.2.11.1’e uygun hale getirilmelidir.
•
Elektronik gerilim düşmesi sonucu devir sayısı
yönetiminde (faz yönetimi) montaj şekline göre rezonans
sonucu gürültü oluşumu görülebilir. Bu durumda entegre
sinüs filtreli frekans dönüştürücü Fcontrol kullanılması
tavsiye edilir.
•
fanlar‘ımızın devir sayısını kontrol etmek için farklı
üreticilere ait gerilim kontrol cihazları ve frekans
dönüştürücüler kullanıldığında, sorunsuz bir çalışmayı
garanti edemeyeceğimiz gibi, motorda meydana

used for rotational-speed control of our Fans
•
A-rated sound power levels of over 80 dB(A) are possible,
see product catalogue.
•
IP55 Fans with a seal which is rubbing may cause additional noise.
Start-up
•
Before first-time start-up, check the following:
– Installation and electrical connection have been prop-
erly completed?
– Electrical connection carried out in accordance with
wiring diagram (wiring diagram in terminal box, for cable
version on cable or wall ring)
– Turning direction corresponds to turning direction arrow
on fan blade or fan housing. The airflow direction or
turning direction determines the functionality of the fan,
not the motor rotation field.
– Is the protective earth connected?
– Connection data complies with the specifications on the
type plate.
– Motor operating capacitor data (1~ motors) complies
with the specifications on the type plate.
– Safety equipment is in place (→ Contact protection).
– Temperature monitor/motor protection switch are
professionally connected and operating properly.
– All leftover installation materials and other foreign mate-
rials have been removed from the fan cavity.
– Cable gland is sealed (see “Installation”).
– Do the installation position and the arrangement of the
condensation drain holes in the motor (if available)
correspond to each other (does not apply to protection
class IP55 fans)?
•
The designated use of ZIEHL-ABEGG fans with VDE
certification assumes connection in a device or via a
control unit.
•
Commissioning may only take place if all safety instructions have been checked and danger can be excluded.
•
Check for low vibration operation. Strong vibrations due to
erratic operation (unbalanced), e.g. caused by transportation damage or improper use, can lead to failure.
Maintenance, repair, cleaning
•
During all work on Fan in the hazardous area:
– Maintenance operation is only to be performed by
trained service personnel.
– Observe the safety and labour regulations (DIN EN 50
110, IEC 364).
– The rotor must be standing still!
– Open the electrical circuit and secure against being
switched back on.
– Verify the absence of voltage.
– No maintenance work on running Fan!
•
Wear safety shoes and gloves for handling!
•
Keep the airways of the fan free- danger because of
objects dropping out!
•
Wet cleaning under voltage may lead to an electric
shock - danger to life!
•
Regular inspection, and cleaning is necessary to prevent
imbalance due to ingress of dirt.
– Clean the fans`s flow area.
•
You can clean entire Fan with a moist cloth.
•
Do not use any aggressive, paint solvent cleaning agents
when cleaning.
•
Never use a high-pressure cleaner or spray jet to
clean.
•
Avoid letting water permeate into the motor and the electrical installation.

halkası kablo tipinde)
– Dönüş yönü, fan kanadı veya fan gövdesi üzerindeki
dönüş yönü ok işareti ile uyumlu. Fanın fonksiyonu için
hava sevk yönü veya dönüş yönü önemlidir, motorun
dönme alanı değil.
– Koruyucu iletken bağlı.
– Bağlantı verileri ile tip levhasındaki bilgiler örtüşüyor.
– İşletim kondansatörlerinin (1~ Motor) verileri, tip etiketi
üzerindeki veriler ile örtüşüyor mu?
– Emniyet tertibatları monte edildi mi (→ Dokunmaya
karşı koruma elemanı).
– Termik röle/motor koruma şalteri kurallara uygun olarak
bağlandı ve çalışıyor mu?
– Montaj artıkları ve yabancı cisimler fan bölmesinden
temizlendi mi?
– Kablo girişi sızdırmaz mı (bkz. “Montaj”).
– Montaj konumuna uygun kondens suyu delikleri (eğer
mevcutsa) açık veya kapalı mıdır (IP55 koruma
sınıfından fanlarda geçerli değildir)?
•
VDE onaylı ZIEHL-ABEGG Vantilatörlerinin amaca uygun
kullanımı, bağlantının bir cihaz içerisinde veya bir kontrol
ünitesi üzerinden yapılmasını gerektirmektedir.
•
Devreye alma çalışması, ancak tüm emniyet uyarıları
kontrol edildikten ve herhangi bir tehlikenin mevcut
olmadığından emin olunduktan sonra yapılmalıdır.
•
Sessiz çalışmasına dikkat edin. Gürültülü çalışmadan
dolayı güçlü titreşimler (dengesizlik) örn. taşıma hasarları
veya amaca uygun olmayan kullanım sebebiyle ürünün
devre dışı kalmasına neden olur.
Servis, Bakım, Temizlik
•
fan üzerinde tehlike bölgesinde yapılan tüm
çalışmalarda şu hususlara dikkat edilmelidir:
– Bu çalışmalar sadece bu konuda eğitim almış uzman
personel tarafından yapılmalıdır.
– Emniyet ve çalışma yönetmelikleri (DIN EN 50 110, IEC
364) dikkate alınmalıdır.
– Rotor hareketsiz bir şekilde durmalıdır!
– Akım devresi kesilmiş ve tekrar çalıştırılmaya karşı
emniyet altına alınmış.
– Gerilim bulunmadığı kontrol edilmelidir.

Fanın hava yollarını serbest tutun - Dışarı fırlayan

Fanda gerilim bulunurken ıslak temizlik yapılması
elektrik çarpmasına neden olabilir - Hayati tehlike!
•
Kirlenmeye bağlı dengesiz bir çalışma meydana
gelmemesi için düzenli olarak kontrol ve gerektiğinde
temizlik yapılmalıdır.
– Fanın akış bölgesini temizleyin
•
fan, komple olarak nemli bir temizlik bezi ile temizlenebilir.
•
Temizlik için aşındırıcı, boya sökücü temizlik maddeleri
kullanılmamalıdır.
•
Temizlik için kesinlikle yüksek basınçlı bir temizlik
makinesi veya su püskürtme yöntemini kullanmayın.
•
Motora ve elektrik tesisatına su kaçmasını engelleyin.
•
Temizlik işleminden sonra, motora kaçmış olması
muhtemel suyun buharlaşması için motor 30 dakika

•
After cleaning, the motor must be operated for 30 minutes
at 80-100% of the max. rpm to let it dry out. This will allow
any possibly penetrated water to evaporate.
•
Due to the selection of bearings with “lifetime lubrication”,
the Fan is maintenance-free. Once the grease consumption period has expired (for standard applications, approx.
30-40,000 hrs.), it is necessary to replace the bearings.
•
Take note of abnormal operating noise!
•
Watch out for vibration free motion!
•
Replace the bearings at the end of the grease-consumption period or if they are damaged (does not apply to motor
frame size 068). To do this, ask for our Maintenance Guide
or contact our Repair Department (special tools may be
required!).
•
Replace bearings only with original parts (ZIEHL-ABEGG
special-grease).
•
Please contact our service department about any other
damage (e.g. winding damage).
•
On 1~ motors, condenser rating can decrease with time,
life expectancy approx. 30,000 hrs. per DIN EN 60252.
•
Outdoor fans: If a fan is stationary for long periods in a
humid atmosphere, it should be switched ON for
minimum of two hours every month to remove any
moisture that may have condensed within the motor.
•
Fans with IP55 degree of protection or higher: open the
existing sealed condensation bores at least every six
months.

Disposal must be carried out professionally and environmentally friendly in accordance with the legal stipulations.
