Limited Warranty
Oplink Guarantees that every wireless PIR sensor is free from physical defects in material
and workmanship under normal usage for one year from the date of purchase. If the
product proves defective during this one-year warrany period, Oplink will replace it free of
charge. Oplink does not issue any refunds. This warnnty is extended to the original end
user purchase only and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to : (1) damage to
units caused by accident, dropping or abuse in handling, or any negligent usage; (2) units
which have been repaired, taken apart, or modified by an unauthorized personnel; (3) units
not used in accordance with instruction; (4) damanges exceeding the cost of the produt; (5)
transit damage, initial installation costs, removal cost, or reinstallation cost.

Wireless PIR Motion Sensor
Introduction
Thanks for choosing the Oplink’s wireless PIR motion sensor of the home security device.
This sensor monitors movement, and send signal when movement is detected inside the
building. System comes with pet mode build inside for optional function.

3. Close the cover back to sensor.
4. To home security controller into learning mode. Press “Program Switch” on the back
of PIR1301 to learn device into system.
5. Using adhesive tape to mount PIR1301 at 2 meters above surface. To enhance
proper operation, place PIR1301 on the angle which can detect the room widely. The
solid area means the detector’s coverage range.

Installation
1. Release cover tab to open the cover.
2. Before insert the CR123A battery, user shall decide whether this device need to be
activated when “Stay arm”. In normal case, PIR will not activate when user stay at
home while arm the system. However, some area user won’t even entry, so PIR1301
will let user to choice whether PIR1301 should activated while stay arm.
Hold tamper switch on PIR1301 while insert the CR123A battery, if LED flash twice, it
means this PIR Senor won’t activated while system at Stay Arm stage. If this is not
the function you want, please remove battery, then hold tamper switch & insert battery
again. Then LED shall flash three times, it means this PIR Sensor will activated all
the time at Stay Arm or Away Arm stage.

Operation
1. Walk in front of PIR1301, sensor will send the signal to system, and the LED will flash
five times.
2. Normal operation, the LED will not light.
3. The PIR1301 sensor equipped with tamper switch. If the cover of sensor is removed,
the PIR sensor will report a zone tamper to the controller, and the LED will flash five
times.
4. If pet in house, user can choice “pet mode”. Please refer to Product Description and
Specification for installation.
5. If PIR motion sensor is in low battery status, it will report a message to controller, and
LED will flash slow. Please change the battery.
