(Please read carefully and thoroughly this instruction
manual before operation, and keep it safely.)
extinguish, restart power switch. (Voltage adjustment knob must be
turned to the minimum or output voltage less than the limited
voltage.)
(9) Attention: Don't start power switch with the load. Otherwise, easy
to damage DC Power Supply and the load. When the load current
more than 10A,Please use the rear output terminal. When use large
current, wiring terminal and output line must tighten. Otherwise,
wiring terminal will be damaged caused by connecting the big
resistance leading to fever.
4、Repair
4-1 Fuse replacement:
If fuse is burnt out, the power supply will stop working. If such
case occurs, its cause must be found and corrected. Use same type
fuse replacement. Do not open the fuse box, unless problem occurs.
4-2 Repair:
If the interior of the power supply is burn out, it must be repaired by
professional maintenance personnel or by the manufacturer through
the distributor. Do not repair it by yourself for the safety reason.
1、Summary
RXN-3020D、JPS-3020D、RXN-3030D、JPS-3030D are single output
power supply.RXN-302D(A)-II、JPS-302D-II、MPS-3002L-3、
RXN-303D(A)-II、JPS-303D-II、MPS-3003L-3、RXN-305D(A)-II、
JPS-305D-II、MPS-3005L-3、RXN-3010D(A)-II、JPS-3010D-II、
MPS-3010L-3 are three-output power supply, collectively referred to as
high precision constant current, constant voltage DC Linear Power
Supply .Characterized by high precision and strong reliability. And the
three-output power supply with auto tracing, auto series and parallel
operation.
KXN-3050D、KXN-3060D、…KXN-30010D are high efficiency
constant current, constant voltage DC Switching Power Supply. This
series DC Power Supply feature is strong ability to load and work for
low failure rate. Also they with the over-voltage protection,
over-temperature protection, over-load protection, over-current
protection functions.(work efficiency≥86%)

Caution: KXN Series are Switching Power Supply. Internal
have high-pressure circuit. Not professional
maintenance personnel must not repair, lest produce

3-2 Method of operation:
(1) Connect the machine to the mains supply: AC220V±10%.
(2) Adjust over-voltage protection knob and current adjustment knob to
the maximum along the clockwise direction.
(3) Put power switch to the “ON”, and the red pilot lamp will go on.
(4) Adjust voltage coarse and fine adjustment knob to the required
value.
(5) Connect the external load to the “+” and “－”output terminal.
(6) When it is used to meet high requirement, the binding post of
output “+”or “－”must be connected with “GND” binding post to
reduce the output ripple voltage.
(7) Constant current setting: First adjust the voltage to 3-10V arbitrary
value, then adjust current adjustment knob to 0(turn it to the end
anticlockwise).Using the line to connect the output of the positive
(“+”) and the negative (“-”) electrodes. Then clockwise adjust the
current adjustment knob to the required current value. Remove the
short-circuit line, adjust voltage adjustment knob to the required
voltage value, and now it is ready to be used.
(8) Over-voltage protection setting: First adjust the over-voltage
protection knob to the maximum along the clockwise direction.
Then turn on power switch. Adjust the voltage adjustment knob to
the required protection value. Then anticlockwise adjust the
over-voltage protection knob to over-voltage protection. Use
voltage must be within the scope of your limit. Otherwise it will
automatically protect. Meanwhile, the over-voltage protection pilot
lamp will go on.
Restart steps after the over-voltage protection: First turn off power
switch. After over-voltage protection pilot lamp completely

Notice
:
(1) AC input: AC 220V±10% 50Hz（If input voltage is 110V±10%
60Hz, on the rear of the machine will have marks）
(2) Insulation: The radiator in the rear of the machine should have
enough space to dissipate heat.RXN-3020D、RXN-3030D and
KXN Series DC Power Supply have temperature control switch.
When inside temperature≥45 radiator fan start to rotate to℃
dissipate heat. Do not use the machine in a place where the
temperature is over 45℃.
