Zanussi Professional have designed and
produced a complete range of refrigerated
tables, that combines the dual function of
worktop and refrigerated table. This
versatility allows notable savings in space
whilst offering functional and modular
solutions to kitchen requirements.
The main benefit of this innovative new range
is total flexibility: you have the possibility to
compose your table to your exact personal
requirements. You can order each individual
unit and combine them together: structure,
top, door, drawer and refrigeration unit.
We offer a basic range of 38 models but the
choice is infinite.
The range presented here consists of 3
models with a temperature from -2° to
+10°C. Models are available with 2 doors; 3
doors; and 4 doors.

FUNCTIONAL AND
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES

� Constructed entirely in 304 AISI stainless

steel with satin finish and polished interior
guaranteeing maximum reliability. 2"
height-adjustable 304 AISI stainless steel
feet (-15 to +80 mm). Completely removable
grid support structure in 303 AISI stainless
steel

� The worktop has a height of 50 mm and is

slotted into place for easy removal or
replacement with a different type of top
(supplied on request).

� High-density expanded polyurethane

foam, 60 mm in thickness, with
cyclopenthane injection, guarantees
exceptional, long-term insulation and notable
energy savings

� The design of the refrigeration unit allows

maximum usage of the available space in the
compartment. It is also mounted on a pull-out
system to facilitate maintenance and
cleaning.

� Electronic control panel - ACTIVE -

allowing the Perfect Food Conservation: 4
temperature probes in 4 different locations
are controlled by the electronic panel; even if
one of these probes is broken the optimal
conservation temperature is maintained.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

� The new electronic control allows the

defrosting cycles to activate only when it is
necessary, it means that if the evaporator is
covered with ice, a defrosting cycle will be
activated, if it is clear no cycle is performed.
The smart defrosting assures a better
utilisation of the appliance and a 5%
reduction in energy consumption.

� Alarm service allows 24 h per day self

diagnostics in order to use the fridge in the
best way. Possibility to connect the appliance
to a computer for monitoring the events.

� HACCP: monitoring the temperature 24 h

per day and keeping record of the
temperature when over the critical limit. Easy
consultation of the display and sound alarm.

� Possibility to have a qualitative evaluation

regarding the utilisation of the appliance
based on the working condition of the major
components (evaporator, condenser,
compressor).

� The new central position of the

refrigeration unit allows perfect air circulation
in the different compartments and
temperature uniformity.

� These appliances are suitable for use in

tropical climates (+43°C) ensuring high
performance even in extreme ambient
conditions.

� The base, with water drain, is pressed and

features rounded internal corners to
guarantee perfect cleaning.

� The refrigerated tables feature: reversible,

self-closing doors; recessed ergonomical
handles.
