A: To confirm the dishwasher is powered, cross-check whether the socket is turned on, and confirm whether the tap is turned fully on.

A: After every 40 washes the salt container would need a refill.

Q: Can any type of cutlery be used in a dishwasher?

A: Wood or horn handle cutlery, glued parts, crystal ware and aluminium ware which aren’t marked to be dishwasher safe cannot be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Q: Why do we need to add rinse aid?

A: Rinse aid makes drying and streaking less of a problem and allows water to run off perfectly.

Q: What is the process of reconfiguring the water softener if it does not work?

A: Based on the customer requirements, one shift should be made on the water softener dials with the use of the provided color bars. For instance, if the water is too soft, simply switch the dial to Very Hard Water.
