Congratulations on your decision to purchase the Yukon Competitor Lat Machine. The team at Yukon has designed this fitness machine using the finest materials possible to deliver superior quality and value in your home year after year. Please follow the assembly instructions carefully, and regularly inspect the completed unit to insure all hardware is in place and properly attached.
OVERALL NOTES: Unless instructed, Do not fully tighten hardware until the entire machine is completely assembled and located on a flat and level surface. Please be careful not to over-tighten bolts when securing pads, or you may crack the pad.
You are now ready to begin assembling your Lat Machine. We strongly recommend that you read over the parts list and match up all the parts that you have received with those on the list.
If you are missing any parts, or have any questions regarding product assembly, Please DO NOT take the unit back to the retail store. Call our customer service number at (440) 439-0000.

!! WARNINGS !!
• You should always contact your physician prior to engaging in any exercise regiment.
• If you have any pre-existing condition that prohibits you from doing a certain exercise then do not begin the exercise.
• Always make sure that all bolts and parts (such as: snap links, pins, cables, etc.) are fully secure and not worn before each use of your machine
• Keep clear of cables and moving parts when machine is in use.
• Machine may lift up or tip if you do not stand on foot plates when using low row cable.
• Make sure machine is on a flat and level surface.
• You use this machine at your own risk, so please exercise carefully and with caution.
NOTE: When installing cables, make sure the washer is in front of the ball.
If it is not, then slide the ball to the other end of cable.

Step 1.
• Slide a rubber donut (5) onto the bottom of each slide rod (6)
• Insert each slide rod (6) through the outer 1" holes of the rear base (4).
NOTE: Make sure the side hole of each rod is at the bottom and facing toward the holes of the rear base.
• Attach the rear base extend (8), rear base (4), front base (1), and slide rods (6) together with two 3/8” x 4 1/4” bolts (2), four 3/8” washers (3) and two 3/8” nuts (7).

Step 2.
• Fasten upright (5) to front base (1) using two 3/8” x 4 1/4” bolts (2), four 3/8” washers (3), and two 3/8” nuts (4).

Step 3.
Carefully slide all the weight plates (6) down the slide rods (5).
Note: The slot of each weight plate should face toward the back of the machine.
• Attach top plate (1) to first hole of shaft selector (4) with the 1/2” x 2” pocket hex bolt (2).
• Slide top plate (1) down slide rods (5).

Step 4.
• Fit back end of the boom (5) over the two slide rods (8) and secure with two 5/16” x 3/4” bolts (6) and two 5/16” washers (7).
• Secure the upright (3) to boom (5) with two 3/8” x 4 1/4” bolts (1), four 3/8” washers (2), and two 3/8” nuts (4).

Step 5.
• Attach seat pad (4) to seat support (3) using two 5/16” x 1 3/4” bolts (1) and two 5/16” washers (2). DO NOT over-tighten or you could crack the pad.

Step 6.
• Slide seat support (5) over short tube portion of the upright (8). Secure with three 5/16” x 3/4” bolts (6) and three 5/16” washers (7).
• Fasten bottom of seat support (5) to the front base (3) with two 3/8” x 4 1/4” bolts (1), four 3/8” washers (2), and two 3/8” nuts (4).

• Insert the round tube (2) through the foam roller post (3) and push a foam roller (1) onto each end.

• Insert the thigh support (1) assembled in step 7 into the seat support (2).

In the illustration, the order that the pulleys get installed are labeled “a” through “d”.
• Put the bolt end (10) of upper cable through the long slot at top of upright (7) and then secure it to the shaft selector/top plate (13) with a 1/2” washer (12) and nut (11).
Note: The ball end of the cable should remain at the front.
• Next, attach a pulley (2a) to the front of the boom (6) using a 3/8” x 2 1/8" bolt (3), two washers (4), and a nut (5). Make sure cable
runs over the top of the pulley.
• Continue by running upper cable over the top of another pulley (2b). This pulley is attached to the upright (7) with a 3/8” x 3 3/8” bolt (8), two washers (4), and a nut (5).
• Run cable over another pulley (2c) and attach this pulley to back of boom (6) using a 3/8” x 2 1/8” bolt (3), two washers (4), and a nut (5).
• Between the two pulleys at "b" and "c" attach a pulley (2d) to the top hole of two pulley plates (9). Use a 3/8” x 2 1/8” bolt (3), two washers (4), and a nut (5). The cable should run under pulley.

Step 10. (Low Row Cable)
In the illustration, the order that the pulleys get installed are labeled “a” through “c”.
• Put the “eye hole” end (13) of low row cable through the slots of the seat support (8) and upright (9).
Note: The ball end of the cable should remain at the front.
• Attach a pulley (5a) to the front of the front base (2) using a 3/8” x 2 1/8" bolt (3), two washers (4), and a nut (6). Make sure cable runs under pulley.
• Install another pulley (5b) to bottom of upright (9) with a 3/8” x 3 3/8” bolt (10), two washers (4), and a nut (6). Make sure cable runs under this
pulley also.
• Loop cable over another pulley (5c) and attach this pulley to the bottom holes of the pulley plates (14) using a 3/8” x 2 1/8” bolt (3), two washers (4), and a nut (6).
• Finish lower cable installation by attaching the “eye hole” end (13) to the small tab (11) of the front base using a snap link (12).

Step 11.
• Attach each foot plate (1) to the front base (3) with a pull pin (2).
WARNING: Always stand on foot plates when performing any type of standing exercise with the low row cable (example: bicep curls, upright rows, shrugs, etc…). Failure to do so may result in the tipping or lifting of machine.

Step 12.
• At this time all the hardware can be tightened down, beginning with step 1.
• All that is left to do is connect the remaining snap links (2) and bars (1, 5).
NOTES:
• Please, for your safety, remember to inspect machine for loose bolts or wear before each workout.
