Preparation before using
1.Batter y Install at io n:
Slide to ope n th e ba tt er y com partment, ins ta ll t wo AAA
batte ries(not included) for two transceiver s according to th e
"+/-"direction sho wn .
The low batter y Indicator( )
The lo w battery in di ca to r wil l blink w hen t he batteries ar e low.
Please replace the battery.
2.Fix the tran sm it te r on the hot shoe of the camera :
Mount the tr ansmitter on th e h ot shoe of the ca me ra through
the hot shoe mou nt in g fo ot , then tight the lockin g sc re w.
Suppor ts i ns ta ll ing th e flas h on the tr an smitter (o n-to p
flash， as the pic tu re sho wn ).
3.Fixed the receiver and f la sh
Mount the rec ei ve r on the mi ni s ta nd of t he flash attached or
other f ix ed device ( no t included), an d tight t he locking sc re w.
Install the f la sh o n the hot s ho e of th e receiver, lo ck the flash
and ensure all links a re fixed well.
Make sure all the tran sceivers ha ve been fi xe d, the flas h set to manual “M”
mode.

1.Set the communicati on mode: Set all the transm it te rs and receivers to th e same
communicat io n mo de ( RF-602 or RF-603).
2.Set the tr an sm it-receive status : S et th e transmitter to TX, the receiver set to RX o r
TRX.
3.Channe l se tt in g: Set all the transcei ve rs i n th e same channel.
4.Set the grou ps of tran sm it te r an d receiver:
1)Tran smitter sett in gs : In TX st at us , pre ss the grouping bu tt on for setu p; in TRX
status, press the TX Group button or ha lf press th e ca me ra shut te r re le as e button to
activate the transmit group settin gs .
2)Rec eiving group settin g: P re ss t he g ro up in g bu tton f or settings.

Exampl e: use the YN 560-TX an d se t C group not f lash
Set the C gr ou p fl ash mode to “-- ” wh en using t he Y N5 60-TX ,the C grou p of
corresponding RF60 5 rece iv er d oe s no t fl ash.

5.Waken the f lash: h al f p ress the transmitter(T X status) multifu nc ti on but to n or
camera shutter to waken the flash.
6.Test and tr igger the flas h :Fully press th e mu ltifunction button of the tran sm it te r
(TX status) to te st the flash once . When fully pressing the rele as e button of ca me ra
shutter, it wi ll wireless synchronously tri gg er t he o n- to p flash and of f-camera flash.
