Operating Instructions
1. General terms:
1.1. Product’s name : DIE-BLOC Light Curing Block out material

1.4. Storage conditions:
Cool, protected from light and frost at min. + 8°C to (medium term lasting) max.+ 28°C
2. Determinded use:
Synthetic material, easy to be applied and to block out the undercut on the die. This material does
not leave any lubricant film after hardening.
This product is not suitable or recommended to be used in the patient’s mouth (intraoral) and only
when fully polymerized.
To be applied on the desired area and desired form by using an instrument or the cannnula
delivered with. It can be polymerized by using an appropriate fluorescent lamp during 3-5 minutes
(wave length: 350-400nm). A longer polymerization time improves the physical material properties.
Any claim on warranty or liability will not be accepted if the product is not used according
to determination !
3. Caution:
Ensure that unqualified persons (e.g. children) do not come in contact with the product. Only skilled
authorized personnel is entitled to work with this product. Read operating instructions before use
and in case of obscurities ask the manufacturer or distributor.
4. Operating instructions:
4.1. Before usage:
Die must be dry, clean und not to be treated before.
4.2. Usage:
1. Remove the cap from the top of the syringe. If necessary to put on the cannula.
2. Material to be applied by a rotation of the stick or with a small pressure.
3. Application of the material can be stopped by simply rotating in the oposite side or by
pulling back the stick.
4. Material can be handeled with an instrument and cured in UV light curing machine

5. This Material (without lubricant film) can be handeled with a rotating instruments (e.g
burs..) and offered a maximum liability for applying the Die Spacers.
5. Disposal: According to local regulations of responsible disposable authorities.
6. Durability: 12 Months after opening the original packaging.
