1. Introduction:
This product specification (PS) document specifies the electrical requirements, connectors and mechanical issues for VDSL over smartphone splitter.The main purpose of the splitter filters is to separate the tele-band signals (originated from POTS or ISDN – BRA). A second purpose is to isolate poorly balanced tele-band equipment from the line at VDSL band frequency in order to prevent unwanted egress( and ingress) from VDSL signals.
The filter for phones or telephone equipments shareing a two – line phone Jack.
