How many times can I use flash treatment in a day?
Why do I smell something is burning right after I use the flash?
You will feel a mild heat when flash is used but it does not affect the skin.
Possible reasons the flash may feel hot is because a longer hair was treated, or you have recently been tanned. Always shave unwanted hair and do not get tanned before treatment.
If you experience redness or pain, immediately discontinue use and cool and moisturize your skin. If the symptoms do not fade away, consult a doctor.
If the dirt does not come off even after you attempt to clean it, consult your local agent.
Do not use the flash more than once over one area in a day as this can cause skin irritation.
Because the flash has been absorbed by and heated the hairs you are treating.
If you smell an unusual odor from the device itself, immediately discontinue use and turn off the power and then unplug the AC adapter.
Consult your local distributor for advice to avoid possible skin problems.
