Lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung vor der Verwendung der Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT sorgfältig durch, um eine sachgemäße, sichere & korrekte Anwendung sicherzustellen und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren Nachschlagen auf. Unsere Erläuterungen gründen auf den Standardeinstellungen der SIONA COLOR FIT.
• Einige Punkte variieren etwas je nach Region, Provider oder Smartphone Software möglicherweise auch von Ihrem Smartphone selbst. Darüber hinaus behalten wir uns das Recht vor, Änderungen ohne vorherige Ankündigung vorzunehmen.
• Inhalte, bei denen für die Verarbeitung hohe CPU- und RAM-Leistungen erforderlich sind, wirken sich auf die Gesamtleistung der Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT aus.
• XLYNE übernimmt keinerlei Haftung bei Leistungsproblemen, die von einer fehlerhaften Anwendung der Smartwatch oder von Providern verursacht werden.
• XLYNE ist nicht für Störungen, Performanceeinbußen oder Inkompatibilitäten haftbar, die durch veränderte Registrierungseinstellungen oder modifizierte Betriebssystemsoftware verursacht wurden. Achtung! Inoffizielle Hacks und Modifikationen des Betriebssystems können dazu führen, dass die SIONA COLOR FIT oder manche Funktionen nicht mehr wie vorgesehen arbeiten.
• Software, Tonquellen, Hintergrundbilder, Bilder sowie andere Medien auf der SIONA COLOR FIT unterliegen einer Lizenzvereinbarung für die eingeschränkte Nutzung. Das Extrahieren und Verwenden dieser Materialien für gewerbliche oder andere Zwecke stellt eine Verletzung von Urheberrechtsgesetzen dar. Der Benutzer trägt die volle Verantwortung bei illegaler Verwendung von Medien.
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass ggf. je nach Providertarif Zusatzgebühren für mobile Datendienste wie z. B. Nachrichtenversand, Upload und Download von Inhalten, automatische Synchronisation oder Nutzung von Standortdiensten anfallen.
• Das Verändern des Betriebssystems der SIONA COLOR FIT führt möglicherweise zu Fehlfunktionen der SIONA COLOR FIT, zu Beschädigung oder Verlust von Daten. Handlungen wie Hacks des Betriebssystems stellen Verstöße gegen Ihre Lizenzvereinbarung mit XLYNE dar und haben das Erlöschen der Garantie zur Folge.

STAUBSCHUTZ & SCHUTZ VOR WASSER

Die Uhr wird möglicherweise beschädigt, falls Wasser oder Staub hineingelangen. Beachten Sie diese Tipps, damit Schäden am Gerät verhindert werden und die Wasser- und Staubbeständigkeit der Smartwatch gewährleistet bleiben. Andere Flüssigkeiten werden von diesen Nutzerhinweisen nicht umfasst.
• Für die Nutzung im Wasser ist das Modell SIONA COLOR FIT nicht geeignet. Lediglich ein Spritzwasserschutz bei Regen bzw. beim Waschen der Hände ist vorhanden, aus diesem Grund sollte die SIONA COLOR FIT in jedem Fall vor Wasser geschützt werden.
• Setzen Sie die Smartwatch keinem fließenden Wasser aus, etwa aus dem Wasserhahn, laufendem Wasser oder Wellen.
• Ist die Uhr oder Ihre Hand feucht, trocknen Sie alles sorgfältig ab, erst dann können Sie die SIONA COLOR FIT wieder nutzen.
• Kommt die Uhr versehentlich mit Süßwasser in Berührung, sorgen Sie für eine gründliche Trocknung mit einem sauberen Tuch. Sollte die Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT nicht wie beschrieben abgetrocknet werden, kann es zur Schädigung des Gerätes führen.
• Fällt die Smartwatch herunter oder wird durch einen heftigen Schlag erschüttert, kann es zu Einbußen des Wasser- und Staubschutzes kommen und die Uhr wird unter Umständen beschädigt.
• Kommt die Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT mit Flüssigkeiten, Wasser oder ähnlichem in intensive Berührung, funktioniert die Uhr möglicherweise nicht mehr vorschriftsgemäß. Auch wenn Ihr Zubehör spritzwassergeschützt ist, sollten Sie es nicht unnötig übermäßigem Staub, Sand und Schlamm aussetzen bzw. in feuchten Umgebungen mit äußerst hohen oder niedrigen Temperaturen verwenden.
Alle mitgelieferten Zubehör-Elemente, etwa das Ladekabel, sind als einzelne Komponenten nicht staub- und wassergeschützt. Mängel oder Beschädigungen durch unsachgerechte Verwendung oder Missbrauch des im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Zubehörs fallen nicht unter Ihren Garantieanspruch.

SCHUTZ GEGEN ÜBERHITZUNG

Zur Vermeidung von Funktionsstörungen der SIONA COLOR FIT sowie Vermeidung von Irritationen der Haut oder Schädigungen aufgrund eines auslaufenden Akkus, achten Sie darauf, dass die SIONA COLOR FIT keinen übermäßig hohen oder niedrigen Temperaturen ausgesetzt wird. Sollte das Tragen der Uhr unangenehm werden, legen Sie die Smartwatch unverzüglich von Ihrem Arm ab und benutzen Sie diese erst einmal nicht.

EINFÜHRUNG

Mittels der Bluetooth® Verbindung, der empfohlenen App „H-Band“* und mit dem Smartphone synchronisieren Sie auf der SIONA COLOR FIT den Eingang von Push Mitteilungen Ihres Mobilfunkgeräts. Sie werden über den Eingang von SMS-Mitteilungen, Anrufe, Nachrichten von Facebook oder WhatsApp etc. informiert. Die Verbindung der SIONA COLOR FIT erfolgt über Bluetooth® mit Ihrem internetfähigen Telefon oder Tablet mit den Betriebssystemen Android™ (mindestens 4.4) und iOS (mindestens 8.0). Für eine optimale Leistung und Funktionsweise sollten Sie die SIONA COLOR FIT zusammen mit dem bereitgestellten Armband nutzen.

LIEFERUMFANG UND GERÄTEAUFBAU

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Produktkarton das folgende Zubehör enthält:

Die zugehörigen Artikel sind nur für die Verwendung mit diesem Modell SIONA COLOR FIT vorgesehen und dürfen nicht mit anderen Modellen oder Geräten verwendet werden. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Veränderungen am Design und an den technischen Daten ohne vorherige Mitteilung vorzunehmen. Die mit der SIONA COLOR FIT gelieferten Zubehörteile können je nach Region variieren.
Verwenden Sie nur von XLYNE zugelassenes Zubehör. Sollten Sie nicht zugelassenes Zubehör dennoch nutzen, könnte es zu Einbußen der Leistung und Funktionsstörungen führen, die nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt werden.

*Hinweis zur App Nutzung und Datenverarbeitung: Ihre Smartwatch kann mithilfe einer Vielzahl von Android- oder iOS-App mit Ihrem Smartphone verbunden werden. Dabei können personenbezogene Daten (Sensordaten wie z.B. Standortdaten etc.) verarbeitet werden. Wir sind weder Entwickler noch Betreiber dieser Apps und haben so weder Einfluss noch Zugriffsmöglichkeiten auf die dabei verarbeiteten Daten. Bitte lesen Sie sich vor jeder Installation einer App die im App-Store hinterlegten Datenschutzinformation des jeweiligen Betreibers sorgfältig durch.

LADEVORGANG

Vor der erstmaligen Nutzung Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT sollten Sie den Akku der SIONA COLOR FIT vollständig aufladen. Nutzen Sie dafür das mitgelieferte Ladekabel
.
• Legen Sie das Ende des Ladekabels mit den magnetischen Kontakten entsprechend der Passform an den magnetischen Ladekontakt der Smartwatch.
• Verbinden Sie das andere Ende des Kabels mit einem Ladeadapter oder dem USB- Anschluss eines eingeschalteten Computers.
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Ladegerät bzw. der Computer mit einer Stromversorgung/ Steckdose verbunden ist. Achtung! Die Erkennung am PC/ Computer und das Starten des Aufladevorgangs kann bis zu 5 Minuten dauern.
Der Akkustand Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT ist auf dem Uhren-Bildschirm abzulesen. Die SIONA COLOR FIT benachrichtigt Sie, sobald der Akkustand niedrig ist. Laden Sie die Watch in diesem Fall schnellstmöglich wieder auf.
Informationen zum Akkuverbrauch
• Die Betriebszeit des Akkus steht in Korrelation zu Ihrem Nutzungsverhalten und dem Zustand des Akkus.
• Der Akku unterliegt Verschleißerscheinungen. Beachten Sie: Bei gleichzeitiger Ausführung mehrerer Anwendungen oder Funktionen verringert sich die Laufzeit des Akkus. Im Ruhezustand wird ebenfalls die Akkuladung verringert - auch wenn das Gerät nicht aktiv verwendet wird.
• Im Laufe der Zeit kann es, wie bei allen Verbrauchsgegenständen, zu einer Verringerung der Ladefähigkeit kommen.

EIN- UND AUSSCHALTEN DER WATCH

So schalten Sie die SIONA COLOR FIT ein:

aufleuchtet und die Watch vibriert.
So schalten Sie Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT aus:
Drücken Sie mehrmals den Smart-Button bis sie zum Bildschirm mit folgendem Symbol kommen:
. Nun halten Sie den Smart-Button so lange gedrückt, bis die Watch vibriert
und das Display sich abschaltet. Die SIONA COLOR FIT ist jetzt ausgeschaltet.
Befolgen Sie alle Warnungen und Anweisungen autorisierter Personen in Bereichen, in denen drahtlose Geräte verboten sind. Die Nutzung beim Start und Landeanflug im Flugzeug und die Nutzung in bestimmten Klinikbereichen sollten Sie unterlassen.

BILDSCHIRM EIN- UND AUSSCHALTEN

Um den Bildschirm zu aktivieren, drücken Sie einmal kurz den Smart-Button. Der Bildschirm verdunkelt sich automatisch nach einigen Sekunden Inaktivität.

VERWENDEN DES SMART-BUTTONS

Durch einmaliges Drücken des Smart-Buttons schalten sie das Display ein, durch wiederholtes Drücken scrollen sie durch die verschiedenen Funktionen.
1. Druck: Schaltet Display ein.
2. Druck: Zeigt den Schrittzähler an.
3. Druck: Zeigt das Tagesziel für Schritte an.
4. Druck: Zeigt die zurückgelegte Distanz und die verbrauchten Kalorien an.
5. Druck: Aktiviert die Blutdruckmessung Dies kann bis zu 60 Sekunden dauern.
6. Druck: Aktiviert die Pulsmessung. Dies kann bis zu 30 Sekunden dauern.
7. Druck: Zeigt die Schlafdauer an.
8. Druck: Power-off Anzeige. Halten Sie den Smart-Button gedrückt, um die Uhr auszuschalten.

Damit Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT ordnungsgemäß funktioniert, empfehlen wir, die neueste Version der Anwendung „H Band*“ auf Ihrem Smartphone zu installieren. Sie finden die App in Ihrem jeweiligen App Store oder indem Sie folgenden QR Code mit Ihrem Smartphone scannen.

Erteilen Sie der H Band* App in Ihren Smartphone Einstellungen alle Berechtigungen (bspw. Standortfreigabe) und verhindern Sie, dass die App im Hintergrund geschlossen wird. Für eine Bluetooth-Verbindung muss der Standort dauerhaft aktiviert sein.

BLUETOOTH KOPPLUNG HERSTELLEN

Um den vollen Funktionsumfang der App und der Watch nutzen zu können, stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT eingeschaltet, auf Ihrem Endgerät Bluetooth® aktiviert und bei Android Geräten der Standort eingeschaltet ist. Starten Sie nun die App und geben Sie Ihre persönlichen Informationen (Geschlecht, Alter, Gewicht, Größe, persönliches Ziel der Schritte und Schlafzeit) ein, um die Einrichtung der App abzuschließen.
Um den vollen Leistungsumfang Ihrer Watch zu gewährleisten, ist es sinnvoll, in der „H Band“* App die Registrierung durchzuführen. Folgen Sie dazu den Anweisungen in der App.
Nach erfolgreicher Einrichtung befinden Sie sich im Home Bildschirm der App. (Bild 1) Tippen Sie nun auf den roten Balken um Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT zu verbinden. (Bild 1) Im Auswahlmenü sollte die SIONA COLOR FIT nun zu finden sein. (Bild 2) (Bluetooth muss auf Ihrem Endgerät aktiviert und die SIONA COLOR FIT eingeschaltet sein)
Wählen Sie die SIONA COLOR FIT aus (Bild 2) und erlauben Sie die Synchronisation der Daten. Die Synchronisation ist erforderlich, damit die Fitness Daten von der Watch in die App gelangen. Die SIONA COLOR FIT ist jetzt einsatzbereit und verbunden mit Ihrem Endgerät.

Hinweise zur Bluetooth®-Nutzung
• Wenn Sie Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT mit einem anderen Bluetooth®-fähigen Endgerät verbinden möchten, halten Sie die beiden Geräte nahe aneinander, um Probleme zu vermeiden.
• Zwischen Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT und dem verbundenen Gerät sollten keine Personen, Gebäude, Mauern oder andere Hindernisse sein.
• Die Berührung der Uhr mit teilweise noch genutzten Bluetooth®-Antennen eines verbundenen Mobilgeräts muss zwingend vermieden werden.
• Beachten Sie, dass sich die SIONA COLOR FIT und das andere Mobilfunk Gerät innerhalb des Verbindungsbereichs von 7m befinden. Der Funktionsabstand kann je nach Umgebung unterschiedlich sein.
• Zum Datentransfer verwenden Sie nur vertrauenswürdige und ordnungsgemäß abgesicherte Geräte. Befinden sich Hindernisse zwischen den Geräten, kann sich die Reichweite verringern.
• Die Verwendung der Bluetooth®-Funktion zu nicht legalen Zwecken ist untersagt: Raubkopieren, Abhören etc.. XLYNE übernimmt keine Verantwortung für die Folgen einer illegalen Nutzung der Bluetooth®-Funktion.
• Bluetooth® verwendet dieselbe Frequenz wie einige Geräte oder Maschinen mit niedriger Sendeleistung in der Industrie oder dem Medical Bereich. Bei einigen Geräten kann es aus diesem Grund entsprechend zu Störungen kommen, wenn in der Nähe derartiger Produkte eine Bluetooth®-Verbindung hergestellt wird.
• XLYNE ist nicht für Datenverluste der mit der Bluetooth®-Funktion gesendeten oder empfangenen Daten verantwortlich. Etwa durch missbräuchliches Datenphishing.

Aufbau der App

STARTSEITE:

Auf der Startseite der App sehen Sie die gemessenen Daten der Schritte, des Schlafmonitors**, der Herzfrequenz und des Blutdrucks (Bild 3). Mit dem Tippen auf den jeweiligen Graphen gelangen Sie zur Detailansicht der jeweiligen Funktionen. Mehr dazu im Kapitel „Detailansichten“. Wenn Sie herunterscrollen, haben Sie ganz unten die Möglichkeit, eine manuelle Puls- (rosa) oder Blutdruckmessung (orange) zu starten. (Bild 4) Beachten Sie dazu das Kapitel „manuelle Puls- und Blutdruckmessung“. Im Menü am unteren Rand gelangen Sie zur „Laufen“ Funktion, die Ihre zurückgelegte Strecke und in die „Einstellungen“ anzeigt. Beachten Sie die beiden Kapitel „Laufen“ und „Einstellungen“.

DETAILANSICHTEN:
Für den Schrittzähler, den Schlafmonitor, den Pulsmesser und den Blutdruckmesser gibt es jeweils eine Detailansicht. Sie gelangen durch das Antippen des jeweiligen Graphen auf die Startseite der Detailansicht. Über die Detailansicht lässt sich auch die Historie sehen, in dem man auf die Pfeiltasten neben dem Datum tippt (Bild 5 und 6). In der Schritte-Detailansicht kann man zudem noch den Graphen nach Schritten, Distanz und Kalorien anzeigen lassen. Dies funktioniert mit einem Druck auf die jeweiligen Felder. (Bild 5)

Unter der Detailansicht „Schlaf“ werden die gesammelten Daten zu Ihrem Schlaf angezeigt. Dort können Sie z.B. einsehen, wann Sie eingeschlafen und aufgewacht sind und wie lange Sie im Tiefschlaf waren oder einen leichten Schlaf hatten. Die Daten werden NICHT sofort nach dem Aufstehen angezeigt, da der Sie die Möglichkeit haben, sich erneut hinzulegen. Es kann bis zu 30 Minuten dauern bis die Schlafdaten synchronisiert und angezeigt werden.
AUTOMATISCHE PULS- und BLUTDRUCKMESSUNG
Die Uhr erstellt alle 30 Minuten einen Durchschnittswert der vergangen Puls- und Blutdruckmessungen und trägt diesen in die App H Band* ein. Diesen können Sie auf der Startseite der App finden. Um einen aktuellen Wert Ihrer Herzfrequenz zu bekommen, starten Sie eine manuelle Pulsmessung. Siehe hierzu den Abschnitt „H Band* (App)“ – „Manuelle Puls- und Blutdruckmessung“ (S.17)
Die erhobenen Messungen sind für den persönlichen Gebrauch und ersetzen weder ein medizinisches Gerät, noch einen Arzt.
MANUELLE PULS- UND BLUTDRUCKMESSUNG:
Um die manuelle Pulsmessung zu starten, gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten. Zum einen über den Smart-Button an der SIONA COLOR FIT selbst, in dem Sie durch wiederholtes Drücken zur Pulsfunktion springen. Nun misst die Uhr den Puls. (Warten Sie bis zu 30 Sek.) Zum anderen können Sie die Pulsmessung über die App aktivieren, indem Sie auf der Startseite auf „Mehr“ tippen und dann den purpurnen Pulsbutton drücken. Drücken Sie jetzt die Starttaste, sodass die Uhr beginnt den Puls zu messen. Der Puls wird nach einer gewissen Zeit auf Ihrem Endgerät angezeigt. (Bild 7 & 8)

Um die manuelle Blutdruckmessung zu starten, gibt es ebenfalls zwei Möglichkeiten. Zum einen über den Smart-Button an der SIONA COLOR FIT selbst, indem Sie durch wiederholtes Drücken zur Blutdruck-Funktion springen. Nun misst die Uhr den Blutdruck. (Warten Sie bis zu 60 Sek.) Zum anderen können Sie die Blutdruckmessung über die App aktivieren, indem Sie auf der Startseite auf „Mehr“ tippen und dann den orangenen Blutdruckbutton drücken. Drücken Sie jetzt die Starttaste, sodass die Uhr beginnt den Blutdruck zu messen. Der Blutdruck wird nach kurzer Zeit auf Ihrem Endgerät angezeigt (Bild 7 & 9).
Die erhobenen Messungen sind für den persönlichen Gebrauch und ersetzen weder ein medizinisches Gerät, noch einen Arzt.

Über das Auswahlmenü „Normal / Persönlich“ können Sie in die persönliche
Blutdruckmessung gelangen. Hierfür geben Sie zunächst Ihren aktuellen Blutdruck an, den Sie mit einem Fachgerät gemessen haben. Dieser Referenzwert verbessert die Qualität Ihrer Blutdruckmessergebnisse (Bild 10).

Sie gelangen durch den Druck auf „Laufen“ auf die Startseite zur Lauffunktion der SIONA COLOR FIT. Dort haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Lauf mit oder ohne GPS-Tracking aufzuzeichnen. Mit einem Druck auf das Start-Icon wird diese Funktion aktiviert (Bild 11 und 12). In der Auflistung können Sie vergangene Übungen einsehen.
Der GPS-Modus setzt eine konstante GPS-Abfrage voraus. Dies kann zu einem höheren Akku Verbrauch führen.

Unter „Mein Gerät“ können sie Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT auswählen, um Einstellungen an der Uhr vorzunehmen. (Bild 15)

Unter dem Menüpunkt „Benachrichtigung“ können Sie festlegen, welche App von Ihrem Smartphone eine Nachricht auf Ihre Uhr senden darf.
Bei der Ersteinrichtung müssen Sie unter Umständen den Benachrichtigungszugriff zulassen.
Unter dem Menüpunkt „Alarm“ können Sie Vibrationswecker einrichten. Zum gewünschten Zeitpunkt wird die Uhr sanft vibrieren. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Bewegungserinnerung“ können Sie eine Erinnerung festlegen, die Sie mit einer sanften Vibration darauf aufmerksam macht, dass Sie sich zu wenig bewegt haben. Legen Sie hierzu den Zeitraum fest, in dem Sie Erinnerungen bekommen möchten und die Erinnerungsintervalle, wie häufig dies geschehen soll. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Handgelenk drehen“ finden Sie die Einstellung zur bewegungsgesteuerten Aktivierung des Displays. Durch ein Drehen des Handgelenks aktiviert sich das Display, sodass Sie die Uhrzeit ablesen können. Auch hier besteht die Möglichkeit die Funktion nur in einem bestimmten Zeitraum zu aktivieren. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Verbindung herstellen“ können Sie die Benachrichtigungsfunktion der Uhr ausschalten. Dadurch werden eingehende Nachrichten nicht mehr an die Uhr weitergeleitet. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Persönlicher Blutdruckmodus“ können Sie einen privaten Blutdruckwert als Referenz angeben, den Sie vorher mit einem Fachgerät gemessen haben, um die Blutdruckmessung der Smartwatch zu verbessern. Unter dem Menüpunkt „Erweitert“ können Sie die automatische Herzfrequenz- und Blutdruckmessung ein- oder ausschalten sowie weitere Funktionen auf der Uhr aktivieren (Bild

Sollten Sie die automatische Herzfrequenzmessung eingeschaltet haben, so aktivieren Sie bitte auch den Schalter für die automatische Erkennung. Andernfalls würde die App bei Nichttragen der Watch allgemeine Durchschnittswerte eintragen und somit Ihre persönlichen Ergebnisse verfälschen. (Bild 16)
Wenn Sie die Stoppuhr Funktion aktivieren, bekommen Sie auf Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT ein weiteres Menü-Icon angezeigt. Drücken Sie bei diesem Icon lange den Smart Button, um die Stoppuhr zu starten.
Wenn Sie den Trennungsalarm aktivieren, werden Sie benachrichtigt, sobald die Bluetooth-Verbindung zwischen der SIONA COLOR FIT und Ihrem Smartphone

Wenn Sie die „Timer“ Funktion aktivieren, wird auf Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT ein weiteres Menü-Icon angezeigt. Drücken Sie bei diesem Icon lange den Smart Button, um den in der App eingestellten Timer zu starten.
Unter dem Menüpunkt „Passwort zurücksetzen“ gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Watch mit einem Bluetooth Passwort zu versehen, wenn sie neu verbunden werden soll.
Eine Passwortänderung wird nicht empfohlen, da die Änderung unwiderruflich ist und ein vergessenes Passwort nicht zurückgesetzt werden kann!
Im Menüpunkt „Watchface“ können Sie für Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT Ihren favorisierten Uhrenbildschirm auswählen.
Unter dem Menüpunkt „Softwareupdate“ können Sie manuell prüfen, ob die neuste Software auf Ihrer SIONA COLOR FIT installiert ist.
Unter dem Menüpunkt „Daten löschen“ können alle gesammelten Fitnessdaten auf der SIONA COLOR FIT gelöscht werden. Dies empfiehlt sich, wenn Sie feststellen, dass Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT langsamer reagiert, als gewohnt.
Um die SIONA COLOR FIT von Ihrem Smartphone zu entkoppeln, tippen Sie auf „Trennen“. Prüfen Sie anschließend auch in den Bluetooth-Einstellungen Ihres Smartphones, ob die SIONA aus der Liste der gekoppelten Bluetooth-Geräte entfernt wurde. Ist dies nicht der Fall, trennen Sie die beiden Geräte auch hier.
Ziel einstellen: Hier können Sie Ihre Tagesziele für Schritte und Schlafzeit setzen. (Bild 13)

Medizinische Hinweise
Wir achten bei der Auswahl unserer Materialien sorgfältig darauf, dass sie geltenden Bestimmungen entsprechen. Dennoch kann es passieren, dass vereinzelte Personen auf Materialien, die in Kontakt mit der Haut stehen, allergisch reagieren. Auch zu enges oder lockeres Tragen der Uhr am Handgelenk kann zu Hautirritationen oder Aufscheuern führen. Wir empfehlen für den Fall, dass die Haut unter der Uhr juckt, Rötungen oder andere Hautirritationen auftreten, die Konsultation eines Arztes. Das magnetische Ladekabel dieser Smartwatch enthält Magneten. Der Herzfrequenzsensor und die App dieses Produkts sind keine Medizinprodukte und nur für die persönliche Fitness gedacht.
Gefahren für Kinder und hilfsbedürftige Personen
Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab einem Alter von acht (8) Jahren und von Personen mit eingeschränkten körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder einem Erfahrungsmangel und/ oder Wissen verwendet werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt werden oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Geräts unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben. Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Uhr spielen.
Reinigung und Benutzerwartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
Erstickungsgefahr, enthält Kleinteile die verschluckt werden können. Nicht für Kinder unter 3 Jahren geeignet.
Elektromagnetische Verträglichkeit
Sehr starke Magnetfelder können zu Abweichungen in der Übertragung führen, daher sollten diese gemieden werden. Das Nichtbeachten kann zu Störungen oder Beschädigung der SIONA COLOR FIT führen.
Akku
Ein Akku ist ein sehr empfindliches Bauteil, daher sollte man folgende Hinweise sehr genau beachten. Der Akku kann nicht entfernt oder ersetzt werden. Ebenfalls sollten Sie Ihre SIONA COLOR FIT von Hitzequellen fernhalten. Auch Umgebungen mit heißen Temperaturen sollten vermieden werden. Die SIONA COLOR FIT sollte niemals aufgebrochen oder verbrannt werden. Bitte benutzen Sie nur das mitgelieferte Kabel zum Aufladen und schließen Sie es an zertifizierten Stromquellen an. Ein Aufladevorgang sollte niemals in der Nähe von Hitzequellen vorgenommen werden, da es zur Überhitzung oder Feuerentwicklung kommen kann. Sollte man

Garantie
Für die SIONA COLOR FIT leistet die XLYNE GmbH 24 Monate Garantie. Die Garantiezeit beginnt mit dem Verkaufsdatum (Beleg, Bon, Lieferschein). Innerhalb der 24 Monate werden sämtliche Mängel, die auf Material- oder Funktionsfehler begründet sind, kostenlos repariert. Ausgenommen ist eine unsachgemäße Behandlung wie Stürze, Stöße oder Ähnliches.

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Grundsätzlich wird empfohlen, die Verpackung der Smartwatch aufzubewahren. Bei einer Entsorgung achten Sie auf die Sortentrennung der Verpackungsmaterialien (Pappe und Karton zu Altpapier, Folien zur Wertstoff-Sammlung).
Entsorgung der Smartwatch
(Geltend innerhalb Europas in allen Staaten mit Systemen zur getrennten Sammlung von Wertstoffen) Dieses Symbol weist darauf hin, dass dieses Produkt gemäß Richtlinie über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte (2012/19/EU) und nationalen Gesetzen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf. DUST & WATER PROTECTION

The watch may be damaged if water or dust enters. Follow these tips to prevent damage to the device and ensure the water and dust resistance of the Smartwatch. Other liquids are not covered by these user instructions.
• The SIONA COLOR FIT model is not suitable for use in water. The SIONA COLOR FIT is only protected against splashing water when it rains or when washing your hands. For this reason, the SIONA COLOR FIT should always be protected from water.
• Do not expose the Smartwatch to running water, for example waves or the water tap.
• If the watch or your hand is wet, dry everything carefully before using the SIONA COLOR
FIT again.
• If the watch accidentally comes into contact with fresh water, dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth. If the Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT is not dried as described, the device may be damaged.
• If the Smartwatch falls down or is shaken by a violent shock, the water and dust protection may be impaired and the watch may be damaged.
• If the Smartwatch SIONA COLOR FIT comes into intensive contact with liquids, water or the like, the watch may no longer function properly. Even if your accessories are splash­proof, do not expose them unnecessarily to excessive dust, sand and mud or use them in humid environments with extremely high or low temperatures.
All supplied accessories, such as the charging cable, are individual components that are not protected against dust and water. Defects or damage caused by improper use or misuse of the accessories included in the scope of delivery are not covered by your warranty claim.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

To prevent the SIONA COLOR FIT from malfunctioning, skin irritation or damage due to battery leakage, do not expose the SIONA COLOR FIT to excessive high or low temperatures.
If wearing the watch becomes uncomfortable, remove the Smartwatch from your arm immediately and do not use it for the time being.

INTRODUCTION

Using the Bluetooth® connection, the “H-Band” app and the smartphone, you can synchronize the receipt of push messages from your mobile phone on the SIONA COLOR FIT. You will be informed about the receipt of SMS messages, calls, messages from Facebook or WhatsApp & etc. The SIONA COLOR FIT connects via Bluetooth® to your Internet-enabled telephone or tablet with the operating systems Android™ (at least 4. 4) and iOS (at least 8. 0).
For optimal performance and functionality, use the SIONA COLOR FIT together with the wristband provided.

Only use accessories approved by XLYNE. Use of unauthorized accessories could result in loss of performance and malfunction that is not covered by the warranty.

CHARGING

Before using your SIONA COLOR FIT for the first time, fully charge the SIONA COLOR FIT battery. Use the supplied charging cable for this purpose.
• Place the end of the charging cable with the magnetic contacts on the magnetic charging contact of the Smartwatch according to the fit.
• Connect the other end of the cable to a charging adapter or USB port on a powered computer.
• Make sure that the charger or computer is connected to a power supply/socket. Watch your step! Recognition on the PC/Computer and starting the charging process can take up to 5 minutes.
The battery level of your SIONA COLOR FIT can be read on the clock screen. The SIONA COLOR FIT notifies you when the battery level is low. In this case, recharge the Watch as soon as possible.
Information on battery consumption
• The operating time of the battery correlates with your usage behavior and the condition of the battery.
• The battery is subject to wear and tear. Note: Running multiple applications or functions simultaneously will reduce the battery life. In idle mode, the battery charge is also reduced - even if the device is not actively used.
• Over time, as with all consumables, there may be a reduction in the loading capacity.

SWITCHING THE WATCH ON AND OFF
How to turn on the SIONA COLOR FIT: Press and hold the Smart button until the SIONA COLOR FIT display lights up and the Watch vibrates. How to switch off your SIONA COLOR FIT:
Press the Smart button several times until you reach the screen with the following symbol.
Now press and hold the Smart button until the Watch vibrates and the display
switches off. The SIONA COLOR FIT is now switched off.
Follow all warnings and instructions issued by authorized personnel in areas where wireless devices are prohibited. You should refrain from using the aircraft for take-off and landing approaches and from using it in certain hospital areas.

TURN SCREEN ON AND OFF

To activate the screen, briefly press the Smart button once. The screen darkens automatically after a few seconds of inactivity.

USING THE SMART-BUTTON

By pressing the smart button once you switch on the display, by pressing it repeatedly you scroll through the various functions.
1. Press: Turn on the display.
2. Press: Shows the stepcounter.
3. Press: Shows the daily stepgoal.
4. Press: Displays distance covered and calories burned.
5. Press: Activates the blood pressure measurement this can take up to 60 seconds. (The watch must be worn on the wrist. )
6. Press: Activates the heartrate measurement this can take up to 30 seconds. (The watch must be worn on the wrist.)
7. Press: Shows the duration of your sleep.
8. Press: Power-off display. Press and hold the Smart button to turn off the clock.

For your SIONA COLOR FIT to work properly, you must first install the latest version of the H Band application on your phone. You can find the app in your App Store or by scanning the following QR code with your smartphone.
You can also find the corresponding links on the XLYNE homepage at: LINK
Grant the H Band app all permissions (e. g. location sharing) in your smartphone settings and prevent the app from being closed in the background. For a Bluetooth connection, the location must be permanently activated.

ESTABLISH BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

In order to use the full functionality of the App and the Watch, make sure that your SIONA COLOR FIT is switched on, Bluetooth® is activated on your device and the location is switched on for Android devices.
Now start the app and enter your personal information (gender, age, weight, height, personal goal of the steps and sleep time) to complete the setup of the app.
In order to guarantee the full performance of your Watch, it is useful to register in the “HBand" App. Follow the instructions in the app.
After successful setup, you will be in the home screen of the app. (picture 1)
Now tap on the pink bar to connect your SIONA COLOR FIT. (picture 1) The SIONA COLOR FIT should now be found in the selection menu. (picture 2) (Bluetooth must be activated on your device and the SIONA COLOR FIT must be switched on)
Choose the SIONA COLOR FIT (picture 2) and allow data synchronization. The synchronization is necessary to get the fitness data from the watch into the app. The SIONA COLOR FIT is now ready for use and connected to your end device.

Notes on Bluetooth® use
• If you want to connect your SIONA COLOR FIT to another Bluetooth®-enabled device, keep the two devices close together to avoid problems.
• There should be no people, buildings, walls or other obstacles between your SIONA COLOR FIT and the connected device.
• It is imperative to avoid touching the watch with Bluetooth® antennas of a connected mobile device that are still partially in use
• Note that the SIONA COLOR FIT and the other cellular device are within the 7 m connection range. The functional distance can vary depending on the environment.
• Use only trusted and properly secured devices for data transfer. If there are obstacles between the devices, the range may be reduced.
• Use of the Bluetooth® function for illegal purposes is prohibited: piracy, eavesdropping, etc. XLYNE accepts no responsibility for the consequences of any illegal use of the Bluetooth® function.
• Bluetooth® uses the same frequency as some low-power devices or machines in the industrial or medical sector. For this reason, some devices may be subject to interference if a Bluetooth® connection is established in the vicinity of such products.
• XLYNE is not responsible for any loss of data sent or received with the Bluetooth® function. For example, through abusive data fishing.

On the start page of the app you can see the measured data of the steps, the sleep monitor, the heart rate and the blood pressure (picture 3). Tap on the respective graph to go to the detailed view of the respective functions. More about this in the chapter „Detailed views". If you scroll down, you can start a manual pulse (pink) or blood pressure measurement (orange) at the bottom. (picture 4) Please refer to the chapter „Manual pulse and blood measurement “. In the menu at the bottom you get to the „run“ function, which shows the distance you have covered ant the “settings” menu. Note the two chapters „Running“ and „Settings“.

DETAILS:
The step counter, sleep monitor, heart rate monitor and blood pressure monitor each have a detailed view. By tapping on the respective graph, you reach the start page of the detailed view. In the detail view you can also see the history by tapping on the arrow keys next to the date (picture 5 and 6). In the steps detail view you can also display the graph by steps, distance and calories. This works by pressing the respective fields. (picture 5)

Under the detailed view “Sleep” the collected data about your sleep is displayed. There you can see, for example, when you fell asleep and woke up and how long you were in deep sleep or had light sleep. The data is NOT displayed immediately after getting up, because the user has the possibility to lie down again. It can take up to 30 minutes for the sleep data to be synchronized and displayed.

Automatic pulse & blood pressure measurement:
Every 30 minutes, the clock generates an average value of the past pulse and blood pressure measurements and enters this into the App H Band. You can find it on the start page of the app. To get a current value of your heart rate, start a manual heart rate monitor. See the section „H Band (App)“ – „Manual pulse and blood pressure measurement“ (p.17)
The collected measurements are for personal use only and do not replace a medical device or a doctor.
Manual pulse & blood pressure measurement:
There are two ways to start the manual pulse measurement. On the one hand, you can use the Smart Button on the SIONA COLOR FIT itself to jump to the pulse function by repeatedly pressing it. Now the watch measures the pulse. (Wait up to 30 sec.) On the other hand, you can activate pulse measurement via the app by pressing the “more” button and then tapping purple pulse button on the dashboard. Now press the start button so that the watch starts measuring the pulse. The pulse is displayed on your device after a certain time. (picture 7&8) There are also two ways to start manual blood pressure measurement. On the one hand, you can use the Smart button on the SIONA COLOR FIT itself to jump to the blood pressure function by repeatedly pressing it. Now the watch measures the blood pressure. (Wait up to 60 sec.) On the other hand, you can activate the blood pressure measurement via the app by pressing the “more” button and then tapping the orange blood pressure button on the dashboard. Now press the start button so that the watch starts measuring the blood pressure. The blood pressure is displayed on your device after a short time. (picture 7&9).

Via the selection menu “normal / personal“ you can access the personal blood pressure
measurement. To do this, first enter your current blood pressure, which you have measured with a specialist device. This reference value improves the quality of your blood pressure results.

RUNNING:

You can access the running function of the SIONA COLOR FIT by pressing “Run"; on the start page. There you have the possibility to record your run with or without GPS tracking.
This function is activated by pressing the start icon (picture 10 and 11). In the list you can see past exercises.
The GPS mode requires a constant GPS query. This can lead to higher battery consumption.

Under „My device“ you can select your SIONA COLOR FIT to make settings on the clock. (picture 14)

Under the menu item „Notification“ you can define which app is allowed to send message from your smartphone to your watch.
You may need to allow notification access during the initial setup.
Under the menu item „Alarm“ you can set up a vibration alarm clock. The clock will gently vibrate at the desired time. Under the menu item „Movement reminder“ you can set a reminder that will alert you with a gentle vibration that you have not moved enough. To do this, specify the time period in which you want to receive reminders and the reminder intervals, and how often this should happen. Under the menu item „Turn wrist“ you will find the setting for motion-controlled activation of the display. Turning the wrist activates the display so that you can read the time. Here, too, it is possible to activate the function only for a certain period of time. Under the menu item „Establish connection“ you can switch off the notification function of the clock. This means that incoming messages are no longer forwarded to the clock.

Under the menu item „Personal blood pressure mode“ you can enter a private blood pressure value as a reference which you have previously measured with a specialist device in order to improve the blood pressure measurement of the Smartwatch. Under the menu item „Switch settings“ you can switch the automatic heart rate and blood pressure measurement on or off and activate further functions on the watch. (picture 15)

If you have switched on the automatic heart rate measurement, please activate the switch for automatic recognition. Otherwise the app would enter general average values if the Watch is not worn and thus falsify your personal results. (picture 15)
If you activate the phone find function, you will see another menu icon on your SIONA COLOR FIT. Press and hold the Smart button for this icon to start the device search.
If you activate the stopwatch function, you will see another menu icon on your SIONA COLOR FIT. Press and hold the Smart button on this icon to start the stopwatch.
If you activate the disconnect alarm, you will be notified when the Bluetooth connection between the SIONA COLOR FIT and your smartphone is disconnected.

You can also adjust the „Brightness“ of your SIONA COLOR FIT in the settings. You can either activate the automatic brightness or adjust the brightness of your watch display yourself using the slider. (picture 16)

The function „remote release“ opens the camera of the H Band app and simultaneously activates the camera icon on your SIONA COLOR FIT. Now briefly press the Smart button to take a photo with your smartphone camera.
If you activate the “Timer" function, you will see another menu icon on your SIONA COLOR FIT. Press and hold the Smart Button on this icon to start the timer set in the app.
Under the menu item „reset password“ there is the possibility to provide the Watch with a Bluetooth password if it is to be reconnected.
A password change is not recommended, since the change is irrevocable and a forgotten password cannot be reset!
In the menu item „Watchface“ you can select your favourite watch screen for your SIONA COLOR FIT.
Under the menu item „Software update“ you can manually check whether the latest software is installed on your SIONA COLOR FIT.
All fitness data collected on the SIONA COLOR FIT can be deleted under the menu item „delete data”. This is recommended if you notice that your SIONA COLOR FIT reacts slower than usual.
To disconnect the SIONA COLOR FIT from your smartphone tap „disconnect“. Then also check in the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone whether the SIONA has been removed from the list of paired Bluetooth devices. If this is not the case, disconnect the two devices here as well.
SET GOALS: Here you can set your daily goals for steps and sleep time. (picture 12)

Please read this section carefully and follow all instructions so that you can enjoy your SIONA TFT FIT for a long time.
Medical information
When selecting our materials, we take great care to ensure that they comply with applicable regulations. However, it can happen that a few people are allergic to materials that come into contact with the skin. Also, too tight or loose wearing of the watch on the wrist can lead to skin irritations or chafing. We recommend consulting a doctor in the event that the skin under the watch itches, redness or other skin irritations occur. The magnetic charging cable of this Smartwatch contains magnets. The heart rate monitor and app of this product are not medical devices and are intended for personal fitness only.
Dangers for children and persons in need of help
This device may be used by children eight (8) years of age and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge, who are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the device and have understood the resulting hazards. Children are not allowed to play with the clock.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
Danger of suffocation, contains small parts that can be swallowed. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
Electromagnetic compatibility
Very strong magnetic fields can lead to deviations in the transmission, so these should be avoided. Failure to do so may result in malfunction or damage to the SIONA TFT FIT.
Battery
A rechargeable battery is a very sensitive component, so the following instructions should be followed very carefully. The battery cannot be removed or replaced. You should also keep your SIONA TFT FIT away from heat sources. Even environments with hot temperatures should be avoided. The SIONA TFT FIT should never be broken open or burned. Please use only the supplied cable for charging and connect it to certified power sources. The voltage and current of the source should not exceed 5V/2A. Charging should never be carried out near heat sources as overheating or fire may occur. If these instructions are disregarded, the service life of the battery may be severely reduced and may result in damage to the SIONA TFT FIT.

Guarantee
For the SIONA TFT FIT, XLYNE GmbH offers a 24-month warranty. The warranty period begins with the date of sale (receipt, receipt, delivery note). Within 24 months, all defects due to material or functional defects will be repaired free of charge. This does not apply to improper handling such as falls, impacts or the like.
Disposal of the packaging
It is recommended to keep the packaging of the Smartwatch in a safe place. When disposing of the product, make sure that the packaging materials (cardboard to waste paper, foils to recyclable materials) are separated according to type.
