Important Safeguard and Warnings
To prevent fire or electric shock, do not expose this appliance to rain
or moisture.
To prevent fire, electric shock or disturbance, please always use the
accessories provided here or recommended by the manufacture.

Do not use the safety components to install the device or operate cable
layout
Do not use the bolt, screw or other safety components from the wheel or arrester.
Please follow the instructions here to use the components provided in the accessories
bag.

Installation and cable layout shall be done by the professional engineers.
The device installation and cable layout need professional techniques and
expertise. For security reasons, please contact your local retailer for installation and
cable layout
Ask professional engineers to replace the fuse.
Please contact your local retailer to replace or dispose the fuse. Non-customized
fuse may result in fir, smoke or malfunction.
Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device.
Unauthorized disassemble, modification or unplug the power cable to the other
circuitry may result in smoke, fire, electronic shock or malfunction.
Do remember tearing off the negative pole (-) of the binding post
battery when implement the cable layout.
Improperly cable layout may result in electric shock, personnel injury or fire.

The device is for 12-48V (-) DC earthed vehicle only. Improperly use may cause
short-circuitry resulting in fire or malfunction.

Stop running when there is malfunction or abnormal phenomenon
When there is abnormal phenomenon such as smoke, rare smell, there is a
possibility of fire or electronic shock. Please stop running immediately and
contact your local retailer ASAP.
Do not allow other objects falling into the internal device
If metal objects, explosive or flammable objects falling into the external device,
it may cause short-circuitry resulting in heat, fire, electronic shock or
malfunction.
Especially for children.
Do not allow the water falling into the device
When there is water falling into the device, it may cause short-circuitry resulting in
heat, fire, electronic shock or malfunction. Do not allow the water falling into the
device when washing the vehicle or it is raining.
Properly dispose the cable in case it hinders the driving or passengers
from going up down the vehicle.
If the cable hinders the driving or passengers from going up down the vehicle, it may
result in accident or personnel injury.
Stop using the cable when it is broken. Otherwise it may result in short-circuitry
causing fire or malfunction
●Do not allow the cable to be broken, excessive pull, folder, bent out, turning,
and unauthorized process or keep it near the heater. Do not place heavy objects
on the cable.
●Properly twist the cable and then fix it in case it jams the vehicle, snail or the
moving object such as the slider of the chair.
●Properly twist the cable in case it tangles the wheel, handle, arrester footplate
or foot.

Properly use the battery
Improperly use battery may result in heat, fire, personal injury or malfunction.
●Before insert the battery please check the positive pole (+)and negative pole(-).
●Always use the battery model recommended by the manufacturer.
●Replace the battery regularly;
●Take out the battery from the remote control if you do not use it for a long time.
●Use adhesive plaster or place battery into the plastic bag to insulate when
discarding or preserving the battery.
●Avoid short-circuitry or trying to disassemble it, put it into the water or fire, or
contact the metal objects
●Do not place the battery or remote control near the heat environment such as the
locked vehicle, trunk, or under direct sunlight
●Put it away from the children. Go to your local hospital for help if children have
swallowed the battery.
When discarded the battery please follow your local processes measure.
★ Emergency measure
For personnel and property safety, you can turn off the power and then go to
your local retailer for help when the above mentioned situation occurred.

Precaution Measures
Washing the vehicle
Do not expose this device to the moisture or water. It may result in short-circuitry,
fire or malfunction.
Installation
Do not place it under direct sunlight and please guarantee proper ventilation.
Use proper power
This device needs 12-48V DC negative earthed accumulator to provide power
This device is for plane installation only.

2. Remote Control
① Remove the rear cover.
② Place the 7# battery into the slot. Please check the positive pole and
negative pole symbol first.
③ Place the rear cover back.
About battery
Do not attempt to disassemble the battery or short-circuitry. Do not drop it into the
fire.
Keep it away the children in case there is an accident.
Please follow your local battery process measures.
Note: improperly battery use may cause heat explosive, burning resulting in
personal injury or fire.

3. Installation

The device shall be installed by qualified engineer.
1、Use (vehicle) 12-48V DC battery. Negative pole earthed.
2、Improper cable connection may result in device damage.
3、Be aware of short-circuitry during the cable layout
4、Before connect it to power please make sure all cable layout are done.
5、Please securely lock all cable connection after finishing device installation steps.
6、Please carefully read device installation manual and user’s manual before you
begin the installation operation.
Note: please wear the glove in case there is personnel injury during the
installation.
Please keep it upward during the transportation
During the device transportation, do not keep it upside down otherwise the
HDD box may fall down if it is not properly locked.

Installation Steps
1、Tear off the plastic package and take out the device. Take out the
installation bracket from the accessory box. You can refer to the following
figure,
2、Please refer to the following figure to install the bracket on the device.
a) There is a bracket on device each side.
b) There are four fix holes on each bracket side.
c) Use the M3X6 compound screw (provided) to fix the bracket.

3、Place the rubber pad under the installation bracket.

4、Fix the device in the specified position.
Select the desired position and then use the M5X20 pan self—tapping screw
truss Phil to fix the device.
5、Fuse install
a) Take the fuse out of the accessory box.
b) Please refer to the following figure to insert it into the device rear panel.
c) Fix it firmly.

6、Cable Connection
a) Please refer to the following figure to insert the 16-pin cable.

b) Please refer to the following figure to connect audio input/output cable, video input/output
cable and 16-pin cable
c) BNC connection is shown as below.
① Insert the BNC male end and female end.

② Put BNC male end in and then turn it clock-wise 90 degrees to the following position (See
the following figure). Then you finish connecting the male and female end.
d) Power socket connection is shown as below.
① Black: earthed
② Red: connect to injection signal
③ Yellow: connect to storage battery
Note：
Use twist ties to twist the cable after you complete cable connection in case there is
short-circuitry, heat or electronic shock.
Note：
After you completed cable connection, use insulating tape or other insulate objects
to bind up the cable metal head in case there is short-circuitry, hear, fire or
electronic shocks.

7、HDD box insert and draw out
a) Insert the key and then turn it clockwise to open the lock. Please refer to
the following figure.

b) Hold the handle and then draw out the HDD box.
c) Insert the HDD box and then uplift the handle. Push the HDD box into the
device. See the following figure.

d) When HDD box is near the end, push the front panel to push the box into
the end (when pushing, please keep a proper angle between the hand and
then device.)
e) When the device reach the end, the HDD handle naturally drop to reach
the HDD front panel.
f) After HDD reached the end, turn the key to lock the door(counter
clockwise).
Please open the lock before you draw out the HDD box
Before you draw out the HDD box, please open the lock otherwise it may
damage the device!

4. Fuse
Please use standard 3A fuse. The high amp fuse or disconnect the fuse may
result in fire or device malfunction.
Please contact your local retailer for help in case there is any problem during
the replacement.

5. HDD Installation
1) Dismantle HDD box. Please refer to the following figure for information.

3) After completing HDD, insert it into device HDD slot and then lock.

6. Instrument Panel Installation
1、Fix the installation ring
Insert the installation ring into the instrument panel and then use the
screw to bend down the slice.

2、fix the device rear panel
a) Refer to the installation manual to check the cable connection and device
connection.
b) Insert the power connector to the host and refer to the installation
manual to install.
c) Insert the host into the installation ring and then push until you hear a
sound of click.

7. Repair
Please use soft cloth to operate daily maintenance. Do not use benzoline,
thinner or other solvent to clean the device.
In case there is malfunction
Please turn off the device immediately
Before sending device back to repair, please uninstall the power adapter to
check whether there is any smoke or heat.
Any unauthorized repair work is strictly forbidden.

● Stop using the device when there is malfunction or abnormal phenomenon.
● Stop using the device when there is smoke or smell. Please contact your local
retailer for help.
