Battery and Charging
Don’t attempt to replace the kids watch battery yourself. You may damage the product, which could cause overheating, fire and injury. The lithium-ion battery in the kids watch must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste. Dispose of batteries according to your local environmental laws and guidelines.
One-Year Limited Warranty Summary
Xplora warrants the included hardware product and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase.

Xplora does not warrant against normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident or abuse. To obtain warranty service, contact Xplora directly via email at [email protected]. Proof of purchase shall be required to verify eligibility. Subject to the full terms and detailed information on obtaining warranty service at support.xplora.com, if you submit a valid claim under this warranty, Xplora will either repair, replace or refund your product at its own discretion. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws.

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. RF Exposure Information and Statement
The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 4W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue.
XGO3 (FCC ID: 2AVMJXGO3) has also been tested against this SAR limit. The highest SAR value reported under this standard during product certification for use at the mouth is 0.861W/kg and when properly worn on the body is 1.365W/kg.
This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the handset kept 0mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain a 0mm separation distance between the user’s body and the back of the handset.
The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, and should be avoided.
