Infant Tag User Guide
INFANT TAG OVERVIEW
Infant Tag AR4TA02-00P Infant Tag w/ Tag Pulse AR4TA01-00P
As an essential part of the HALO Infant Protection System™, the Infant Tag helps to protect and identify infants in your care. Each tag is labeled with a unique serial number and expiry date for easy, accurate identification.
The bottom of the tag is curved to ensure a snug and comfortable fit.
Tag pulse technology allows tags to emit periodic signals to the HALO system that allow facilities to accurately track and locate infants. Infant Tags are available with and without tag pulse technology.
APPLICATION
Proper banding will limit the incidence of nuisance alarms. A properly fastened strap should keep the bottom of the Infant Tag against the infant’s skin, but it should neither restrict the infant’s circulation nor cause discomfort or chafing.
eXI recommends using either the Velcro Strap or the Stockinette to attach the Infant Tag. However, other options are available. For more information, contact your dealer or eXI directly.

approximately 60 seconds

alcohol wipe for each)
Allow tag to dry for 30 seconds

Use cold sterilization in Cidex or Totacide
