Remote Control
You can access many features of your answering machine remotely from any touch tone telephone. A four-digit security ID is required to access the system and the factory default one is *0000. To enter remote access:
1. Dial your telephone number from any touch tone telephone.
2. When the OGM starts to play, you can enter the
remote access mode by inputting the security ID.
3. After you input the security ID, the system will
play the menu of commands. You can then follow the voice prompt to operate.

Record the Memo
You can use your phone to record memo messages (each can be up to 3 minutes) for another user of your phone. The memo can be played as an incoming message.
To record the memo, press and hold the key in standby mode. The display will show and the recording will start. Please note that the key should be pressed and held during the whole process. Release the key to end the recording.

Incoming Message (ICM)
The feature allows the caller to leave a message to the owner who is not at home. When a call is received in TAM on mode, the machine will play the OGM, and then performs message recording. The process is as follows:
After N times ringing, the phone enters answer­record mode automatically and starts to play OGM. The caller can start to record message after a tone. Each ICM can be up to 3 minutes.
To play messages via the speaker, press the key in on-hook state. You can also play messages via the receiver by pressing the key after lifting the handset. Notice that you should insert the telephone line cord in advance. The phone will announce " " or " ". The relevant
