The Impika Compact provides low cost of entry and uncompromising performance for transactional, direct mail and book printers looking to get started—and grow— with 2-up continuous feed inkjet printing.

The Impika Compact packs reliable, 2-up duplex continuous feed performance into an efﬁcient design that easily ﬁts into service bureaus and document production centers where footprint can be a concern.

With a variety of conﬁguration options and fully ﬁeld upgradeable, the Impika Compact simpliﬁes the transition from monochrome printing on pre-printed forms to full color “white paper in” printing. You can start with an inexpensive monochrome conﬁguration and later upgrade to full color in one system.

And with a standard resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and the ability to add two more resolutions—360 x 600 and 1200 x 600 — the Impika Compact allows you to costeffectively produce a broad range of applications—including those with full color, 100% variable data—so you can capitalize on new markets.

The Xerox® Impika® Controller is a PC-based RIP and spool solution that supports the PDF and PostScript workﬂows typically found in direct mail or book production workﬂows.

The Xerox® Impika® IPDS Controller supports IPDS workﬂows for high speed, fully variable data direct mail or transaction jobs and can easily scale up as volume or complexity grows.

And the Xerox® FreeFlow® Print Server provides the ultimate in robust processing power for customers running Impika Compact 24 conﬁgurations. The FreeFlow Print Server supports both PDF and IPDS printing along with native JDF/JMF support.
