The Xcellon PB-22800LT is a powerful, portable, and
easy-to-use power bank that is capable of simultaneously
charging multiple devices such as laptops, notebooks,
tablets, and smartphones.
The Power Bank features a powerful Li-polymer battery
with a capacity of 22,800 mAh. The multivoltage DC
output oers five settings (9, 12, 16, 19, and 20 V), and a
variety of ten charging tips are included for compatibility
with most laptops, notebooks, or digital cameras. The
Power Bank is designed with two USB outputs; the 2.1 A
output can be used to charge tablets at top speed, and the
1.0 A output is ideal for charging smartphones or similar
devices. Anyone traveling with multiple devices can use
all three outputs simultaneously without a drop in power
to any of the outputs.
The stylish brushed aluminum exterior helps dissipate heat
to ensure that the power bank won’t get too hot when
charging. An LCD shows the status of the Power Bank’s
battery capacity and voltage output, and which output
ports are in operation. A universal AC input power adapter
is included with the Power Bank for international use.

Charging the Power Bank
The PB-22800LT includes a universal AC power adapter. To charge
the Power Bank, follow these steps:
1. Plug the AC power cable into the input port of the Power Bank.
2. Plug the power adapter into an AC outlet. The LCD will illuminate
to show the battery capacity percentage, and the battery
indicator will flash to show that the battery is charging.
3. When the Power Bank is fully charged, remove the AC cable. If
not in use, the Power Bank will automatically shut o after a
few seconds.
Charging a Laptop Computer
1. Select the appropriate charging tip that is compatible with your
computer or device and slide it over the DC cable.
Note! Some laptops are already compatible with the charging tip at
the end of the DC output cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
The voltage number will appear, and the voltage indicator will blink.
3. Set the proper voltage by repeatedly pressing the power button
to scroll through the available settings.
Important! Make sure to select the correct output voltage on the
Power Bank before connecting your laptop. Look for the output

voltage on your laptop’s power adapter.

4. Once the correct voltage setting is selected, insert the DC
output cable. The voltage indicator will stop blinking to indicate
that the Power Bank is ready to charge your device.
5. Plug the DC output cable into the input port of your laptop or
device.
Note! The voltage setting cannot be changed once the DC output
cable has been inserted into the Power Bank. To change the voltage

setting, remove the DC output cable, and repeat steps 2 through 5 above.
Charging USB Devices
The Power Bank is equipped with two USB Charging ports.
» Use the 2.1 A USB port for iPads and other tablets.
» Use the 1.0 A USB port for charging smartphones.
Connect the USB charging cable to your device and plug the other
end into the appropriate USB port of the Power Bank.
The LCD screen will automatically illuminate, and the USB icon will be
displayed, indicating that your device is properly connected.

Charging Multiple Devices
The Power Bank is designed with the capability to simultaneously
charge multiple devices. Devices can be added to or removed from
the power bank at any time during the charging process.
If USB devices are in the process of charging, a laptop or notebook
can be added to the Power Bank by following the instructions for
Charging a Laptop Computer above.
When a device is fully charged, unplug it from the Power Bank. When
the last device is disconnected, the Power Bank will automatically
shut o.
Note! If the Power Bank is charging multiple devices and the battery
indicator shows that the capacity is running low, attach the AC Power
Adapter and plug it into a wall outlet. It will recharge the battery as

the Power Bank charges your devices.

• Make sure the Power Bank is securely
connected to the wall outlet.
• Make sure you have properly connected the
AC plug and power adapter to the Power Bank.
• Make sure the device is securely connected to

• Make sure that the battery has enough
capacity remaining to charge the device.
• The battery capacity of the power Bank may
be too low. Recharge the Power Bank.
• The battery is low and the Power Bank needs
to be recharged.

This Xcellon product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year
from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever
