The Xcellon CR-D6A Multi-card Reader is compatible with a variety of memory cards, making it a great solution for photographers or anyone else who works with dierent card formats and needs a single device to read them all. The CR-D6A’s durable aluminum construction provides ecient heat-dissipation, and the micro USB 3.0 delivers maximum read/write speeds up to 5.0 Gbps.

Connecting the CR-D6A
To install the CR-D6A, use the included USB cable to connect the card reader to an available USB port on your computer. Once the card reader is connected, the power LED will glow blue. You can attach the device to a USB 2.0 port, but to achieve the maximum read and write rates supported by your memory cards, the CR-D6A must be connected to a computer’s USB 3.0 port.
After the card reader is connected, insert a compatible memory card into the corresponding slot. The memory card will appear in your computer as a removable disk.

Disconnecting the CR-D6A
Windows
To eject your memory card from a Windows computer, right-click on the disk icon and select “Eject.” After the disk icon disappears, it is safe to remove your memory card from the card reader or disconnect the card reader’s USB cable from your computer.
Mac
To eject your memory card from a Mac computer, either drag the disk icon to the trash or press the eject symbol next to the disk in the left-hand column of the Finder. After the disk icon disappears, it is safe to remove your memory card from the card reader or disconnect the card reader’s USB cable from your computer.
To avoid damage to your files and your memory card, do not disconnect the card reader or remove your memory card during file transfer or without following your computer’s protocol for safely ejecting a removable disk.

One-Year Limited Warranty
This XCELLON product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date or thirty (30) days after replacement, whichever occurs later. The warranty provider’s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider’s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
This warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by misuse, neglect, accident, alteration, abuse, improper installation or maintenance. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, THE WARRANTY PROVIDER MAKES NEITHER ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary from state to state.
To obtain warranty coverage, contact the Xcellon Customer Service Department to obtain a return merchandise authorization (“RMA”) number, and return the defective product to Xcellon along with the RMA number and proof of purchase. Shipment of the defective product is at the purchaser’s own risk and expense.
