Introduction
The HOTROD has been designed for quiet efficient cooking of frankfurters and sausages in minimal space. The unique drive mechanism, which allows full tube rotation, ensures uniform cooking and has few moving parts. Independent front/rear temperature controls permit fast cooking and gentle warming at the same time. An optional sneeze guard is available.
Safety
If you know how to properly install, operate and maintain your Hotrod, you will increase your satisfaction with the unit as well as ensure safety. In accordance with generally accepted product safety labeling guidelines, the following four signal words are used throughout this manual to alert you to potential hazards and guide you to safe practices.
DANGER — The word "Danger" identifies a hazard which will cause severe personal injury, death, or considerable property damage if ignored.
WARNING — The word "Warning" identifies a hazard which can cause severe personal injury, death, or considerable property damage if ignored.
CAUTION — The word "Caution" identifies a hazard which will or can cause minor personal injury or property damage if ignored.
NOTE — The word "Note" is used to notify people of installation, operation, or maintenance information which is important but not hazard-related.
