INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. UNPACK. There should beone cabinetand two shelves.
2. Checkfor loose or damaged parts.
3. Plugthe unit intoa 120Voutlet.
4. Checkto see thatthe lightturns on and that theunit heatsup.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Knob Setting
1. Turnon unit.
2. Setdial to "5 (see "KNOB SETTING" diagram).
3. Letwarm up for1 hour.
4. Thermometershould bebetween 115°F and 120°F.

6. Use only for Nestlé pre-baked cookies. Do not use this cabinet with potentially hazardous foods.
7. When done, turn off unit.
If you need moreheat, turnup the knob (e.g. to6). For less heat, turn it down (e.g. to 4).
This cabinet is not a food warmer and will not keep food at high enough temperature (140°F) to meet standard sanitation requirements for many foods.
DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Turnunit off and unplug the unitfrom thepower outlet.
2. Doorsmay be removedfor cleaning.
3. Clean the cabinet with soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals such as ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine to clean the cabinet. The door and sides are made of plastic, and these chemicals will cause cracking. The plastic sides are easily scratched, so be sure to use something softto washthem.

5. The shelves are stainless steel, and maybe machinewashed.
DO NOT IMMERSE CABINET IN WATER. DO NOT JET SPRAY CABINET. DO NOT PUT CABINETIN A DISHWASHER.
