DIS Broadcasting System is one of our RF solutions, which is
technologically different than any other existing broadcasting
system in the market, of which the biggest feature is “Wireless”,
meaning there is no need for any wires between “Control Room”
& “Terminals”, so at this point, it saves you a lot of trouble of
wiring in the building. besides, for the existing systems, which
has a lot of additional equipments to achieve all the functions,
but for DSI, it doesn’t have to , we put all those things together
in DSI, so here again, it saves us a huge amount of money.

Cautions for Operation
The transmitter you have bought is a very high-precision productplease operate with great
care, for it to be long time used, below advices require your kind attention!
3Pins Socket is applied to the unit, which has a GND protection.
It’s got high-voltage inside, to avoid any damageslaymen are not allowed to open the
unit.
Please make sure to get the unit placed on stable desk and adjust the height of the 2 back
feet to give a best angle of view to operate.
Please keep the unit off the sunlightor any overheated placeshigh temperature may
shorten the components’ life.
Please keep the unit at clean places
Please keep the unit dryany rain or moisture may damage the circuitry on the unit.
Please do not transmit when there is no antenna fixed in.

Please keep the unit stay far away from the magnetic objects
Do not place any heavy objects on the unit, especially on the screen.
To protect this unit from lightning strokeantenna is supposed to be fixed at the top roof of
the buildings where the lightning-rod is required to be mounted.
Please make sure there aren’t any objects blocking the ventilation windows on the left&
right side of the transmitter.

Please take out the transmitter from the packing box cautiously & make sure there are no any
items mentioned in below list inside the box prior throwing it away. If any loss or damage
caused during dispatch, feel free to submit your claim sheet to the sender without hesitation.

Mechanical Installation
1Antenna Installation
Antenna is supposed to be mounted at the top roof of the building where a lightning-rod
is a mustfrom which the antenna should be kept over 10 meters awayand the distance
from the TX Antenna to FM Antenna has to be beyond 2 meters as well.

FM Antenna Installation
Step (1):

based on which we are able to decide on the length of the RF Cable to buy. (5mm outer

2Fuse Assembly
Please remove the fuse holder & insert 2 fuses in it as illustrated below, A is for
operating, and “B” is as a spare fusethen put the fuse holder back.
3Height Adjustment
Adjusting the height to a most suitable level for
operation by rotating the 2 back feet of the unit,
the maximum allowable height to adjust is 2
centimeters. To lower the height by rotating
clockwise & raise the height by rotating
withershins. The feet will stop rotating when it is
up to maximum level.
Programs Installation
1WIN XP Operation System Installation: First of all, connecting USB keyboard & USB
Mouse to the unit, and switch the unit on to get BIOS ready to be used, then put Win XP
Operation System Disk into CD tray, and then follow the normal installation procedures
to install.
2 Touch Screen Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskdouble click
PENMOUNTSETUP.EXE, and then using the touch pen to position on the LCD screen
after installation is finished, then exit after finishing positioning, the LCD is now
available to be used.
3Graphics Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskand then open X
\DRIVER\INTER\VGA\PV1436\32\WIN2K-XP\, double click SETUP.EXE. Then
follow the normal installation procedures to install.
4Sound Card Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskand then open X
\DRIVER\REALTEK\REALTEK-WOM_R227\, double click SETUP.EXE, and then
follow the normal installation procedures to install.
5Internet Card Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskand then open X
\DRIVER\REALTEK\NIC\PCIE_INSTALL\, double click SETUP.EXE, and then follow
the normal installation procedures to install.
6 CD Writer Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskand then open X
\, double click NERO.EXE, and then follow the normal installation procedures to install.
7 DSI System Driver Installation: Open the random installation Diskcopy file DSI to C
\open C\DSI\then create a shortcut key of DSI.EXE onto WINDOWS Desktop.
8Double Click DSI shortcut icon on the Desktop to log on to DSI Operation Interface.

1Touch TFT-LCD
Please keep the LCD Screen dry & clean to ensure the cursor positioning is accurate
enough .
Touch Screen is one high-tech precise electronic component controlled by induction, on
the surface it’s got a plastic film to product itself. Please do not operate with such sharp
stuff as PencilFingertip etc, use our specified touch pen only.
Touch Screen is waterproofso wet towels can be used to clean the screen surface if there
is any dust on it, but remember not to use any cloth made of coarse materials.
2CD-ROMODD
Please keep the unit steady during the process of Disk reading, doing so just to avoid any
damages accidently caused to the CD-ROM by high-speed moving of the Disk.
Please take great care when inserting the Disk into the tray, hold the CD tray stably with

1 hand & place the Disk right into the tray with the other hand just in order not to cause
any deformation to the tray.
Please take out Disk prior shutting the unit down to make sure there won’t be any
damage caused accidently to the laser head when you move the unit.
please get the CD-ROM cleaned up by special cleaning Disk only & do regular cleaning
of the laser head .
3Water Treatment
Once water goes in, switch off the unit immediately to avoid further damage .
Remove the power line right away & other external equipments (if any).
Get the water poured out of the unit & give it a careful wipe with napkins or towels.
Blow into the fan guard & filter on left & right side of the unit by the Fanner, please bear
in mind not using a hairdryer to blow & deliver it to the authorized Service Network without
further delay to have the well-trained professionals handle it.
4Cleaning Maintenance
Please make sure to keep following steps in mind prior doing the cleaning maintenance
Step1Switch off the unit, and then remove the power line.
Step2Using a small vacuum cleaner to get the dust in the gaps of the ConnectorsButtons
Knobs and the like absorbed.
Step3Give the unit surface a soft wipe by using the slightly wetted dry towels, do not let
any cleaning agent go inside the housing, otherwise the circuit may get short &
burned.
Step4Do not switch ON the unit until it is entirely dry.

1Only 1 year warranty period is guaranteed.
2. If during this period of guarantee the product you have bought proves defective due to
improper materials or workmanship, our authorized Service Station or authorized Service
Dealer in your country will without charge for labor or parts repair or replace the product
or its defective parts. Our guarantee of free of charge service doesn’t cover following
terms and conditions, any repairing or replacing towards below problems & malfunctions
will be charged accordingly.
ADamages caused by natural disaster (waterfireearthquakelightningtyphoon etc),
or any improper use that is beyond the control of our company.
BProblems & malfunctions caused by removing& assemblyrepairing done by user
himself or test & maintenance conducted by any non-authorized Service Stations.
CAny adaptation or changes to upgrade the product from its normal purpose as described
in the Instruction Book without the prior written consent of our company.
DProblems & malfunctions caused by improper settings or Drivers installations done by
user himself.
EProblems & malfunctions caused by Internet virus
FIdentification Tag or type or serial number or warranty card of the product has been
altereddeletedremoved or made illegible.
GProblems & malfunctions caused by other improper operation.
3A very fast servicing & repairing is offered by our dealer as soon as the receipt of your
defective product.
4The software Disk dispatched together with the product is an All-in-one Disk, into which

the DSI System DriverComputer Main board DriverTouch Screen Driver and CD
Writer Driver are incorporated. Any actions of purchasing are declined by us if that Disk
developed any damage.

1. Please check whether the power line is being connected

RF Exposure Warning Statement: The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in fixed station exposure condition without restriction.
The safety separation distance of the fixed station device is at lease 100 cm, Please put the product in the coorect and safety location.
