ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
TO AVOID RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, BE SURE TO SHUT OFF
POWER BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS FIXTURE.
Installation Steps
1. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts
on a clear surface.
2. Thread the Stem onto the Nipple-2.
3.
Raise the Nipple-1 to protrude through the holes in the Metal
frame, then secure the Loop.
4. Thread Hex nut-2 onto Nipple, insert Lock washer over
the end of Nipple, thread Nipple through Mounting bar
and secure with Hex nut-1 continue until tight.
5. Thread Green ground screw into the hole near the two
dimples of Mounting bar. Secure Mounting bar to outlet
box with Outlet box screws.
6. Adjust chain length as needed, weave Fixture Wire and
Ground Wire through Chain links. Open Quick link-2,
connect Loop to one end link of Chain and close Quick
link-2.
7. Thread Collar ring to Collar loop, secure Col lar loo p to
Nipple-1 through Canopy. Open Quick link-1, connect
Collar loop to the other one link of Chain and close Quick
link-1.
8. Make Wire connections with Wire Connector:
---The smooth wire (w/ marking) from fixture to Black Wire
from power source.
---The ribbed wire (w/o marking) from Fixture to White
Wire from power source.
---Attach the Ground Wire and house ground wire to the
Mounting bar with the green Ground screw.
Carefully tuck wires back into the Outlet box.
9. After wires are connected, place the Canopy on the
ceiling and secure Collar ring. Then tuck them carefully
inside outlet box.
10. Place the Cap onto the Socket candle cover.
11. Install the light bulb in accordance with the fixture’s specifications.
DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
12. Turn on the power at fuse or Circuit Box.
