Overview
Warnings and Safeguards
Prior to installation and use of this product, please observe the following warnings
1. Installation and servicing should be done by qualified
personnel, and all work done should conform to local codes.
2. Using replacement parts or accessories other than
Wren may invalidate the warranty.
3. The EM102 is designed to accept 12V DC power.
4. It is recommended that your active network assign an
available IP address through DHCP when connecting this module for the first time.

Instructions
1. Connect the Video and Audio (if applicable) feed from
the camera to their respective ports on the EM101. [Figure 1]
2. Connect a CAT5 cable from the LAN to the Ethernet
jack on the EM101. [Figure 2]
3. If applicable connect the alarm contacts and digital
output to pins 1 through 4 on the I/O terminal according to the table below. [Figure 2]

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Wren warrants EM101 for one (1) years from the purchase date, recorded as the ship date on Wren’s invoice, against any defects in material or workmanship as long as the product is used for the purposes for which it was intended. This warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged or rendered defective (a) as a result of accident, misuse or abuse; (b) unauthorized modification or alteration; (c) as a result of service by anyone other than Wren or its authorized service providers; or (d) used with parts not provided by Wren as part of the original product. Warranty claims will be processed only when accompanied by original order numbers which include: purchase order number, sales order number, invoice number and serial number (if applicable) or other information allowing Wren to identify the product and its origins.

RETURNS
In order to return parts to the factory for repair or credit, please call the factory at (800) 881-2249 or (573) 893­2249 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns are subject to Wren’s RA Policy. Goods returned for credit should be in their original condition—new and unused. All merchandise returned by the Customer for credit, and accepted by Wren, within 90 calendar days from the purchase date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products may not be returned more than 91 calendar days from the purchase date. Custom, special order and OEM products may not be returned.
