WHAT’S SO GREAT ABOUT YOUR NEW FUZZ??
The Your Face 70’s pedal is a silicon transistor fuzz based on the
classic dual transistor Fuzz Face® circuit. The original circuit has
been modified to greatly improve the usability of this timeless design.
Other features:

Two BC108 silicon transistors selected for specific gains.
•
Super-quiet mil spec metal film resistors
•
Added smoothing capacitors to tame spiky highs and eliminate
squealing at higher volumes.
Modified for higher output volume.

Reverse-log fuzz potentiometer that allows for finer tuning of the
amount of fuzz applied.
•
Mullard "tropical fish" out-cap with increased value to allow more
lows to come through.
Low-cut knob
•
Like vintage Fuzz Faces, the Your Face pedals should be used WITHOUT any buffered pedals BEFORE
it. Your pedal relies on it’s interaction with your guitar’s pickups in order to get that smokey- smooth fuzz
we all love. When preceded by active pickups or a buffered pedal (any non true- bypass “Boss”-type
pedal even in bypass), the tone will become harsh, brittle, and overly bright. Yuck!
The Controls:
LOW-CUT
SUSTAIN
Makes it louder or not so loud when ya turn it.
Changes the amount of low-end allowed into the circuit. Can be used to
fine tune the sound and get more overdive-type tones.
Makes things more…. FUZZY!

The Your Face 70’s will draw around 5.5mA
This pedal uses a 9V battery or a center-negative 2.1mm barrel regulated
power supply (typical guitar pedal power unit). If using a power supply,
please use one intended for effects pedals.
BYPASS
Effect on/off switching is done via a 100% mechanical 3PDT foot-switch,
otherwise known as “true- bypass”
