CE certification
Atos Worldline SA/NV declares that the XENTA countertop, the XENTISSIMO mobile and the XENTEO unattended payment terminal comply with directive 1999/5/EG and 1999/5/EC.
The respective declarations of conformity (DoC) can be consulted on the Banksys website: www.banksys.com (click on “Products & solutions” and choose “Certificates” in the terminal section).
FCC compliance
Atos Worldline SA/NV declares that the XENTA and the XENTISSIMO payment terminal comply with following FCC rules.
FCC Rules Sections 15.105
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
FCC Rules Sections 15.19
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 and ICES-003 of Industry Canada.

Radio frequency radiation exposure Information: This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance of 20 cm between the radiator and your body. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
FCC Part 68
This part of the FCC rules is only valid for the XENTA terminal.
This equipment has been shown to be capable of compliance with applicable technical standards as indicated in the measurement report and was tested in accordance with the measurement procedures specified in the Registration procedure under Part 68 of the FCC Rules.
Recycling
At the end of the life of your payment terminal, contact your vendor for information on how to dispose of your unit. Do not throw away, give away or sell your terminal as it contains environmentally hazardous materials that have to be treated by a professional party.
Dispose of the XENTISSIMO battery properly via an appropriate recycle channel; do not throw it out with the household waste.
