BEFORE OPERATING THE LIFT TABLE, READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND COMPLETELY. KEEP THIS MANUAL ON FILE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. IF THIS IS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL SUPPLIER FOR A NEW COPY. ALSO, IF THE WARNING/CAUTION DECAL ON THE UNIT IS LOST, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL
SUPPLIER FOR A NEW DECAL.
NOTE: On this manual, WARNING means the danger which can lead to death or serious injury.
CAUTION means the danger which can lead to slight injury or property damage.
1. WARNING
1. DO NOT put foot or hand in scissors mechanism.
2. DO NOT allow other person to stand in front of or behind lift table when it is moving.
3. DO NOT move lift table when table is in raised position. Load could fall down.
4. DO NOT enter under table.
5. DO NOT overload lift table.
6. DO NOT put foot in front of rolling wheels. Injury could result.
7. WATCH difference and hardness of floor level when moving lift table. Load could fall down.
8. DO NOT use lift table on slope or inclined surface, lift table may become uncontrollable and create danger.
9. DO NOT lift people. People could fall down and suffer severe injury.
2. CAUTION
1. Read this operation manual carefully and understand completely operating lift table. Improper operation could create danger.
2. This lift table is a movable lifter designed to lift or lower rated load on table. DO NOT use lift table for other purpose than its intended use.
3. DO NOT allow person to operate lift table who does not understand its operation.
4. DO NOT lower table too fast. Load could fall down and create danger.
5. KEEP watching the condition of load. Stop operating lift table if load becomes unstable.
6. Brake lift table when sliding loads are off table.
7. DO NOT side or end load. Load must be distributed on at least 80%of table area.
8. DO NOT use lift table with unstable, unbalanced loosely stacked load.
9. Practice maintenance work according to service instructions.
10. DO NOT modify lift table without manufacturer’s written consent.
11. REMOVE load from table and use safety stopper to prevent table from lowering when servicing lift table.
12. This lift table is not designed to be water resistant. Use lift table under dry condition.

4. How to Assemble
Ensure that the “Lift Table” is sufficently secured before beginning to assemble. A spanner tool and caliper are required when assembling the lift table. Clamping tools, such as monkey
wrenches can also be used..
Locate these parts for assembly Correctly assembled
4.1 Secure the handle on the chassis using two bolts as well as the flat washers and spring washer

4.2 Foot pedal assembly
1) Place the foot pedal into the chassis pipe 2) Tighten the bolts
4.3. Lift the platform and place two support bars that will secure and hold the chassis steady.
4.4. To attach the release handle:
4.4.1 Connect the chain to the bottom of the pump. .
a) Remove the cotter pins from the axle

b) Secure the chain into the pump block using cotter pins and the axle.
4.4.2 Securing the chain into the chassis groove:
Using two washers, put the bolt into the the middle of thread groove and then tighten the nut.
4.4.3 Clip the chain on the handle.
4.4.4. Once assembled, the lift table will activate, lift and lower easily when the lift handle is released. If the
table will not lower, please adjust using steps a) or b)
a) Loosen the up and down nuts, pull the release wire up for a snug fit, and then tighten the nuts until the
table lowers smoothly.

5. DAILY INSPECTION
Daily inspection is effective to prevent a malfunction or fault with the lift table. Check the following points before operating the lift table.
CAUTION
DO NOT use the lift table if a malfunction or fault is found.
(1) Check the lift table for scratches, bending or cracks. (2) Check if there is any cylinder oil leakage.. (3) Check the vertical creep of the table. (4) Check that the wheel moves smoothly (5) Check that the brake functions correctly. (6) Ensure all bolt and nuts are securely tightened.

6-1. How to use the brake.
CAUTION
Ensure that the brake for the lift table is set when it is not in use to prevent sudden movement.
The brake is located on the right side of the swivel caster. (1) To set the brake, press the brake pedal. (2) To release the brake, lift up the brake pedal.
6-2. Lifting the table
WARNING
1. DO NOT overload the lift table; ensure the load is within its rated capacity.
2. All loads must be distributed evenly on at least 80% of the table area. DO NOT set loads to the side or ends of the lift table surface.
Press the lifting pedal several times until the table reaches the desired position. The table does not elevate once it has reached the highest possible position even if the lifting pedal is continually pressed. The table lowers slightly after reaching the highest position.
NOTE: The hydraulic cylinder is designed to hold the table. As is the nature of the hydraulic system, the table lowers very slowly over an extended period of time, Please note the table will not stay at the same position indefinitely.

WARNING
Keep your feet and hands clear of the scissors mechanism.
Pull the lowering lever up and table lowers.

11. TROUBLES SHOOTING

The table does not lift to maximum height.
-Not enough hydraulic oil.
-Add more oil.

The table does not lift up.
-Not enough hydraulic oil.
-The oil has impurities.
-Discharge valve is out of adjustment.
-Pour in more filtered oil.
-Change the oil.
-Adjust the setting nut (See item 4.4.4 b). But pressure line adjusting the opposite direction

The table does not descend.
-A part has been broken or been deformed resulting from unbalanced load.
-The setting screw (58) is not in the correct position.
-Repair or replace component.
-Adjust the setting nut (See item
4.4.4 b)

Leaks
-Seals worn out or damaged.
-Some parts may be cracked or worn out.
-Replace seals with new ones.
-Check and replace with new ones.

The table descends without being lowered.
-Seals worn or damaged.
-Discharge valve is out of adjustment.
-Replace with new ones.
-Adjust the setting nut (See item 4.4.4 b).
*NOTE: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPAIR THE TABLE UNLESS YOU ARE TRAINED AND AUTHORIZED TO
DO SO.
