GET YOUR KEYBOARD IN THE RIGHT POSITION
Workrite Glide is the ideal platform for
mouse intensive applications. It adapts to
your unique work environment as well as
your task at hand. Place the mouse surface
anywhere along the keyboard tray edge and
tilt through a full range of motion to nd the
perfect comfort angle.
Use these guidelines or work with your
company’s ergonomist or health and safety
coordinator for answers on nding the most
comfortable computing position.
Arrange the height and tilt of your keyboard
so that when your elbows are relaxed with
forearm angled slightly downwards the
keyboard platform is at an angle so that
wrists are not angled up or down.

GET YOUR MOUSE IN THE RIGHT POSITION

Position the mouse platform so that you hand can hover over the
mousing area while your elbow is comfortably at your side. The best
position for your mouse platform will vary for each individual depending
on their furniture and body dimensions. Instructions to move your
mouse platform are on the inside.
