WARNING
. For Ages 6 and Up . Maximum Child’s weight: 100kgs. . Check and tighten bolts and screws before every ride. . Make sure all components are functioning properly before every ride. . Maintain inflation of the tires to no more than the maximum inflation marked on the
side of the tire. . Rider should wear proper protection while using this product. Please wear a Helmet, knee and elbow pads, and shoes. This will greatly reduce the chance of injury, but cannot protect form all injuries. . If any component is damaged or not functioning properly, it should be replaced before the product is used.
. Avoid sharp bumps, drainages grates and sudden surface changes. . Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves and other debris.
Wet weather impairs traction, braking and visibility. . Avoid excessive speed associated with downhill rides when you are riding your scooter. . Brake will get hot with continuous use, do not touch after braking.
IMPORTANT WARNING: An Adult must assist in the initial assembly of the scooter. Be sure your scooter is fully assembled before riding. Read and understand this owner’s manual before using the scooter. Failure to do so can result in serious injury

INSTRUCT YOUR CHILD TO FOLLOW THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS LISTED BELOW.
WARNING: DO NOT take this scooter on roads.
Wear a helmet.  Do not ride near motor vehicles.  Practice braking in a safe environment.  Never ride near steps, sloped driveways, hills, roadways, Alleys, swimming pool areas
or other bodies of water.
Never allow more than one rider on the scooter.  Never ride the scooter in wet weather. Wet surfaces may Increase stopping distance
when braking.
Never tow wagons, other vehicles, children on skates or skateboards.  DO NOT ride at night  Always wear shoes when riding this scooter.  Give pedestrians the right-of-way. Don’t ride too close to pedestrians. Avoid hazards which may hinder your ability to control your Scooter. Potholes, ruts,
uneven payment, storm grating, Gravel, curbs, leaves, puddles and debris can all have an Effect on your riding and result in loss of control.
Do not ride off road or on rough payment.  Keep both hands on the handlebar.  Don’t wear anything that restricts your hearing.
CAUTION: Brake gently to avoid skidding or sudden stops. Skidding may cause excessive wear and damage to the scooter wheels.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Remove Scooter From box and check for any missing or damaged parts. (Note the tires come inflated with air but may loose some air during shipping. Make sure the are inflated to 35 PSI.) The assembly of the Bike Scooter consists of 2 main. Steps. 1. Wheel Installation –2. Handle Bar Installation.
WHEEL INSTALLATION Install wheels with axles pushed fully into axle slots. Make sure to install

Tab washers (a) so that the tab is inserted into the round hole in the frame. This washer should be on the outside of the frame. Between the frame and Axle nut. Making sure wheels are centered, tighten the axle nuts (b) Firmly with a wrench. NOTE: See Fig. I Next Page NOTE: Front and rear wheels are installed the same way.
WHEEL INSTALLATION (fig 1)
Note: The Back Wheel may come pre-installed. During wheel installation make sure the top edge of the brake pad is even with the top edge of the rim of the wheel.

HANDLE BAR, STEM AND GRIPS
1. Install the stem of the handle bars (see fig 2) into the Fork Tube. Position parallel to the front wheel. Tighten the stem bolt by using a wrench. Make sure the stem is installed below the Max Height mark.

Assemble and Adjust Hand Brakes
Warning: The hand brakes on this bike scooter were not adjusted at the factory Before you ride this bike scooter you must assemble and adjust the hand brakes. Install brake levers onto handlebar. The brake lever on the right hand side connects to the front brake. and the brake lever on the left hand side connects the rear brake.
1. Insert the barrel end of the brake cable into the hole in the brake lever. (See Illustration) A) Squeeze the rear brake arms with your hand (See Illustration D) until the brake rubbers are up against the wheel rim. This will enable the inner brake cable wire to be loose. and have enough space for you to easily slip the barrel end of the brake cable wire into the hole in the brake lever.
2. Next, pull the brake cable wire through the key hole slot in the front of the brake lever (See Illustration B) and then remove your hand. The brake cable cap will automatically spring back into the slotted key hole on the front of the brake lever assemble. (See Illustration C)
3. Next, proceed to adjust the hand brakes. Loosen the anchor bolt nut.(see Illustration D) Again squeeze the brake rubbers against the wheel rim. Pull the brake cable wire through the anchor bolt hole. (See Illustration D)

Until there is no slack in the inner brake wire. Tighten the anchor bolt nut. Squeeze the brake lever hard and then release several times. rotate the wheel, be sure the wheel does not wobble. There should be about 1/16 inch 6mm) clearance. between the wheel rim and each brake rubber.

Note: If additional brake adjusting is required, you can bring the brake rubbers closer to the wheel rim by turning the adjusting screw counter-clockwise .To make the brake rubbers further from the rim. turn the adjusting screw clockwise. Be sure the cable is locked securely through the anchor bolt. (See Illustration D). Reset cable adjusting lock nut when adjusting is final. Warning: If after brake adjustments are made and the hand brake still does not function. then have brake repaired or adjusting at a bicycles service shop. Do not ride if brake do not function properly.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY, WARRANTYCLAIMS
General Conditions of Warranty and Definition of Terms
All Warranty Conditions stated hereunder determine Warranty Coverage and Warranty Claim Procedure. Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code, Act No. 513/1991 Coll., Commercial

Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., Consumer Protection Act, as amended, also in cases that are not specified by these Warranty rules. The seller is SEVEN SPORT s.r.o. with its registered office in Borivojova Street 35/878, Prague 13000, Company Registration Number: 26847264, registered in the Trade Register at Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert No. 116888. According to valid legal regulations it depends whether the Buyer is the End Customer or not.
“The Buyer who is the End Customer” or simply the “End Customer” is the legal entity
that does not conclude and execute the Contract in order to run or promote his own trade or business activities.
“The Buyer who is not the End Customer” is a Businessman that buys Goods or uses
services for the purpose of using the Goods or services for his own business activities. The Buyer conforms to the General Purchase Agreement and business conditions to the extent specified in the Commercial Code. These Conditions of Warranty and Warranty Claims are an integral part of every Purchase Agreement made between the Seller and the Buyer. All Warranty Conditions are valid and binding, unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Agreement, in the Amendment to this Contract or in another written agreement.
Warranty Conditions
Warranty Period The Seller provides the Buyer a 24 months Warranty for Goods Quality, unless otherwise specified in the Certificate of Warranty, Invoice, Bill of Delivery or other documents related to the Goods. The legal warranty period provided to the Consumer is not affected. By the Warranty for Goods Quality, the Seller guarantees that the delivered Goods shall be, for a certain period of time, suitable for regular or contracted use, and that the Goods shall maintain its regular or contracted features.
The Warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
User’s fault, i.e. product damage caused by unqualified repair work, improper
assembly, insufficient insertion of seat post into frame, insufficient tightening of pedals and cranks Improper maintenance Mechanical damages Regular use (e.g. wearing out of rubber and plastic parts, joints etc.) Unavoidable event, natural disaster Adjustments made by unqualified person

Improper maintenance, improper placement, damages caused by low or high temperature, water, inappropriate pressure, shocks, intentional changes in design or construction etc.
Warranty Claim Procedure
The Buyer is obliged to check the Goods delivered by the Seller immediately after taking the responsibility for the Goods and its damages, i.e. immediately after its delivery. The Buyer must check the Goods so that he discovers all the defects that can be discovered by such check. When making a Warranty Claim the Buyer is obliged, on request of the Seller, to prove the purchase and validity of the claim by the Invoice or Bill of Delivery that
includes the product’s serial number, or eventually by the documents without the
serial number. If the Buyer does not prove the validity of the Warranty Claim by these documents, the Seller has the right to reject the Warranty Claim. If the Buyer gives notice of a defect that is not covered by the Warranty (e.g. in the case that the Warranty Conditions were not fulfilled or in the case of reporting the defect by mistake etc.), the Seller is eligible to require a compensation for all the costs arising from the repair. The cost shall be calculated according to the valid price list of services and transport costs. If the Seller finds out (by testing) that the product is not damaged, the Warranty Claim is not accepted. The Seller reserves the right to claim a compensation for costs arising from the false Warranty Claim. In case the Buyer makes a claim about the Goods that is legally covered by the Warranty provided by the Seller, the Seller shall fix the reported defects by means of repair or by the exchange of the damaged part or product for a new one. Based on the agreement of the Buyer, the Seller has the right to exchange the defected Goods for a fully compatible Goods of the same or better technical characteristics. The Seller is entitled to choose the form of the Warranty Claim Procedures described in this paragraph. The Seller shall settle the Warranty Claim within 30 days after the delivery of the defective Goods, unless a longer period has been agreed upon. The day when the repaired or exchanged Goods is handed over to the Buyer is considered to be the day of the Warranty Claim settlement. When the Seller is not able to settle the Warranty Claim within the agreed period due to the specific nature of the Goods defect, he and the Buyer shall make an agreement about an alternative solution. In case such agreement is not made, the Seller is obliged to provide the Buyer with a financial compensation in the form of a refund.
