WARNINGS
The electrical system and the method of connecting this timer to the system must be in accordance with local, state,
and national electric codes.
• This unit is to be connected to a 125V, 60Hz power
source only.
• Total Capacity: 15A 1875W Resistive, 1250W Tungsten
(Lighting). 1/2 HP. Do not exceed rated capacity.
• Do not use with any appliance which exceeds the
capacity of the timer.
• Always ensure that the plug of any appliance is fully
inserted into the timer.
• FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
• Do not attempt to disassemble unit. There are no
serviceable parts inside.
• If you need to clean the timer, remove from the power
source and wipe with a dry cloth. Do not immerse in
water or any liquid.
INSTRUCTIONS
Setting the Current Time
1. Press and hold ‘SET CLOCK’ for 4 seconds. Hour display flashes.
2. Press + or – to set hour of day. Press ‘SET CLOCK’ to confirm.
3. Minute display will now flash. Press + or – to select the minute. Press ‘SET CLOCK’ to confirm
NOTE:
This is a 12-Hour clock display. Make sure to set AM or PM.
Custom Programming
When the ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ button is pressed, the timer enters the Timer Setting Mode, which can provide up to 3 ON/OFF settings per day.
Programming Procedure:
Program #1
1. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF button. ‘1 ON’ will flash on the LCD.
2. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF button again. ‘1 ON’ and ON time of day will appear. (By default it will show --:--). Press + or – button to set hour to turn on. Press the CUSTOM
ON/OFF button again. Press + or – button to set the minutes. Make sure to select AM or PM.
3. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF again. ‘1 OFF’ and OFF time of day will appear. Press + or – button to set hour to turn off. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF button again. Press + or –
button to set the minutes. Make sure to select AM or PM.
4. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF again to confirm the first program.
NOTE: If only 1 program is desired, wait 10 seconds and the clock will reappear.
Program #2 and 3
1. Press the CUSTOM ON/OFF button and repeat steps 2 through 4.
NOTE: • If no button is pressed for 10 seconds, program mode will be exited.
• You can accelerate time selection by holding down + or - button.
Vacation Mode
If you are leaving your home or office, and want to give the illusion someone is still there, this timer has a vacation setting. This function allows for a random ON and OFF pattern
during the hours of 6:00PM to 6:00AM
1. In clock mode, press ‘VACATION’ button to activate the vacation function. A ‘V’ icon will appear on the LCD screen. Your timer is now set for vacation mode. This is a random
ON/OFF setting.
2. To exit vacation mode, press CUSTOM ON/OFF one time, wait 10 seconds until you see the current time.
NOTE: When in ‘VACATION’ mode, the LED backlight beneath ‘VACACTION’ will be on; other settings will be disabled.
Countdown Timer
The countdown function allows you to choose an amount of time for the appliance to be on starting from the time you set it.
1. To set your countdown option, Press ‘COUNTDOWN’ button. The preset is for 2 hours. You will see an hourglass icon.
2. Press the + or – button to increase or decrease the duration of time for the appliance to remain on. Choose the duration between 1 and 9 hours (full hours only).
3. To start the countdown function, press ‘COUNTDOWN’.
NOTE: • To pause the countdown, press “COUNTDOWN”.
• To exit countdown mode, press “CUSTOM ON/OFF” and wait 10 seconds until you see the current time.
• Pressing any other function button will automatically stop the countdown and return to the original preset 2 hour countdown setting. When in ‘COUNTDOWN’ mode, LED
backlight beneath ‘COUNTDOWN’ will be on, other settings will be disabled.
Dusk-to-Dawn Operation
This timer has a preset dusk to dawn mode that turns on at 6:00PM and off at 6:00AM.
1. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ button. You will see “ON 6:00PM”.
2. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ button again. You will see “6:00AM”.
3. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ button a third time to activate.
To adjust the Dusk to Dawn time:
1. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ and adjust the hour setting to turn on.
2. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ again and adjust the off hour using + or - button.
3. Press ‘DUSK TO DAWN’ a third time to activate.
Manual Override
To disable any program, press ‘OVERRIDE’. The display will read “OFF”. To resume press ‘OVERRIDE’ again.
Reset
1. Use the end of a paperclip and press ‘RESET’ button to clear all settings back to default settings.

ADVERTENCIAS
El sistema eléctrico y el método de conectar este temporizador al sistema debe ser conforme a los códigos eléctricos
nacionales, estatales y locales.
• Esta unidad debe ser conectada únicamente a una fuente de
alimentación eléctrica de 125 V, 60 Hz.
• Capacidad total: 15 A, 1875 W resistivos, 1250 W tungsteno
(iluminación). ½ HP. No exceda la capacidad nominal.
• No use con ningún artefacto que exceda la capacidad del
temporizador.
• Asegúrese siempre que el enchufe de cualquier artefacto esté

INSTRUCCIONES
Ajuste de la hora actual
1. Pulse y mantenga pulsado ‘SET CLOCK’ – AJUSTE DE RELOJ durante cuatro (4) segundos. El
visualizador de horas se ilumina intermitentemente.
2. Pulse “+” o “-“ para fijar la hora del día. Pulse ‘SET CLOCK’ – AJUSTE DE RELOJ para confirmar.
3. Ahora se iluminará intermitentemente el visualizador de minutos. Pulse “+” o “-“ para seleccionar
el minuto. Pulse ‘SET CLOCK’ – AJUSTE DE RELOJ para confirmar.
NOTA: Este es un visualizador de reloj de 12 horas. Asegúrese de fijar a.m. y p.m.
Programación personalizada
Cuando se pulsa el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO, el temporizador pasa al Modo de ajuste de temporizador, el cual puede ofrecer hasta tres
(3) ajustes por día.
Procedmiento de programación:
Programa #1
1. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO. En el visualizador LCD aparecerá ‘1 ON’ – 1 ENCENDIDO.
2. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO otra vez. ‘1 ON’ – 1 ENCENDIDO y la hora del día ‘ON’ – ENCENDIDO aparecerán. (En la condición
base aparecerá --:--). Pulse “+” o “-“ para fijar la hora de encendido. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO otra vez. Pulse el botón ‘+’ o
‘-‘ para fijar los minutos. Asegúrese de seleccionar ‘AM’ o ‘PM’ - a.m. o p.m.
3. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO otra vez. Aparecerán ‘1 OFF’ – 1 APAGADO y la hora del día ‘OFF’ - APAGADO. Pulse “+” o “-“ para
fijar la hora de apagado. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO otra vez. Pulse “+” o “-“ para fijar los minutos. Asegúrese de seleccionar
‘AM’ o ‘PM’ - a.m. o p.m.
4. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO otra vez para confirmar el primer programa.
NOTA: si solo se desea un (1) programa, espere 10 segundos y aparecerá el reloj otra vez.
Programas #2 y 3
1. Pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO y repita los pasos 2 al 4 inclusive.
NOTA: • Si no se pulsa ningún botón durante 10 segundos, la unidad saldrá del modo de programación.
• Usted puede acelerar la selección de hora al mantener pulsado el botón de “+” o “-“.
Modo de vacaciones
Si usted se va de su hogar u oficina, y desea aparentar que alguien aún está ahí, este temporizador tiene un ajuste para vacaciones. Esta función permite un patrón al azar/aleatorio
de ‘ON’ y ‘OFF’ – ENCENDIDO y APAGADO durante las horas de las 6:00 p.m. hasta las 6:00 a.m.
1. En el modo de reloj, pulse el botón de ‘VACATION’ – VACACIONES para activar la función de vacaciones. Aparecerá un ícono de ‘V’ en la pantalla LCD. Su temporizador está ahora
fijado en el modo de vacaciones. Este es un ajuste al azar/aleatorio de ‘ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO.
2. Para salir del modo de vacaciones pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO una vez, espere 10 segundos hasta que vea la hora en curso.
NOTA: Estando en el modo de ‘VACATION’ - VACACIONES, la retroiluminación de LED debajo de ‘VACATION’ – VACACIONES estará encendida; los demás ajustes estarán
inhabilitados.
Temporizador de cuenta atrás
La función de cuentra atrás le permite a usted escoger un período de tiempo durante el cual el artefacto estará encendido a partir de la hora en que usted la ajustó.
1. Para fijar la opción de cuenta atrás, pulse el botón de ‘COUNTDOWN’ – CUENTA ATRÁS. El período preestablecido es de dos (2) horas. Usted verá un ícono de reloj de arena.
2. Pulse el botón de ‘+’ o ‘-‘ para incrementar o disminuir el período de tiempo que el artefacto deberá estar encendido. Seleccione la duración entre 1 y 9 horas (horas completas
únicamente).
3. Para iniciar la función de cuenta atrás, pulse el botón de ‘COUNTDOWN’ – CUENTA ATRÁS.
NOTA: • Para pausar la cuenta atrás, pulse el botón de ‘COUNTDOWN’ – CUENTA ATRÁS.
• Para salir del modo de cuenta atrás, pulse el botón ‘CUSTOM ON/OFF’ – ENCENDIDO/APAGADO PERSONALIZADO y espere 10 segundos hasta que vea la hora en curso.
• El hecho de pulsar cualquier otro botón de función automáticamente detendrá la cuenta atrás y regresará al ajuste original preestablecido de cuenta atrás de 2 horas.
Funcionamiento del Anochecer al amanecer
Este temporizador tiene un modo preestablecido del anochecer al amanecer que se enciende a las 6:00 p.m. y se apaga a las 6:00 a.m.
1. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER. Usted verá ‘ON 6:00 PM’ – ENCENDER A LAS 6 P.M.
2. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER otra vez. Usted verá ‘6:00 AM’ – 6 A.M.
3. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER una tercera vez para activar la función.
Para ajustar el período de tiempo del Anochecer al amanecer:
1. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER y fije la hora en que se debe encender.
2. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER otra vez y fije la hora en que se debe apagar mediante el uso del botón de ‘+’ o ‘-‘.
3. Pulse el botón de ‘DUSK TO DAWN” – ANOCHECER HASTA EL AMANECER una tercera vez para activar la función.
Anulación Manual
Para inhabilitar cualquier programa, pulse el botón de ‘OVERRIDE’ – ANULACIÓN. El visualizador tendrá la lectura de ‘OFF’ – APAGADO. Para resumir pulse el botón de ‘OVERRIDE’ –
ANULACIÓN.
Reposición
Use la punta de un sujetapapeles/clip y pulse el botón de ‘RESET’ – REPOSICIÓN para cancelar todos los ajustes y regresar a los ajustes de condición base.
• Botones LED grandes
• Anulación manual
• Un (1) enchufe conectado a tierra controlado por el
temporizador
• Si necesita limpiar el temporizador, desconéctelo de su fuente
de alimentación eléctrica y limpie con un trapo seco. No lo
sumerja en agua ni en cualquier otro líquido.
• Desenchufe el temporizador cuando no esté en uso.
• RIESGO DE DESCARGA ELÉCTRICA:
o Mantenga alejado de los niños.
o Desenchufe el temporizador antes de limpiarlo.
o No lo use en sitios húmedos.
• RIESGO DE INCENDIO: no use el temporizador para controlar
artefactos que contienen elementos calefactores
(electrodomésticos para cocinar, calefactores, planchas, etc…).
