SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS! They contain important
safety information for the WORKABOUT PRO Cigarette
Lighter Adaptor.
Remove the old fuse:

Insert the new fuse:

Replace the fuse with a
4.6 mm x 16 mm, 2A, 250V slow-blow fuse.
Screw the end cap and contact pin back on:

Unscrew the end cap of the Cigarette
Lighter Adaptor:

To change the fuse:
The end cap and metal contact pin come loose:
Note: The end cap and contact pin are loose and
may become separated.
A metal ferrule on the main body
of the Adaptor may also come loose.
Ensure that these parts are reassembled and in position
before reassembling the Adaptor.
Insert the DC power plug of the Cigarette
Lighter Adaptor into the DC IN socket in
the base of the WORKABOUT PRO:

lighter outlet of your vehicle:

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
· This adaptor is designed for use with the WORKABOUT PRO.
· Use of an attachment or extension cord not recommended or
sold by Psion Teklogix may result in fire, electric shock, or
personal injury.
· Do not operate the Cigarette Lighter Adaptor with a damaged
cord or plug. Replace it immediately.
· Do not operate the Cigarette Lighter Adaptor if it has received a
sharp blow or has been otherwise damaged.
· Ensure that the cable is positioned so that it is not subjected to
damage or stress.
· To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the Cigarette Lighter
Adaptor from the outlet before attempting any maintenance
or cleaning.
· If the Cigarette Lighter Adaptor does not function, unscrew the
connector end and check whether the fuse has blown. See over
for instructions.
For any other cause of failure, return the Cigarette Lighter
Adaptor to a Psion Teklogix service depot.
