Woodhaven 5350, 5360 User Manual
BEFORE BEGINNING
Identify and verify that you have all the parts listed. Read
thru the instructions at least once, familiarizing yourself with
the parts and their use before proceeding. These templates
are designed to be used with the 5380 Corner Connectors,
Ultra Tracks and our 5301 and/or 5302 Plate Kit. If you do
not have these parts, the templates will not work. You'll need
a #3 Phillips screwdriver to attach them to the 5380's.
TEMPLATES
Each template is engraved with the part size range it works
with (i.e. 10.5" - 11.5", etc.). The overall range of part sizes
these templates will work on is from 10.5" to 24.5" wide.

Select the template you wish to use, center
it between the Ultra Tracks and attach it to two of
the 5380 Corner Connectors using two washers
(WS002) and two 5/8" screws (5775B).
Longer templates tend to flex during use. To prevent this,
insert the hex head of the two 3/4" bolts (HB020) in the center
T-slot of the Ultra Track next to the template. Install a 3/8"
long spacer (BUSH050) and knob (5521) on the end of each
bolt, position the bolts/spacers so they provide support for the
outer edge of the template, then tighten the knobs. See fig. 2.

USING THE TEMPLATES
Follow the edge of the template with 5301
or 5302 Plate Kit to cut the cathedral or arched
profile shape in the work. See below.
