BEFORE BEGINNING
Identify and verify that you have all the parts
listed. You'll need a 7/16" wrench for assembly.
ASSEMBLY
If desired, cut the 36" Double Track Legs (4036)
shorter (allow for the leg levelers) using a hack saw.
Install 5/8" washers (WS002) on the 1-1/4" Bolts (HB040). Insert
the bolts through the holes in the braces (360B1 & 360B2) and start
an oval nut (5760B - smooth side first) on the ends of the bolts.
Slide two of the 26-1/2" braces (360B2) on to two of the legs (4036)
as shown (See figs. 1, 2 & 3), engaging the oval nuts in the T-slots of
the legs. Position one brace with its edge flush with the ends of the legs
and the ends of the brace flush with the edges of the legs and square to
them, then tighten the bolts. Position the remaining brace 24" from the
brace just installed (or the spacing you desire), with the ends of the brace
flush with the edges of the legs and square to them, then tighten the bolts.
Repeat for the other pair of 26-1/2" braces and legs. See fig. 1, 2 & 3.
Slide two of the 20" braces (360B1) on to the two leg assemblies
as shown (See figs. 1, 2 & 3), engaging the oval nuts in the T-slots of
the legs. Position one brace with its edge flush with the ends of the legs
and the ends of the 20" brace flush with the faces of the 26-1/2" braces
and square to the legs, then tighten the bolts. Position the remaining
brace 24" from the brace just installed (or the spacing you desire),
with the ends of the 20" brace flush with the face of the 26-1/2" braces
and square to the legs, then tighten the bolts. Repeat for the other pair
of 20" braces on the opposite side of the legs. See fig. 1, 2 & 3.
Install a 5/8" washer (WS002) on each 3/4" bolt (HB020), insert
a bolt through the cross hole in each leveler nut (7600P) and start an
oval nut (5760B - raised side first) on the end of each bolt. Insert the
leveler nut/oval nut in the end of each leg, with the washer/bolt head
on the outside of the leg. Position the end of the leveler nut flush
with the end of the leg and tighten the bolt. Install the leg leveler
(CAB040) in the end of each leveler nut and tighten. See fig. 4.

ATTACH ROUTER TABLE TO STAND
If you have an MDF Router Table, position the four 1" angle
brackets (CAB015) against the braces and near the four corners of the
stand. Drill 1/8" pilot holes 5/8" deep and attach the brackets to the braces
with the 3/4" (STP001) wood screws. Turn your router table upside down
and center the stand (upside down) on the table, with the brackets/braces
resting on the underside of the MDF router table. Drill 1/8" pilot holes
and attach the brackets to the MDF router table with 3/4" wood screws.
If you have a Phenolic Router Table, use the machine screws
and T-nuts included in its hardware package to attach the top
to the stand where the T-slots in the Phenolic Table allow.
