WARNING:
To reduce the risk of perso nal injury or

your robot’s shell . No user-serviceable par ts are
contain ed inside. The lithium bat tery cannot
be replaced.
Flashing Light warning - Seizures,
Blackouts and Eyestrain
Some people may be susceptible to blackouts or
seizures (even if they have never had one before)
when exp osed to flashing lights or light patterns
(e.g., playing games or watching video). If you
have expe rienced seizures or blackouts or have
a family history of such occurre nces, consult a
physician before playing with your robot s. Discontinue use of your robot s and consult a physician
if you experience headaches, blackouts, seizures,
convulsions, eye or muscle twitching, loss of
awareness, involuntary movement, or disorientation. To reduce risk of headaches, blackouts,
seizures, and eyestrain, avoid prolonged use.
Battery Warning
Your robot contains a lith ium battery which is extremely hazardous and can cause serious injuries
to persons or prope rty if removed or improperly
used or charged. Lithium bat teries can be lethal if
ingested or can cause life-alte ring injuries . If you
suspec t a battery has be en ingested, se e a physician immediately. In th e event of battery leakage,
avoid cont act with skin and eyes. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse copiously with co ld water
and consu lt a physician. If your robot is charging
and you notice a suspicious smell or noise or
obser ve smoke around the robot, dis connect it
immedi ately and turn o all sources of heat or
flame. G as could be given o which could cause a
fire or explosion. You are solely liable for ensuring
that the lithium battery is used correctly (charging,
discharging, storage, etc.). The manuf acturer
and distributor shall have no li ability for injury or
damage to p ersons or property as sociated with
lithium battery use.
General Safety and Storage Warnings
• Oper ating temperature – 0 to 30° C (32 to 90 ° F).
Exceeding operating temperature may i ncrease
fire risk.
• Do not us e your robot if it has be en broken
and the battery is exposed or compromised in
any w ay.
• Never touch or conta ct any liquid from the
batter y or cross wires from the batter y to avoid
burns, shocks or fire.
• Do not at tempt to dismantle, pierce, distort, or
repair yo ur robot. Doing so may expose b atteries
or wiring.
• Do not place any heavy objects on your robot.
Doing so may cause it to b reak and expose
batteries or wiring.
• Do not at tempt to clean your rob ot with solvent,
denatured alcohol, or flammable liquids. Doing
so may damage your rob ot, make your robot
inoperable, or c ause a fire.
• Do not im merse your robot in water. Doing so
may cause your robot to become ino perable.
Charging
Use the supplied US B cable to charge your robots
under adult supervisio n. Power source should
be regul arly examined fo r damage to the cord,
plug, enclosure an d other parts, and in the eve nt
of such dam age, they must not be used until the
damage has been repaired.
• Do not charge near fl ammable materials or a
flammable surface (wooden flooring, carpet ,
etc.) or conducting surfaces.
• Do not leave your robot unattended while
charging.
• Disconnect the USB cable w hen the robot is
finished charging.
• Never charge th e device while it is hot.
• Do not cover your robot while it i s charging.
• Recharge the battery at a temperature b etween
0 and 30 degrees C (32 to 90 d egrees F).

Wonder Workshop™, Inc. oers th e following
coverage for your robots and accessories (the
“Produ ct”). For Thir ty (30) days after date of order
shipme nt by Wonder Workshop™, Inc., we will refund the p urchase price or exchange the Product.
For One (1 ) year after purchasing the Product, you
will be cove red by our Limited War ranty.
For consumer purcha ses made outside the U.S .,
you may have d ierent or additional rights.

If you are not satisfie d with your Product within
30 days from date of order s hipment, you may
return it af ter obtaining a Wonder Workshop,
Inc. retu rn material autho rization (“RM A”). The
RMA may be obtaine d by going to our website
customer support section (help.makewonder.
com) or contacting

The Prod uct must be received by us within 10 days
after issuance of the RMA. It is your resp onsibility
to prepay al l shipping charg es; you assume all risk
of loss or damage to the Product wh ile in transit.
Note: We recommend a meth od that allows you
to track your return shipment.
If the Prod uct is returned un used, in new condition, and in the original pa ckaging, including
any accessories, manuals, documentation, and
registration that shipped w ith the Product, we will
exchange it or refund 100% of the purchase price.
If the Prod uct was opened , used and repacka ged
for a return , during the 30 day period following
date of ship ment by Wonder Workshop, Inc ., then
you are responsible for paying the cost to ship
it back to Wonder Worksh op, Inc. There is n o
restocking fee. Pro duct must be suit ably protected
during shipment using cushioned packaging,
bubble w rap or similar protective measures. If
you return Product to us (a) without a Wonder
Worksho p, Inc. RMA, (b) b eyond the 30 day retur n
period, or (c) without proper protective packaging,
we retain the right to refuse the refu nd. Please
allow a min imum of 2 weeks for us to credit the
account used to make the original p urchase.
Shipping and handling charges, gif t wrap fees, and
taxes and duties (e.g ., state, customs, VAT) are not
part of the original purchas e price and are not refundab le. The RMA numb er must be includ ed with
the returned Product to process your refund.
1 Year Limited Warranty:
Physical Product
Wonder Workshop, Inc. warrants the Pro duct
agains t defects in materials and workmanship
under normal use fo r a period of 1 year fro m the
date of purch ase (“Warrant y Period”). If a Product
defect arises and a v alid claim is received by us
within th e Warranty Period, Won der Workshop,
Inc., at our discreti on, will either (1) repair the
Product at no additional charge, (2) exchange
the Product for new Product if th e Product is still
being manufactured, or substitute an alternative
Product of equal or g reater value, or (3) exchange
the Product for a refurbished Product as long as
the repl acement meets the original Produc t specification. A replacement Product or part assumes
the remaining warranty of th e original Product or
90 days fro m the date of replacement or repair,
whichever is longer. For consumer purchases
made out side the U.S., you may have dierent or
additional rights.
This lim ited warranty does not cover loss or
damage resulting f rom (1) accident, abuse,
misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly; (2) improper operation
or maintenance, usage not in accordance with
Product instructions or connection to improper
voltage supply; (3 ) lost parts ori ginally suppli ed
with the Product; (4) n ormal wear and tear; or (5)
any soft ware defects or failures .
This lim ited warranty does not, un der any
circumst ances, cover the replaceme nt of or reimbursement for any product that is not a Wonder
Worksho p, Inc. product .
Except wh ere prohibited by applicab le law, this
limited warranty is non-transferable and is limited
to the original purch aser and the country in which
the Product was purchased.
This rem edy is your sole and exclusive re medy
and is in lieu of all othe r express warranties. Any
implie d warranties on th e Product prescribed by
statute, includin g, but not limited to an i mplied
warranty of merchantabil ity or fitness for a p articular purpose, are expressly limited to the one-year
period described above. For consumer purchases
made out side the U.S., you may have dierent or
additional rights. Wonder Workshop, Inc. reserves
the right to modify this warra nty prospecti vely at
any time in its sole discretion.
