MEANS OF CONTROL

Raw material (liner) inspection standard

1. Inspection content

1).the liner of gloves must be perfect in the appearance, not loss, broken, color different and so on.

2). the length and width of the knitting cuff and the total gloves as well as the weight of a pair of gloves must be within the
standard of demand.

3). check the position and the content of fabric mark .

2. Inspection procedure

1) Extract 10% of the total quantity of gloves to inspect the weight and the appearance.

2) Extract 3% of the total quantity to exam the length and the width of gloves.

3. Inspection standards

1). the supplier must be products according to the request of the buyer.

2).the inspection must be taken according to the contract strictly.

3). the rate of quantity products must be more than 98%, otherwise, the rate of extraction is extended to 30%.

4).If the quantity products less than 98%, we will return the goods till the rate achieves 98%.

5).To make sure all gloves are up to the standards of EN388, cartons are taken out at random before they are loaded

into trucks and sent to CTC for EN388,EN420.... tests each year

Process inspection standard

1. Inspection content

1). The gloves liner in the model is perfect as well as the fabric mark.

2). Make sure all of the workers do according to the regulation, in correct time, control the correct temperature.

3). Rubber on the gloves is neat, no dirt, no bubble, the wrinkle finger is all right

4).All of the products must be washed cleanly and placed tidy

5). If the inspectors find out some matters about the procedure, they are entitled to stop the production as soon as
possible. And then solve them together with related technician.

2. Record
Inspectors must go around and inspect once per hour, find matters, solve them in time and keep record, report to
manager if need be.

These levels of performance are obtained from the tests done according to conditions defined by the applicable standards.

This glove shall not be in contact with fire
Before use, the glove shall be visually controlled, in case of deterioration the gloves must be scrapped (abrasion, cut, tear, …).

For gloves with different layers of material, the performance levels are warranted only for the whole glove.
For gloves with two or more layers the overall classification does not necessarily reflect the performance of the outermost layer.

Keep in its original packaging, under ordinary temperature and humidity conditions and in clean, covered and ventilated premises.

The design performance can not be significantly affect by ageing when stored in appropriate conditions (humidity, temperature, clean , ventilated, light).
