Introduction
MD-01 motion detector adopts delicate and modern design with
intelligen te an al ys is a lg or it hm wh ic h ef fe ct iv el y identify
interference signal from body movement signals. This motion
det ector will not trigg er the alarm when yo ur pet s (under
10kg) move inside your home, even if your alarm system is
armed. With low-battery status LED indication.

Infrared sensor: Detects the infrared rays released by human body
motion. Do not touch the surface. Keep the surface clean.
Tamper switch: When the alarm system is armed, the tamper
switch will trigger the alarm if the case is opened.

Installation
Step 1: Fix the bracket on the wall with screws and attach the
detector to the bracket. Adjust the bracket to change the
detection dis tan ce and angle. It is recomm end ed to moun t
the det ect or 1.8-2.5m from the ground.
Step 2: Avoid installing the motion detector directly toward
windows or near heat sources, such as heat extraction units,
aircondition, micro -wa ve oven, refr ige rat or etc. Also try to
avoid placing two motion detectors in the opposite of each other
t place them in each other’

Step 3: No obstacle or floating object is allowed (such as flower,
grass, clothes and curtain that will be easily be wafted by wind)
in the detecing area.

Test and Coding

Set the alarm panel to coding status (please refer to the alarm
panel manual), then trigger the detector by hand (or walking in
front of the detector) to make it send wireless signal to the
alarm panel for coding.

After successful coding, install the PIR detector. Please pay
attention to the installation height and detecting area. Make
sure the switch is powered on after adjusting angle and height.

After installation, please walking in the range of detecting,
if the siren rings out, the alarm is working.
