den Sicherheitsanforderungen nach:

Die STRIPPER sind funkentstört entsprechend den Richtlinien:

3.0 Sicherheitshinweise
Bei allen Arbeiten an der Maschine zuerst Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen.
Nur einwandfreie und für den Anwendungsfall geeignete Messer
verwenden. Instandhaltung nur durch qualifiziertes ServicePersonal. Nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden.
Transport
Beim Transport das Messer immer aus der Maschine herausnehmen.
Unfallverhütungsvorschrift 1.2 Lärm (VBG 121)
Der Unternehmer hat den Versicherten, die im Lärmbereich beschäftigt sind, geeignete Hörschutzmittel zur Verfügung zu
stellen. Die Versicherten haben die Gehörschutzmittel in
Lärmbereichen zu benutzen.
Beim Arbeiten ohne Gehörschutzmittel kann es zu einer Beeinträchtigung der Gesundheit kommen. Insbesondere kann es zu
einer Gefährdung oder Schädigung des Gehörs oder einer
erhöhten Unfallgefahr führen.

3.1 Einführung
Diese Betriebsanleitung hilft Ihnen, den JUNIO-STRIPPER
besser kennenzulernen und optimal zu nutzen. Sie finden hilfreiche Informationen mit denen Sie Gefahren rechtzeitig erkennen und vermeiden können.
Sie tragen damit nicht nur zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit bei, sondern
vermindern Reparaturkosten und erhöhen die Lebensdauer Ihrer
Maschine.
Diese Betriebsanleitung ist unbedingt vor Arbeitsbeginn von
allen Personen zu lesen, die mit der Maschine arbeiten.
3.2 Gefahren im Umgang mit der Maschine
Der JUNIO-STRIPPER ist nach dem neuesten Stand der Technik
und den anerkannten technischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch
können bei der Anwendung Gefahren für Leib und Leben bzw.
Sachwerte entstehen.
Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört
das Beachten aller Hinweise aus der
Betriebsanleitung und
die Einhaltung der Inspektions- und
Wartungsarbeiten.
Störungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, sind
umgehend zu beseitigen.
3.3 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der JUNIO-STRIPPER ist ausschließlich zum Ablösen verklebter
Beläge in trockenen Räumen konzipiert. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Für hieraus entstehende Schäden haftet die WOLFF GmbH nicht.
3.4 Originalteile und Sicherheit
Originalteile und Zubehör sind speziell für den JUNIO-STRIPPER
konzipiert. Wir machen ausdrücklich darauf aufmerksam, daß
andere Teile nicht verwendet werden dürfen. Dadurch kann die
Sicherheit der Maschine nachteilig beeinträchtigt werden.
Dies gilt besonders für das Messer der Maschine.
Für Schäden, die durch das Verwenden von Nicht-Originalteilen
entstehen, schließt die WOLFF GmbH jede Haftung aus.

4.0 Wartung und Pflege
Der JUNIO-STRIPPER ist wartungsfrei.
4.1 Einbau und Wechsel des Messers
Vor Beginn des Messerwechsels den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen! Zur eigenen Sicherheit Arbeitshandschuhe
benutzen.
mitgelieferten Messerschutz aufstecken! (befindet sich im
Werkzeugsatz)
Schrauben der Messerhalterung säubern und danach lösen
Schlüssel auf der messer-abgewandten Seite ansetzen
um Verletzungsgefahr zu vermeiden.
Messer herausnehmen.
Ohne Messerschutz besteht Verletzungsgefahr, da das
Messer sehr scharf ist!
Beim Einsetzen des neuen Messers muß darauf geachtet werden,
daß das Messer satt an der Stützkante anliegt. Bei normalen
und harten Unterböden sollte die abgeschrägte Seite nach oben
zeigen (1), bei weichen Unterböden (z.B. Spanplatten) sollte die
abgeschrägte Seite nach unten zeigen (2).
4.2 Auswechseln der Kohlebürsten
Die Kohlebürsten regelmäßig überprüfen und auswechseln. Die
Kohlebürsten müssen ausgewechselt werden, wenn diese bis
auf 6 mm oder weniger abgenutzt sind.
Beide Kohlebürsten müssen jeweils gleichzeitig ausgewechselt
werden.
Bürstenkappe (2) mit Schraubendreher öffnen
Kohlebürsten mit einem Schraubenzieher herausnehmen
neue Kohlebürsten einsetzen und Bürstenkappe gut fest
ziehen
5.0 Anwendung
5.1 Inbetriebnahme
Das Messer ist aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht montiert. Es wird
direkt unter dem Schwinger angeschaubt.

5.2 Einschalten
Der Stripper wird durch Druck auf den Einschalter (1) angelassen
und durch Loslassen wieder abgeschaltet. Für den Dauerbetrieb
bei gedrücktem Einschalter den Verriegelungsknopf (3) drücken.
Zum Lösen der Verriegelung den Einschalter drücken.

5.3 Anwendung
Der Junio-Stripper ist dafür konzipiert, um Reste von verklebten
Belägen an unzugänglichen Stellen zu entfernen. Auch auf
Treppen oder zum Ablösen von Wandbelegen oder Tapeten findet er optimale Anwendung.

It meets the following safety specifications:

3.0 Safety instructions
Disconnect the power supply before any maintenance is carried
out. Use only the recommended blades and ensure it is sharp
before starting.
Maintenance should be undertaken only by qualified personnel.
Use only genuine WOLFF GmbH spare parts.
Transport
To avoid harm or danger, always remove the blade before transporting the machine.
Using this machine without ear protectors may jeopardize or
harm your health. It may harm especially your ears and increase
the risk of an accident.
3.1 Introduction
This operating manual should be used to get the most benefit
from your JUNIO-STRIPPER. Following these instructions will
both extend the life of your machine and reduce repair costs.
Please ensure any user of the machine is fully familiar with the
instructions for use before allowing work to start.

3.2 Danger while working with the machine
The JUNIO-STRIPPER is designed to the highest technical
standards. Incorrect use can be dangerous! Disturbances that
could impair safety, have to be eliminated at once.
3.3 Restriction of use
The JUNIO-STRIPPER is exclusively for removing bonded floor
coverings in dry environments. It should not be used for any
other purpose.
3.4 Genuine Spare parts
Spare parts and accessories are manufactured uniquely for the
JUNIO-STRIPPER. It must be emphasized that parts obtained
from unauthorized sources must not be used.
WOLFF GmbH cannot be held responsible for the performance
of or any damage arising from the use of machines in which
genuine spare parts have not been used.

4.0 Maintenance
The JUNIO-STRIPPER is maintenance-free.
4.1 Changing the blade
Disconnect the power supply before changing the blade. Use
work gloves for your own safety.
put on the blade protection (enclosed in the tools set)
clean and loosen the screws of the blade mounting,
set the wrench at a position opposite to the blade to avoid
injury.
replace the blade.
Make sure that the blade fits in exactly into the support. On normal
and hard subfloors the bevel of the blade should show upwards
(1), on soft subfloors (e.g. chipboards) the bevel should show
downwards (2).
4.2 Replacing the carbon brushes
Check and remove the carbon brushes regularly. Replace when
the carbon brushes have worn down to about 6 mm, or less.
Both carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time.

5.0 Use
5.1 Assembly
For your safety the JUNIO-STRIPPER comes with the blade not
mounted. It is fitted directly at the buttom of the striker
(3)
5.2 Switch-on
The Stripper starts by pushing the switch button (1) and stops
when the button is released.
For continuous operation press the switch button and then the
lock button (3).
To release the lock button, press the switch button again.
5.3 Use
The JUNIO-STRIPPER is designed to remove foam adhesive or
flooring residues. Also for the removal of floor coverings on
stairs and in unaccessable areas, as well as for removal of glass
fibre wall lining.

(classe 2). Ils répondent donc aux exigences suivantes:

Prière de toujours utiliser la protection acoustique!
3.0 Consignes de sécurité
Pour tous les travaux effectués sur la machine, retirer d’abord la
prise de secteur de la prise de courant. Utiliser uniquement des
lames en parfait état et convenant au cas d’utilisation.
Entretien uniquement par le personnel de service qualifié.
N’utiliser que des pièces de rechange d’origine.
Transport
Pour éviter toute blessure, enlever la lame avant de transporter
la machine.
Instruction préventive contre les accidents 1.2 bruit (VGB 121)
L’entrepreneur est tenu de mettre à la disposition des assurés
qui travaillent dans la zone de bruit des une protection de l’ouïe
adéquate.
Les assurés sont tenus d’utiliser de l’ouïe adéquate dans la
zone de bruit. Travailler sans de l’ouïe adéquate peut nuire à la
santé. Notamment, cela peut entraîner un risque ou une lésion
de l’ouïe, ou bien augmenter le risque d’accidents.

3.1 Introduction
Les instructions de service vous aideront à mieux connaître
votre JUNIO-STRIPPER et à l’utiliser de manière optimale. Vous
trouverez de précieuses informations qui vous permettront de
reconnaître à temps les dangers et de les éviter. Ainsi, vous
contribuerez non seulement à protéger votre propre sécurité,
mais vous réduirez aussi les frais de réparation et augmenterez
la durée de vie de votre machine. Ce mode d’emploi devra être
lu et compris par toute personne qui utilisera cette machine, service de maintenance y compris.
3.2 Risques en manipulant la machine
Le JUNIO-STRIPPER est construit selon l’état actuel de la technique et les normes techniques légales Cependant, son
utilisation peut provoquer des risques de blessure et même de
mort. Il faut remédier immédiatement aux défauts qui peuvent
porter préjudice à la sécurité.
3.3 Utilisation conforme à la fonction prévue
Le JUNIO-STRIPPER est conçu exclusivement pour décoller
des revêtements de sol ou murauxdans des pièces sèches. Une
utilisation différente ou allant au-delà est considérée comme non
conforme à la fonction prévue et la Société WOLFF GmbH ne se
porte pas garante des dommages qui en résulteraient.
3.4 Pièces d’origine et sécurité
Les pièces d’origine et les accessoires sont conçus spécialement pour le JUNIO-STRIPPER. Nous attirons votre attention
sur le fait qu’on ne doit pas utiliser d’autres pièces. Ceci peut
nuire à la sécurité de la machine. Cela est d’autant plus valable
pour la lame de la machine.
Wolff GmbH exclut toute responsabilité pour les dommages
causés par l’utilisation de pièces qui ne sont pas d’origine.
4.0 Entretien et maintenance
Le JUNIO-STRIPPER ne demande presque pas d'entretien.
4.1 Changement de la lame
Retirez d'abord la prise de secteur et enfilez le protège-lame.
Ensuite, desserrez les vis de la fixation de la lame et enlevez
cette dernière en commençant toujours par la vis centrale!
La machine ne doit être utilisée:
que pour l’emploi auquel elle est destinée
que dans un état parfait à l’égard des techniques
de sécurité.
Les points suivants font également partie de l’utilisation
conforme à la fonction prévue:
l’observation de toutes les consignes, des instruc-
tions de service et
le respect des opérations d’inspection et d’entretien.
Les lames sont très coupantes, sous le protecteur, grand
risque de coupure
En mettant la nouvelle lame en place, veillez à ce que celle-ci
adhère bien au rebord d'appui.
En présence d'un support en bon état ou très dur, le côté biseauté de la lame sera tourné vers le haut (1). En présence d'un
support souple ou en bois (plaques d'agglo.), le côté biseauté
de la lame sera tourné vers le bas (2).

4.2 Replacement des charbons
Vérifiez et remplacez les charbons régulièrement. Remplacez
les charbons lorsque l'usure dépasse 6 mm ou moins.
Les deux charbons doivent être remplacés simultanément.
retirez les bouchons de charbon (2) avec un tournevis
retirez les charbons usés avec un tournevis
introduisez les nouveaux et fixez les bouchons
5.0 Utilisation
5.1 Mise en sevice
Pour raison de sécurité, le lame u’est pas montée celle-ci sera
vissée directement sous le porte-lame oscillant.
5.2 Mise en marche
Votre Stripper démarre et s'arrête en appuyant et en relâchant
l'interrupteur (1). Pour un usage en continu appuyez sur le bouton de verrouillage (3) situé sur le côté gauche de la poignée
lorsque vous appuyez sur l'interrupteur. Appuyez sur l'interrupteur pour dégager le verrouillage.
5.3 Domaine d’utilisation
Le JUNIO-STRIPPER est conçu pour les travaux de finition.
Il décollera les restes de revêtements dans les coins et recoins,
sous les radiateurs ou encore dans les escaliers.
Il fonctionne par un mouvement rotatif excentré très rapide
permettant à lame d'acier de se glisser sous le revêtement à
décoller. Léger, il est très pratique pour décoller les papiers
peints épais ou ne laissant pas pénétrer l'eau.
