Wolf Cinema’s TXF-1400 “Theater Extreme” Cinema Projector

Critics around the world have raved over our enhanced D-ILA® home theater projectors for
many years now, and the new TXF-1400 Theater Extreme platform carries on in that tradition
of imaging excellence – at a price that will no doubt appeal to theater enthusiasts everywhere.

Perfect for those larger home theater screens up to 15’ wide, the TXF-1400 casts bright,
dynamic and powerful imagery, no matter the source. But the system’s real beauty shines
when displaying Ultra HD [4K] content, with the TXF-1400 rendering breathtakingly detailed
and true-to-life pictures that makes it feel as if you’re looking out a window to the world, and
not just at a projected image.

As with all Theater Extreme solutions, the Wolf Cinema production team pays careful attention
to every detail. The matched sixth-generation D-ILA® [Direct Drive Image Light Amplifier]
three-chip engine is complemented by advanced video processing, and aligned with precision
optics for razor-sharp image reproduction from today’s most demanding HD and 4K sources.
Each projector is carefully hand-calibrated at our factory for top performance when viewing
both 2D and 3D content.

Also provided in this series is Wolf Cinema’s popular VariScope™ lens memory system. This
technique enables rapid access of up to ten of your favorite TV and film aspect ratios – ex: 1.78:1,

1.85:1, 2.20:1, 2.35:1, 2.40:1 etc. – without the need for an external anamorphic lens. Now
you can enjoy that full 2:35:1 CinemaScope® widescreen experience without unwanted
top/bottom “black bars,” on suitable ultra-wide constant height home theater screens.

The optional ProScaler MK IV [known as the TXF-1400 Ultra 4K ensemble] provides four
18Gbps HDMI 4K60p inputs and outputs – plus the industry’s reference video processing
and signal management – all to cast the very best picture possible from SD, HD and Ultra HD
[4K] sources.
