Electronic controls hide behind a stainless
steel panel. A motor quietly rotates the
control panel into position. Both ovens of
the Wolf L series built-in double oven
feature the Wolf dual convection system.
It delivers even temperature and airflow
throughout the oven. Two fans and four
heating elements operate either simultaneously or in sequence, depending on
which one of the ten different cooking
modes you choose.
