In principle, the Wöhler DT 310 differential Thermometer should only
be used by skilled personnel for its intended purpose and within the
specified range of data. Any liability or warranty for results established or for defects caused when using the unit is excluded by all
means.

2.Specifications
2.1 Application
The Wöhler DT 310 Differential Thermometer is a handy battery
operated instrument designed to measure temperature differences.
It shows individual temperatures as well as the difference between
two measured temperatures. The possible field of applications includes the determination of the efficiency of a heating system or the
direct indication of the difference between the flow temperature and
the return temperature.

3.Operation

3.2 Keypad
3.2.1 POWER key
Press the POWER key to turn the meter on and off.
When the temperature probe is connected, the display shown in
figure 3.1 will appear.
3.2.2 REL/HOLD-Taste
Press the REL/HOLD key to freeze the actual measured values.
Press and hold the REL/HOLD key for more than 2 seconds to set
the primary screen to „000.0“. From now on, only the changes relative to the frozen temperature will be indicated. Press REL/HOLD
again to return to the initial screen.

3.2.3 CHANNEL key
Press the CHANNEL key to view the T2-temperature in the primary
screen (see figure 3.1). The T1-temperature will then toggle to the
secondary screen. Press once again, so that the temperature difference T1-T2 will appear in the primary screen and the secondary
screen will toggle from T1 to T2. Press the CHANNEL key once
again to return to the initial screen.
3.2.4 BACKLIGHT key (light bulb icon)
Press the BACKLIGHT key momentarily and the backlight illuminates
for approximately 30 seconds the display.
3.2.5 °C/°F key
Press this key momentarily and the unit toggles between Fahrenheit
and Celsius temperatures.
3.2.6 REC key
Press this key momentarily and the relative clock starts in the lower
right screen. All button functions are locked out except POWER and
BACKLIGHT. Press momentarily again and the unit cycles through
MAX and MIN (maximum and minimum recorded temperatures) and
back to the current temperatures. Press and hold the REC key for
three seconds to turn off the record function

7.3 Information on disposal
You may hand in any defective batteries taken out of
the unit to our company as well as to recycling places
of public disposal systems or to selling points of new
batteries or storage batteries.
In the European Union, electronic equipment does not
belong into domestic waste but - in accordance with
Directive 2002/96/EC of the European Parliament and
of the Council of 27 January 2003 on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment - must be disposed of in an expert manner. If you do no
longer need this unit, please dispose of it in accordance with the
applicable statutory provisions.
