Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise

▪ Geräte können von Personen mit reduzierten physi-

schen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder
Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden,
wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren
Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die
daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.

▪ Dieses Gerät darf durch Kinder nicht benutzt werden.

Das Gerät und seine Anschlussleitung ist von Kindern
fernzuhalten.

▪ Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen,

dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

▪ Das Gerät ist durch Ziehen des Netzstecker vom Netz

zu trennen:

▪ Reinigen Sie nach Verwendung des Gerätes alle Flä-

chen/ Teile, die mit Nahrungsmitteln in Berührung
gekommen sind. Bitte befolgen Sie die Hinweise im
Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“.

▪ Wenn die Anschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt

wird, muss sie durch den zentralen Kundendienst des
Herstellers oder eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt
werden. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können
erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen.

Weitere Sicherheitshinweise

▪ Gerät nur an Wechselstrom - mit Spannung gemäß Typschild am Gerät -

anschließen. Zuleitung und Stecker müssen trocken sein.

▪ Den Netzstecker nicht an der Leitung oder mit nassen Händen aus der Steck-

dose ziehen.
▪ Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung vor Hitzeeinwirkung schützen.
▪ Die Anschlussleitung nicht über scharfe Kanten ziehen oder einklemmen, nicht

herunterhängen lassen sowie vor Hitze und Öl schützen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht auf heiße Oberflächen wie Herdplatten o. Ä. stellen und nicht

in der Nähe offener Flammen betreiben.
▪ ACHTUNG: Ziehen Sie immer zuerst den Netzstecker, bevor Sie die Rührwerk-

zeuge abnehmen oder einstecken. Verwenden Sie die Rührwerkzeuge immer

nur in zusammen passenden Paaren. Niemals verschiedene Rührwerkzeuge

miteinander kombinieren.
▪ ACHTUNG: Niemals das Gerät an den Knethaken oder Rührbesen oder am

Netzkabel anheben, bewegen oder tragen. Fassen Sie das Gerät immer am

Handgriff an, wenn Sie das Gerät bewegen oder verwenden wollen.
▪ Verwenden Sie das Gerät ausschließlich für Nahrungsmittel. Niemals lösemit-

telhaltige Flüssigkeiten (Beispiel: Lacke und Farben) mit dem Gerät bearbeiten!

Die Lösemitteldämpfe könnten sich am Motor des Geräts entzünden und

explodieren!
▪ Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen bzw. sofort Netzstecker ziehen, wenn:

⋅ Gerät oder Netzkabel beschädigt ist
⋅ der Verdacht auf einen Defekt nach einem Sturz oder

Ähnlichem besteht.

In diesen Fällen das Gerät zur Reparatur geben.
▪ Das Gerät nicht in Wasser tauchen.
▪ Das Gerät nicht im Freien verwenden.
▪ Bei Zweckentfremdung, falscher Bedienung, nicht fachgerechter Reparatur

und bei der Verwendung von Zubehör, das nicht für dieses Gerät vorgesehen
ist, wird keine Haftung für eventuelle Schäden übernommen. Ebenso sind
Garantieleistungen in solchen Fällen ausgeschlossen.

▪ Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt.

Inbetriebnahme

Der Handmixer dient zum Rühren, Kneten und Schlagen von weichen und flüssi­gen Nahrungsmitteln und zum Kneten von nicht zu festem Teig.

Der Handmixer wird mit zwei zusammengehörenden Paaren von Rührwerkzeugen
geliefert.
Rührbesen: für dünn-flüssige Nahrungsmittel/Teige (z. B. Getränke, Soßen, Pfann­kuchenteig, schaumig geschlagene Desserts, Schlagsahne, etc.)
Knethaken: für festere Nahrungsmittel/Teige (z. B. Brotteig, Kuchenteige, Kartof­felpüree, Butter, etc.)

Der Handmixer ist mit einem Geschwindigkeitsregler mit 5 Stufen ausgestattet.

Bitte reinigen Sie alle Teile, wie im Abschnitt „Reinigung und Pflege“ beschrieben,
bevor diese mit Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen.

Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet und von der Stromver­sorgung getrennt ist.

Stecken Sie die Rührwerkzeuge in die beiden Öffnungen an der Unterseite
des Gerätes. Jedes der Rührwerkzeuge darf nur in eine der beiden Öffnungen
eingesteckt werden. Stecken Sie die Rührwerkzeuge mit Ring am Schaft nur in
die weite Öffnung. Die Rührwerkzeuge ohne Ring dürfen nur in die schmale
Öffnung gesteckt werden. Drehen Sie dabei die Rührwerkzeuge etwas, bis diese
hörbar im Gerät einrasten.
Verwenden Sie nur zusammenpassende Paare der Rührwerkzeuge. Verwenden Sie
niemals einen Knethaken und einen Rührbesen zusammen, um das Gerät nicht zu
beschädigen.
Füllen Sie die gewünschten Nahrungsmittel in ein stabiles Gefäß. Achten Sie
darauf, dass dieses ausreichend groß und hoch ist.
Schließen Sie nun den Netzstecker an die Steckdose an.
Halten Sie die Rührwerkzeuge in das Nahrungsmittel und stellen Sie die
gewünschte Rührgeschwindigkeit über den Geschwindigkeitsregler ein.
Um ein Spritzen der Nahrungsmittel zu reduzieren, rühren Sie erst auf einer
niedrigen Geschwindigkeitsstufe und schalten diese bei Bedarf langsam höher.
Achtung: Halten Sie die Rührwerkzeuge nicht zu tief in das Nahrungsmittel. Es
darf keine Flüssigkeit oder sonstige Stoffe (z. B. Teig) in das Gerät gelangen. Wenn
Sie heiße Nahrungsmittel verarbeiten, dann achten Sie darauf, das Gerät nicht in
den Dampf zu halten, um Kondensation auf dem Gerät zu vermeiden. Wischen Sie
Kondenswasser am Gehäuse sofort ab.
Sobald Ihre Nahrungsmittel die gewünschte Beschaffenheit haben schalten Sie
das Gerät am Geschwindigkeitsregler (Position 0) aus. Warten Sie bis der Motor
steht und nehmen Sie die Rührwerkzeuge aus dem Gefäß. Ziehen Sie immer
den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät auf einer geeigneten
Unterlage ablegen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät möglichst sofort nach der Arbeit. Lassen Sie keine Nah­rungsmittel auf dem Gerät oder den Rührwerkzeugen eintrocknen.

Turbo-Taste

Sollten Sie kurzfristig beim Verarbeiten eines Nahrungsmittels eine höhere
Geschwindigkeitsstufe benötigen, können Sie auch die Turbo-Taste drücken.
Solange Sie diese gedrückt halten arbeitet das Gerät mit Höchstgeschwindigkeit.

Reinigung und Pflege

Nach Gebrauch sofort den Netzstecker ziehen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät möglichst sofort nach der Arbeit. Lassen Sie keine Nah­rungsmittel auf dem Gerät oder den Rührwerkzeugen eintrocknen.
Die Rührwerkzeuge können nur herausgenommen werden, wenn das Gerät
ausgeschaltet ist (Position 0).
Zum Entnehmen der Rührwerkzeuge drücken Sie die Auswurftaste.
Reinigen Sie die Rührwerkzeuge in warmer Spülmittellösung oder im Besteckfach
in der Spülmaschine.
Festgetrocknete Nahrungsmittelreste an den Rührwerkzeugen können Sie vor der
Reinigung in handwarmer Spülmittellösung einweichen.

ACHTUNG: Niemals das Gerät oder das Netzkabel in der Spülmaschine
reinigen!

Niemals das Gerät, das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten eintauchen bzw. Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten über das Gerät
gießen oder das Gerät auf nasse oder feuchte Oberflächen legen.
Wischen Sie das Gerät und das Netzkabel mit einem feuchten, nicht tropfenden
Tuch ab.
Trocknen Sie das Gerät und die Rührwerkzeuge sorgfältig ab. Lassen Sie die
Bauteile eventuell noch einige Minuten an der Luft trocknen.
Verwenden Sie keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel.
Zur Aufbewahrung kann das Kabel am Gerät aufgewickelt und mit dem Kabelclip
befestigt werden.

Garantie-Information

Für unsere Geräte übernehmen wir gegenüber dem Endkunden eine 24-monatige
Haltbarkeitsgarantie. Sie beginnt mit dem Kauf des Gerätes durch den Endkunden
und gilt im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Ansprüche aus dieser Garantie sind unter Vorlage des Kaufbelegs direkt gegen­über unserem zentralen Kundendienst geltend zu machen.
Von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind Schäden durch normalen Verschleiß,
unsachgemäßen Gebrauch, Nichteinhaltung der Entkalkungsanweisung sowie
unterbliebene Pflege.
Der Endkunde besitzt zusätzlich zu den Ansprüchen aus dieser Garantie gesetzli­che Ansprüche wegen Mängeln des Gerätes gegenüber seinem direkten Verkäufer/
Händler, die durch diese Garantie nicht eingeschränkt werden.

Die Konformität nach EN60335 Klausel 11 wurde durch Verwendung des folgen­den Rezeptes überprüft: 1000 g Mehl + 600 g Wasser

Dieses Produkt darf am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht über den normalen
Haushaltsabfall entsorgt werden, sondern muss an einem Sammelpunkt für das

It should be kept in a safe place and passed on to further users if appropriate.
The device may only be used for the intended purpose according to these operat­ing instructions.
The appliance is not designed for sole commercial use.
Observe the safety instructions during use.

Additional safety instructions

▪ Connect the appliance to an alternating current only, with voltage in accord-

ance with that shown on the appliance’s type label. The wire and plug must
be dry.

▪ Never disconnect the mains plug from the socket by the cord or with wet

hands.

▪ The appliance and the connection cable should be protected from the effects

of heat.

▪ Do not pull the connecting cable over sharp edges or clamp it. Do not let it

hang down and protect it from heat and oil.

▪ Do not place the device on hot surfaces, such as hot plates or similar, and do

not operate near open flames.

▪ ATTENTION: Always disconnect the mains plug first before you remove or

insert the mixing tools. Always only use the mixing tools in matching pairs.
Never combine different mixing tools.

▪ CAUTION: Never lift, move or carry the device by the dough hook, whisk or

mains cable. Always grasp the device by the handle if you want to move or
use the device.

▪ Only use the device for food. Never process solvent-based fluids (examples:

paints and coatings) with the device! The solvent vapours could ignite on the
device motor and explode!

▪ Stop using the appliance and/or connect it from the mains plug immediately

if:

⋅ The appliance or mains cable is damaged
⋅ There is any suspicion of a fault after dropping the appliance or similar.

In such cases, send the appliance to be repaired.

Start-up

The hand-held blender is used for mixing, kneading and beating soft and liquid
food and for kneading dough that is not too solid.

The hand-held blender is delivered with two matching pairs of mixing tools.
Whisk: for low viscosity liquid food / dough (e.g. drinks, sauces, pancake batter,
frothy whipped desserts, whipped cream, etc.)
Dough hook: for more solid food / dough (e.g. bread dough, cake batters, mashed
potatoes, butter, etc.)

The hand-held blender is equipped with a speed controller with 5 stages.

Please clean all parts described in the “Cleaning and care” section before allowing
them to come into contact with food.

Make sure that the device is turned off and disconnected from the power
supply.

Insert the mixing tools into both openings on the bottom side of the device. Each
of the mixing tools can only be inserted into one of the two openings. The mixing
tools with the ring on the shaft can only be inserted into the wide opening. The
mixing tools without a ring can only be inserted into the narrow opening. In
doing so, rotate the mixing tools until they audibly click into place in the device.
Only use matching pairs of mixing tools. Never use a dough hook and whisk
together so as not to damage the device.
Fill a sturdy container with the desired food. Ensure that it is sufficiently large
and tall enough.
Connect the mains plug to a socket.
Keep the mixing tools in the food and set the desired mixing speed on the speed
controller.
In order to reduce the food from splashing, first mix at a low speed level and then
slowly increase the speed as needed.
Caution: Do not hold the mixing tools too deep in the food. No liquid or other
substances (e.g. dough) may get into the device. If you are preparing hot food,
then be sure not to hold the device in the steam so as to avoid condensation on
the device. Immediately wipe off the condensation on the casing.
As soon as your food has the desired consistency, switch the device off on the
speed controller (position 0). Wait until the motor has stopped and remove the
mixing tools from the container. Always remove the mains plug from the socket
before you place the device on a suitable base.
Clean the device as soon as possible after use. Do not allow any food to dry on
the device or mixing tools.

Turbo button

Should you require a higher speed level for a short period of time while process­ing food, you can also press the turbo button. The device works at maximum
speed for as long as this button is pressed.

Cleaning and care

Remove the mains plug immediately after use.
Clean the device as soon as possible after use. Do not allow any food to dry on
the device or mixing tools.
The mixing tools can only be removed once the device is switched off (position

0).
Push the eject button to remove the mixing tools.
Clean the mixing tools in a warm washing up liquid solution or in the cutlery
compartment of the dishwasher.
You can soak food residue dried onto the mixing tools in a lukewarm washing up
liquid solution before cleaning.

CAUTION: Never clean the device or mains cable in the dishwasher!

Never immerse the device, mains cable or mains plug in water or other liquids,
never pour water or other liquids over the device or set the device on wet or
damp surfaces.
Use a damp, not dripping, cloth to wipe the device and mains cable.
Carefully dry the device and mixing tools. Allow the components to air dry for a
few minutes.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents.
To store, the cable can be wrapped around the device and fastened with a cable
clip.

For UK use only

▪ This product is supplied with a 13 A plug conforming to BS 1363 fitted to the

mains lead. If the plug is unsuitable for your socket outlets or needs to be
replaced, please note the following. If the plug is a non-rewireable one, cut
it from the mains lead and immediately dispose of it. Never insert it into a
socket outlet as there is a very great risk of an electric shock.

▪ The replacement of the plug at the mains lead has to be done according to the

following instructions:
Important: The wires in this mains lead are coloured in accordance with the

As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this
appliance may not correspond with the coloured markings
identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed as follows:

⋅ the wire which is coloured blue must be connected to the terminal which

is marked with the letter N or coloured black,

⋅ the wire which is coloured brown must be connected to the terminal

which is marked with the letter L or coloured red.
Do not connect any wire to the terminal which is marked
with the letter E or by the earth symbol

yellow.

▪ If a 13 A (BS 1363) plug is used it must be fitted with a 13 A fuse conforming

to BS 1362 and be ASTA approved. If any other type of plug is used, the
appliance must be protected by a 10 A fuse either in the plug or adapter or at
the distribution board.
If in doubt - consult a qualified electrician.

▪ Never use the plug without closing the fuse cover.

The appliance complies with European directives 2006/95/EC, 2004/108/EC and

Avant l’utilisation

Lire attentivement le mode d’emploi. Il contient des consignes importantes pour
l’utilisation, la sécurité et l’entretien de l’appareil.
Il doit être conservé soigneusement et transmis en cas de remise à une tierce
personne.
L’appareil ne doit être utilisé que pour l’usage prévu conformément à ce mode
d’emploi.
L’appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage purement commercial.
Respecter les consignes de sécurité lors de l’utilisation.

Consignes de sécurité supplémentaires

▪ Branchez l’appareil uniquement au courant alternatif - à tension conforme

aux indications de la plaque signalétique sur l’appareil. Le câble d’alimentation

et la prise doivent être secs.
▪ Ne pas débrancher l’appareil en tirant sur le câble ou avec de mains mouillées.
▪ Protéger l’appareil et le câble d’alimentation de la chaleur.

ou crochets ou par le câble d’alimentation. Prenez l’appareil toujours à la

poignée si vous voulez le manipuler ou utiliser.
▪ Utilisez l’appareil uniquement pour aliments. Ne jamais traiter l’appareil avec

des liquides à teneur en solvants (Exemple: vernis et peintures)! Les vapeurs

de solvants pourraient s’enflammer à proximité du moteur de l’appareil et

exploser!
▪ Ne pas mettre l’appareil en marche ou le débrancher immédiatement si:

⋅ l’appareil ou le câble d’alimentation sont endommagés.
⋅ une défaillance est soupçonnée suite à une chute ou équivalent.

Dans ces cas emmener l‘appareil en réparation.
▪ Ne pas plonger l’appareil dans l’eau.

Mise en service

Le batteur à main sert à mélanger, à pétrir et à battre des aliments mous et
liquides et à pétrir des pâtes pas trop compactes.

Le batteur à main est livré avec deux paires assorties d’outils de mélange.
Fouets: pour aliments liquides/pâtes (p.ex. boissons, sauces, pâte pour crêpes,
dessert mousseux, crème chantilly, etc.)
Crochet malaxeur : pour des aliments/pâtes fermes (par ex. la pâte à pain, la pâte
à gâteau, la purée de pommes de terre, le beurre, etc.)

Le mixeur à main est doté d’un régulateur de vitesse sur 5 niveaux.

Veuillez nettoyer toutes les pièces comme indiqué dans le chapitre «Nettoyage et
entretien» avant qu’elles n’entrent en contact avec les aliments.

Assurez -vous que l’appareil est éteint et qu’il est débranché.

Insérez les fouets/crochets dans le deux orifices situés sur la face inférieure de
l’appareil. Chacun des deux fouets/crochets s’insère dans l’orifice prévu. Insérez
les fouets/crochets ayant une rondelle sur la tige dans l’orifice large. Les fouets/
crochets sans rondelle sont à insérer uniquement dans les petits orifices.
Tournez légèrement les fouets/crochets, ils doivent s’enfoncer avec un déclic.
N’utilisez que les deux paires assorties de fouets/crochets. N’utilisez jamais un
crochet et un fouet ensemble, pour ne pas endommager l’appareil.
Versez l’aliment choisi dans un récipient stable. Veillez à ce que celui-ci soit
suffisamment grand et creux.
Branchez l’appareil.
Enfoncez les fouets/crochets dans la préparation et régler à la vitesse de battage
souhaitée à l’aide du régulateur de vitesse.
Pour réduire les éclaboussures des préparations, mélangez d’abord à une vitesse
basse et augmentez-la progressivement.
Attention: N’enfoncez pas trop les fouets/crochets dans la préparation. Aucun
liquide ou autres matières (p.ex. la pâte) ne doivent pénétrer dans l’appareil. Si
vous transformez des aliments encore chauds veillez à ce que l’appareil n’entre
pas en contact avec la vapeur pour éviter la condensation sur l’appareil. Enlevez
immédiatement toute trace de condensation sur l’appareil avec un chiffon.
Une fois que l’aliment a obtenu la consistance souhaitée, éteignez le régulateur
de vitesse (Position 0). Attendez l’arrêt complet du moteur et retirez les fouets/
crochets du récipient. Débranchez toujours l’appareil avant de le poser sur un
support adapté.
Nettoyez, si possible, l’appareil immédiatement après son utilisation. Ne laissez
pas sécher les aliments sur l’appareil ou sur les fouets/crochets.

Touche Turbo

Si vous avez besoin une vitesse plus élevée pour la transformation d’un aliment
pour une courte durée vous pouvez également appuyer sur le bouton turbo. Tant
que l’appareil reste enfoncé, il tourne à plein régime.

Nettoyage et Entretien

Débranchez l’appareil immédiatement après l’utilisation.
Nettoyez, si possible, l’appareil immédiatement après son utilisation. Ne laissez
pas sécher les aliments sur l’appareil ou sur les fouets/crochets.
Les fouets/crochets ne peuvent êtres retirés que si l’appareil est éteint
(Position0).
Pour retirer les fouets/crochets appuyez sur le bouton d’éjection.
Nettoyez les fouets/crochets dans une solution savonneuse tiède ou dans le
panier à couverts dans le lave-vaisselle.
Vous pouvez ramollir les résidus secs d’aliments sur les fouets avant le nettoyage
dans une solution savonneuse tiède.

ATTENTION: Ne jamais nettoyer l’appareil ou le câble d’alimentation dans le
lave-vaisselle!

Ne jamais plonger l’appareil, le câble réseau ou la fiche contact dans l’eau ou
d’autres liquides, ni verser de l’eau ou d’autres liquides sur l’appareil, ni même
poser l’appareil sur des surfaces mouillées ou humides.
Nettoyez l’appareil et le câble d’alimentation avec un chiffon humide mais pas
trempé.
Séchez immédiatement l’appareil et les fouets/crochets. Laissez sécher les
composants le cas échéant quelques minutes à l’air.
N’utilisez aucun nettoyant abrasif.
Pour ranger, le câble peut être enroulé dans l’appareil et fixé à l’aide du pince­câble.
