Changing users
1 General instructions
Please read the operating instructions carefully, before acti­vating the lock.
• The lock is supplied with the following master code: 1-2-3-4-5-6. For your security, change the factory code immediately.
• Do not use any personal data like birthdays or telephone numbers as new code.
• If the time window to enter the new code is exceeded, the system shuts down. An active code stays valid.
• After 4 consecutive wrong code insertions a blocking time of 1 minute sets in, which doubles after every following wrong insertion (up to 16
minutes max.).
• Each key press is conrmed acoustically.
• Do not use any force.
• Never open the lock case, otherwise the correct operation is at risk and warranty will be void.
2 Status request
Press the “C“ button while the lock is in standby (not during a code insertion or programming of the lock).
Red LED illuminated = Electronic lock is open Green LED illuminated = Electronic lock is locked

3 Instructions for the hotel guest
3.1 Locking
At any time upon locking a 4-digit user code can be chosen.
1. Close the safe door.

Enter a 4-digit user code and conrm with “*“ e.g.

The successful insertion is conrmed by 2 signal­ling tones.

4. The lock´s bolt closes automatically.

Always check after locking if the safe door is really locked.
You can always interrupt a wrong code insertion with “C“ or by waiting 5 seconds and then start re-entering.
3.2 Opening
By opening the safe lock the old user code is deleted.

4 Instructions for the master
4.1 Locking
The electronic lock can only be closed by entering the user code. The master can not close the lock with his code.
4.2 Opening
If the safe lock is opened by the master code the active user code is deleted.

4.3 Changing the master code
The programming of a new master code can be done at any time.
1. Start the programming.

5 Power supply and battery change
The lock is supplied by a 9 V alkaline block battery (no rechargeable battery!). When battery charge is running low, signalling tones occur a couple of times after entering the code and the red and the green LED ash alternately. Change the battery as soon as possible. The programmed codes stay active during the battery change. Always dispose of your batteries environment friendly.
