Congratulations on the Purchase of your new SIRIUS Stiletto Vehicle Kit!
The Stilett o Vehicle Kit will maximize your safety and pro vide conve nience by positioning the Stiletto fo r easy vie wing and operation. Whether you choos e the FM w ireless or direct con­nect option when inst alling the kit, the rich digital soun d of SIRIU S radio will play through your vehicle’s s tereo syst em. The vehicle dock features preset and direct tune buttons for quickly tuning to y our favori te channels, and a jump button for tu ning direc tly to the traffic/weather channel for your area . It is designed for professional or self-insta llation, and includes a vent and dash mo unt for fl exible mounting options. Use this man ual as a g uide for the installation.

sible for i ssues aris ing from installations not performed according to the procedures in this guide.
Do not oper ate the SI RIUS radio in a way that might divert your atte ntion from driving
safely. As a driver, you alone are responsible for safely operating your vehicle in accor­dance with traffic sa fety laws at all times.

Before atta ching the suction cup mount to your windshield, you shoul d check your state and local l aws for re gulations regarding mounting this dev ice on you r windshield.
Do not inst all the un it where it may hinder the function o f safety d evices such as an airbag. Doing so ma y prevent the airbag from functioning properly in the eve nt of an accident.
To avoid sh ort circui ts, do not open the unit, and never p ut or leav e any metallic objects (coins, too ls, etc.) inside the unit.
If the unit emits smo ke or unusual odors, turn the power o ff immedia tely, and disconnect the unit fr om any pow er source.
Do not drop the unit or subject it to strong shocks.

Oper atin g Tempe ratu re
The SIRIUS Cigarette Lighter Adapter is designed to operat e between -20° to +85° C (-4° to +185° F). A void leavi ng it in a vehicle or elsewhere where the tempe rature may fall outside this range.
Clea ning and Ma inte nance
If the vehi cle dock b ecomes dirty, turn the power off and wipe it cl ean with a soft cloth. Do not use har d cloths, strong cleaning fluids, paint thinner , alcohol, or other volatile solvents to clean. Thes e may caus e damage to the unit.
Ciga rett e Light er A dapter
The vehicle dock cann ot be powered directly from a vehicle ’s 12 VDC power system. It must be powered using the included Cigarette Lighter Adapter on ly. Connec ting the vehicle dock directly to the vehic le’s 12 VDC power system may result i n damage t o the vehicle dock or SIRIUS radi o, or both .
