FLOOR BOX INSTALLATION:
1. Determine box and conduit layout.
2. Remove required knockouts and attach
conduit with fittings.
3. Barrier must be installed if more than
one service is used.

IMPORTANT: Please read all instructions
before beginning.
CONCRETE PREPARATION:
1. Install concrete mud cap.
2. Adjust box height to 1/16" [1.59mm]
below screed line.
3. Secure box into position with
screws or rebar and pour concrete.
