LINE INPUT
This terminal is for the most straight-forward connection type. Use it to connect your output source.
VARIABLE CROSSOVER FREQUENCY:
Allows you to customize the sound to suit your room environment.
General rule is:
The smaller your main speakers, the higher crossover frequency on the subwoofer.
PHASE SWITCH:
Allows you to ensure that the subwoofer cone is moving in the same direction as your main speakers. The power of the subwoofer will increase if it is in phase with your main speakers.

HIGH LEVEL INPUT:
For amplifi ers without a dedicated subwoofer output, these terminals allow you to connect your stereo receivers “Speakers B” terminal for increased bass response. This set up is suitable in situations where small main speakers offer an inadequate bass response. However, use this option only if your Receiver does not have a dedicated sub-out.
LINE OUT:
The Line-Out provides a loop through function. One use for it would be to connect your pre-amp and power amp if you have such a set up.
ONE STEP CONNECTION:
The majority of today’s Audio/ Video Receivers have a dedicated “Subwoofer Out” terminal.
Connect a single RCA lead from your receivers “Sub-Out” in to the Line Input Right Channel (Marked
‘Mono’, coloured red) RCA input on the back of your
Wintal subwoofer.
(No other connection is needed)
