HDMI / Component Video / Stereo Audio / Digital Audio Wall Plate

Wall plate (1)
Face plate (1)
Accessories (mounting bolts*2, short screws*2)
INSTALLATION:
Choose a mounting location that has existing wiring or where you can easily run wire
through the wall. You must use a standard electrical box.
1. Run cables from the desired source (DVD, satellite receiver, audio source, etc.)
through the wall into the electrical box.
2. Based on the number of connections you use, plug the same number of
RCA and HDMI cable into the back of the wall plate.
3. Put the wall plate on the electrical box, insert the supplied bracket screws into the
top and bottom large holes on the electrical box, then tighten them.
4. Place the decora plate over the wall plate and secure it with the short screws.
5. Based on the number of connections you use, plug the same number of RCA
and HDMI cable from the output device (TV, monitor, speakers, etc) into
the front of the wall plate.
